Pretty
decent
burger...
Watching
the
vendor
prepare
the
burger
in
such
close
quarters
in
Camden
Market
you
can
see
the
care
and
attention
that
goes
into
cooking
each
component
of
the
burger
and
it's
definitely
evidenced
in
the
result.
I
went
for
the
Korean
burger
which
is
a
double
smash
patty
with
cheese
made
"Korean"
by
being
rolled
with
a
kimchi
style
slaw.
I
tend
to
be
wary
of
Korean
fusion
food
items
as
it
tends
to
be
an
excuse
to
bury
mediocre
food
underneath
saccharine
sweet
sauces
or
to
wantonly
add
kimchi
to
dishes
where
it
adds
very
little.
I
was
therefore
pleasantly
surprised
to
see
the
restraint
that
was
used
in
this
particular
case.
Positives
-
The
texture
of
the
burger
was
great!
The
bun
danced
a
delicate
balance
between
pillow-like
softness
whilst
still
being
sturdy,
with
the
toasting
adding
a
wonderfully
pleasant
crunch
to
each
bite.
Burger
patties
are
ideally
charred
on
the
grill
and
oozing
glorious
amounts
of
juice.
Sauce
enough
to
lubricate
each
bite
but
not
to
soak
through
the
burger.
Each
piece
meticulously
crafted.
On
the
negative
side
is
the
taste.
With
this
much
care
you'd
expect
a
top
level
flavour
sensation
and
it
just
isn't
present
here.
The
meat
doesn't
have
a
great
inherent
flavour
and
isn't
seasoned
remarkably.
The
sauce
adds
little
too,
you
know
it's
there
but
it
doesn't
blow
you
away.
The
Korean
toppings
are
conspicuous
in
how
inconspicuous
they
are
with
each
bite.
On
the
whole
at
£9.50
without
chips
it's
a
fine
choice.
It's
just
not
top
level.
When
texture
and
taste
match,
they'll
have
a
winner...
