Paul is a rare talent. He hasn't just treated me effectively but has taught me how to change posture and behaviour to correct issues long term. He has dealt successfully with problems in my upper back/neck, mid-lower back, shoulder, wrists, knee and ankle. Despite the inevitable aging process I am significantly fitter and healthier than when I met him over 15 years ago and it is at the points at which my progress has been most severely challenged that Paul's input has been most key.
