NEVER order with Uber from this place. I placed an order, an hour passed, nothing - requested an update from the restaurant multiple times and nothing. I had to call them up myself upon which I was told "We couldn't find your address and couldn't contact your phone" even though it was next to me the entire time. Additionally, I was refused a refund of £20 for my order because "the restaurant had already started preparing the food". They could not re-deliver either because it was "too far away" to deliver - honestly, I think they never attempted delivery in the first place. Absolute garbage service, don't ever bother with this place.

would give less than one star if possible, one hell of a mess! would never order again! pizza arrived 2 hours too late, and the order was not right at all! they sent us one regular salami pizza even tho we ordered two vegan ones (allergies non existent for this place?!?!). we tried to call them, didn’t pick up for am hour straight, and when they did they hung up on us. wanted to get a refund today and the guy told us it ain’t his place to do anything because we have to talk to the night shift?!? also their named differently on deliveroo with different menus, SCAM!!

Pizza arrived after 1hr40mins despite adverised 25 minute delivery time. We were promised free desserts after phoning to ask what was happening with our order, but only an extra can on 7up was included. When it eventually arrived, the pizza was about as nice as a supermarket frozen pizza- not bad, but definitely not worth the money or the (lenghty) wait.

Ordered food more than 1hr 30mins still no, called and asked the how long it’s take, it’s really not good way to explain.. too bad, and the food no taste at all!! Never had this experience before!!

Delivery was 40 minutes late. The drink I paid for wasn’t given, neither was the extra topping. The pizza was pretty much of the same quality you’d expect to buy very cheaply in a supermarket - although with much added grease. Definitely wont be ordering again.

Second time ordering and both times took 2 hours. When I called inwas told they don't have a driver for that day and when i asked when they were on uber eats without a driver and taking why it is taking 2plus hours, he said you should feel lucky to get food in two hours at this time. Horrible place, horrible owner - the apps should remove them. Even if the food arrives I will throw it as I don't know if they would have spat in it.

Decent pizza - they forgot to add topping I paid for hence three star. Ordered through Ubereats

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered through deliveroo. The delivery never turned up. Deliveroo said they couldn’t get hold of the restaurant and couldn’t refund because the restaurant was in charge of their own delivery. The company have said they tried to contact me, they didn’t. So I’ve not received the order and I’ve been scammed out of £25. There seems to be no way of complaining to deliveroo to have them removed.

Order arrived over 1 hour late. Tried to ring to cancel as was taking so long and number on deliveroo was invalid. Judging by the other reviews this place is a sham.
