The worst place I have ever had my nails done. They changed their prices despite it being displayed on the board and discussing it beforehand. All my nails were cut to different lengths and far shorter than what I asked for. The shaping is appalling. Its been one week and i've completely lost one nail, lots are lifting and ones snapped. I've never seen anyone apply polish so poorly- lumpy and thick. All the tools looked unsanitary. NEVER GO HERE

Nails and feet done very well but noticed that the white customers are permitted to pay using a card or via bank transfer but the black customers must pay with cash only!!!!! Not happy about this at all as I have been coming here for years and have always been told it ‘Cash Only’ but have witnessed on two occasions two white females paying via bank transfer! Won’t be coming back here again!

Omg all I am going to say is mayor red flags for hygiene. no desinfection procedure or nothing, so I am guessing this is what they do day in and day out with all the customers . They use the same instruments even the ones that should be disposable on other customers. I Should have ran but I didn't. All I know is that I pray I don't catch anything from this place and if I do I will be returning to confront them and will definitely look into reporting this place, Because is not right we pay a price and this should include our safety as well , is their responsibility. Please be aware

Although I was seen quickly, the technician was also dealing with someone else at the same time. It took a lot longer than necessary because of this. My shellac wasn't done very neatly but less than 3 days later one nail has chipped. I will now have to get them redone.

I wish i read reviews first 🙆🏾‍♀️ BIG MESSOP £30 to get my old set taken off and have a clear overlay on because they couldnt do the design i wanted. But lady kindly said she was taking £5 of because these were supposed to be my birthday nails. Pictures speak for themselves.

OMG I went to this nail shop yesterday as I was shopping in Brixton, it was surprisingly empty so should of took that as a sign. The older guy did my nails, I could tell from the start he wasn't really interested in doing his job. He said he didn't have the glitter shallac I wanted so rather then he suggest an alternative, I had to ask for one. My nails are the worst they have ever been.....i can feel bumps all over them and they dip in the middle from where he hasn't filled them properly and I can feel the extension and his nail shaping skills were unbelievable. I asked for a simple design which he couldn't do so ended up with something completely different.....he then charged me £31.00 £6.00 more then I normally pay. Well priced and quality nails that last, I have been a customer for several years and would not go anywhere else due to the expertise and consistency of all the staff. A quality service and experience.

Like other reviewers, I have a complaint about the older man who works here. I find him disrespectful and rude. I arrived 7 minutes late for an appointment. He started yelling at me and telling me off at the top of his voice in front of a shop full of customers. I dont know who was more embarassed - me or them. Not excusing my lateness but this was a totally unacceptable way to speak to a customer! I felt humiliated and, but for the fact that I needed my acrylics removed before surgery the next morning, I would have left the shop immediately. As it is, I will never go back to this salon, nor will I recommend it to anyone. The owners need to remember that they are not the only nail salon in town - there are plenty of other places in Brixton where people can get a good mani or pedi AND be treated with respect. Better yet, they need to do something about this man!

I have been here twice before and have had good experiences, however tonight was not good. Avoid if all possible getting your nails done by the older man, he is so rough with filing ( bleeding finger) after I told him to stop being so rough and also had to ask him to disinfect it! Especially when I see him go for a cigarette outside and come back in and do people nails, it’s vile. Extremely grumpy guy, was sickened to have to give any money to him. Such a shame as I find the other ladies so pleasant

Charged my girlfriend £18.00 for a manicure no polish all of 15 mins. A rip off. She won't be going back. Not familiar with Brixton retailers. She wished she had gone to peckham, only £10.00. You live and learn. Reading now the comments, they sound racist and when i think about it, might well be. Well was first and last. Don't recommend.
