I have just waited for nearly an hour and a half to see a doctor. I was sent an appointment a week ago for 12pm, which I confirmed, a reminder yesterday, also confirmed. I turned up 10 minutes early to check in - the check in system said the doctor was running 3 minutes late. After a half hour wait I went to reception and was told that the doctor knew I was there and had a patient. Another 20 minute wait, same story. Shortly after 1pm I went back to reception and pointed out that no patient had been called to see the doctor since I arrived over an hour earlier and was told that she still had her 1130 am patient with her. She was messaged and I was asked to do a blood pressure check while waiting. I did so - hardly ideal in the circumstances - and when said I would like to go and get a cup of coffee while waiting the receptionist said "if you do that you know what will happen", in other words don't leave the surgery. A different receptionist came on at about 1.15 at which point I said I couldn't wait any longer - lo and behold the new receptionist said that the doctor wasn't back yet!! (Bless her for telling the truth.) I was kept waiting for an hour and a half for someone who who was not even there - at some point during that time the first receptionist must have known that yet chose to continue to keep me waiting. We are constantly being told not to waste NHS time, a perfectly reasonable request. How about GP reception being trained not to waste our time.

I've been a regular patient at this GP practice for quite some time now, and I couldn't be happier with the care I've received. The staff are friendly and attentive. The doctors here are not only knowledgeable but also take the time to listen to my concerns and explain things in a way that's easy to understand. They always try to accommodate making appointments as soon as possible. It's clear that the entire team genuinely cares about their patients' well-being.

Seen the doctor today Dr Wijendra and then the nurse Cecilia what can I say what a great service from both of them. They listened to my concerns and also took time to talk with me and give me advice and medication to help In all the years of going to the doctors which is very rare this has been the best experience of seeing the doctor and the nurse they are both an asset to Clapham Family Practice If all appointments could be like this 10 out of 10 from stepping in speaking with reception seeing the doctor and the nurse and having a health check only came to get a prescription from the Doctor and seeing him about my Health issue so saw the doctor and also managed a health check in the space of one hour excellent service Keep up the good work

The whole process of going to the GP was great! Dr Hughes was also great! Listens and communicates well, I felt very comfortable and at ease during my appointment. One of the best GP’s I’ve seen

Excellent service. Appointment was easy to book online, waiting time was minimal. Reception staff member was very helpful. The doctor was knowledgeable, respectful and kind, answering all my questions and putting my mind at ease. Prescription changes were made, pharmacy informed and meds immediately ready for collection.

I have been a patient at this surgery for many years and the standard of care has always been really good. The doctors are not only competent but also thoughtful and caring. I've just had two babies and the service for them has been exemplary.

I love this GP, my doctors are always amazing and they honestly take the time to chat to you, so you don't feel like you're on a battery farm. Shout out to Nurse Julie and Dr. Armstrong! And just to add, reception staff are always kind and helpful. Just be patient and wait.

Best GP I’ve had! Appointments always available quickly, longest I’ve ever booked for non-urgent is 2 weeks! Managed to get on the day appointments whenever needed, and GPs are so helpful and kind!

My partner was feeling unwell so we called 111 and we were told to wait for a doctor to call. Dr Anna Morris called 2 hours earlier than we were expecting and was friendly and professional. They asked for us to come in just to check symptoms and Dr Morris was very thorough and checked we were happy with the outcome of the appointment. Additionally reception staff were friendly and kept us updated whilst we waited.

Really efficient team, they handled my e-consult quickly and even though I couldn’t answer their call, booked me in for an appointment the same day. The Doctor I saw was extremely kind, understanding and helpful.

I have been coming to this practice for many many years and I have never met a doctor like Doctor Purdy. He is an absolute credit to his profession. I have only visited him 3 times but each time he has been outstanding and he explains everything, makes me feel at ease. I feel uplifted after my visits.... Thank you Dr Purdy

I’ve been having some health issues after heart medication and a Covid jab which has resulted in muscle fatigue I have been helped through these issues by Dr Purdy who has seen me on a few occasions and kept in touch by phone to see if the medications have been working. I think he has gone out of his way to ensure my recovery and I can thank him for his attention and care Kind regards. David McLoughlin
