Beautiful place with nice garden where children can run free and explore. The cafe is very nice with friendly and welcoming.

Clean, easy to navigate, and has a small cafe inside. Parking on site is very limited. However, the on street parking is free, but you have to park in marked bays

Every community centre is special, but this one seems especially so. Situated in a nice house with lovely gardens and a great cafe. It genuinely seems to have a wide variety of things happening at any one time, across the generations. From teen yoga to boules. And they happily co-exist. The entrance has a free flow about it. No awkward reception but look at the screen and find the event you’re looking for. Want a nice space to work while you wait, the well-priced cafe is right there. It has great Internet and friendly staff. Honestly a pleasure to visit several days in a row and just wished I lived nearer to it to take better advantage of what is on offer. Oh yes, and it’s nicely wheelchair accessible, though there isn’t a great deal of parking out front.

The cafe at this place is phenomenal! The staff are so friendly and helpful, even on busy days when the room is packed with after school kids, club-goers, and hot deskers. They’re open late in the summer, and on nights without noisy events it’s a really relaxing and quiet place to get a nice drink and do some work. Seriously could not recommend the charming and well-stocked cafe more! (Thanks for always making my annoying iced coffees! 😹🧋🫶)

My first time at Mycenae House. We went to a birthday celebration in one of the rooms available to hire. Very spacious and airy with doors leading to large outdoor area. Bar staff extremely friendly, nice relaxed atmosphere and very welcoming. I like the fact this is a community venue so anyone welcome to use for recreational purposes too. Local art and craft work nicely displayed for purchase if something catches your eye.

Very cozy, has a good selection of drinks and snacks. Not so much food. It has a beautiful natural garden in the back of the building that is open to the public. Very friendly staff.

Pleasant community centre which houses a small cafe and a hall for local plays and events. Hall can comfortably have 50-60 with some cabaret style seating. The cafe has sandwiches, confectionery and hot drinks. Staff are very nice and friendly. There are also display cabinets of jewellery of local designers. You can park on the street for free after 630pm.
