We found this place a week ago and have ordered from here 4-5 times in one week, the first time was great decent amount of sauce and portion but from them on it went down hill every order after that the portion aaa getting smaller and the sauce was too. Today I ordered extra chicken on one item and extra beef on one item and paid £5.99 extra for this but I did not get the extra chicken and beef and not only did I not get the extra chicken and beef I received a much smaller portion than usual. Tried calling the number to complain but calls dis not go through to that number I finally thought I found a decent place but this is the last time I order from here.

Food usually nice but better not to order from here and just go in to the shop they keep giving burnt doner not worth the meal too portion size so tiny!!

Ridiculous portion sizes considering how much they charge (the extra large Döner and rice bowl would still have been disappointingly small if it cost 6£, instead of the 16£ incl. add-ons they charge). Go to a proper Döner place instead!

Meat portions were extra small, I will never order again. When I try call VM answer.

Ordered through a delivery app. Purchased the Kapsalon, The Wicked Kebab and 5 Honey Jerk Chicken Wings. Food arrived quality. Price seemed alright. Upon food arriving, the small portion was apparently for the price. The Kapsalon was covered in sauce and lettuce, barely any meat seen sadly. The Wicked Kebab was also very small for the price, barely any meat inside or more slaw than meat. Now what really angered me was the Chicken Wings. Simply put it they were burnt to a crisp. I mean burnt to charcoal. See image attached. Who made these and had the cheek to put them in the box? You don’t care about your food standards clearly and it shows from the reviews you are getting for this place. FYI to customers. This business trades under other names aswell such as Awesome Wings. Disappointed was really looking forward to it.

Do NOT bother, FOOD IS FERAL!! Camberwell Mad about Döner is far better!

Ridiculously small portion size for the price. I ordered the wicked donner with xtra meat. When it arrived I ate it in about 6 bites. Not even exaggerating. £14 and its about the weight and size of a bigmac. Never again.

Accepted my order on Deliveroo. Then called to say they didn't have Houmous. This was for my friend who is vegan and only ordered Houmous and chips, so I asked to cancel the order. They said they couldn't and to call deliveroo. I called back deciding we'd take the order as my friend said he didn't mind just the chips. I said "is it OK if we actually take the order or is it too late?" And the guy on the phone just replies "too late". I then realise and think to myself "how is it too late if he can't cancel the order and he asked me to do it instead?" So I called back and said, "hi, my order hasn't been cancelled on deliveroo so what do you mean it's too late?" He started beating around the bush and then finally said he'd do my order. At that point? No thanks. Weird experience.

The food was delivered really fast which was great. Food was hot and tasted good. My issue here is the price. Paying extra for meat and really having something like a standard portion makes me wonder how regular one looks like. Not sure if this was one off but most likely won’t order again.its a shame as food was good for this type of take out.

If you're gonna do a kapsalon at least do it properly.. very disappointed just basically lettuce, cheese and chips .. hardly any meat. Doesn't live up to the real Dutch kapsalon at all. Will not eat from here again.
