    First of all, expect having to queue outside the clinic for at least 15min, even though you have previously booked an appointment. Second, fit to fly lateral flow tests results take much more time than the 2 hours advertised on Dam health website. Mine took 5 hours, and that’s just because I called customer service and was with them on the phone for nearly 1 hour. Fortunately I’d be travelling the next day, however I feel sorry for all those people that really needed the results within 2 hours. In summary, I really advise you to not trust what is advertised on Dam health website. Paid £29 but didn’t get what I had paid for.

    We are now at the airport and still no test results. Hours on the phone to customer service who did not resolve the issue. Test was lateral flow yesterday at 3:15pm. It’s now 8am. Results were supposed to be in two hours. We have only a little time now to save our flight. Absolute disaster of a non-service. Next morning - after an hour waiting we spoke to the lovely Vinots at customer service who contacted the clinic and had them update the app. He called me back after 20 minutes and waited while we checked the app. It was successful. Results after 15 hours right before check in.

    In short, this is a straight-forward test center and process with friendly staff. PCR Fit to Fly results/certificate were delivered within 24hrs as advertised, to the Health Passport Worldwide app which you're advised to download and register your details before your appointment. Note: Although it's a very app focused, there has been no notification of results. You have to check the "My Health" button on the home screen which will tell you your Covid-19 status in-app. Hopefully with a green ring around your mugshot. Download certificate from within the app Long form of the Shoreditch and Dam-Health process in general: I booked a Fit to Fly PCR test (results within 24hrs) the night prior. There were a lot of available slots. My appointment was on a Saturday at 10:10am and on arrival, I still had to join the queue outside on the pavement. There is no fast track for being on time to your appointment unfortunately. With 6 or 7 people in front of me, it only took 5-10minutes to get inside. The queue is uncovered so prepare yourself for the weather conditions. On street parking in the area was free on Saturdays. Advice: Download the Health Passport Worldwide app and register your details beforehand. You have to upload a photo of your face or take a selfie which you can't change yourself afterwards. (They did have paper forms inside so you should be able to go through the process without it). Inside the building, your first interaction is with the registration desk. Staff are friendly. You have to wear a mask and I noticed they provide if you forget yours. They will scan the QR code in your app and you have to accept a patient access request inside the app. They then check your passport and hand you a ticket to go inside to the waiting area. This is a row of seats facing 5-6 curtain drawn test areas. It's basic and clean. Make a mental note of who was there waiting before you as the next available tester will come out and ask "who's next" so pay attention. They recommend you don't eat or drink 30mins before y our test so don't walk in with your coffee as you'll be asked to wait, as one unsuspecting couple had to do. You hand the tester your ticket who confirms the test you are taking, mine being a PCR. You look up to the ceiling and they swab your throat. It's the 'nicer' puffy swab and there wasn't any nose swabbing! And that's it, you're done and can leave. (I was told that samples were transported to a lab at 5pm. My app shows Fulham) The results first show up in the app. There is no pop up notification so you have to check under the "Status" tab for your COVID-19 status. For a negative result, the screen will be green and will show "Green (tested)" under your photo. The certificate is under the "COVID-19" tab. Click "Tests" and you will be able to download your certificate from there. 22hrs later the results haven't shown up on the web Patient Access portal nor did I receive a text or email so don't rely on that

    UPDATE: I followed the suggestion from another review on here and I left a review on Trust Pilot. Shortly after someone from Customer Service reached out asking for more details and in the span of 15 mins I got an e-mail with my results. On the app it's still showing as pending, but the certificate they attached to the email should be sufficient to travel. I booked a fit to fly antigen test. Got it done today at 1.30pm and was meant to receive the results by 3.30pm. I have still not yet received the results and I am getting nervous because I have a flight to catch early tomorrow. I have been waiting on the phone for over 1 hour to speak with their Customer Service but nobody is picking up. Even sent an e-mail but no answer yet. This is absurd! Worst service ever. If anyone from DAM Health is reading this review please do get in touch!

    I was a bit worried given the other reviews here, but my experience was great. You should set up an account on the app before you arrive (they send you details ahead of time). Barely any queue. I was tested about 3 minutes after I arrived. Staff were friendly. I went for the “Lateral Flow Antigen Test (Result in 2 hours)”. I had my test at 9am, and my results were out by 10am same day.

    Brilliant, can't fault at all! I have been here twice over the last couple of months for a rapid antigen test. I never have to wait to be seen, and they even seen me early when I arrived a few mins before my booking. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and received the result in the app within an hour as promised. Try not to be taken in by the negative reviews, this place is great and will be my go-to for all my travels to come. Thank you!

    Dodgy cancellation policy and bad customer service, do not use. Booked a fit to fly PCR test here a week in advance. The very next day our destination country changed their arrivals policy meaning we didn’t need it anymore. Made the cancellation as per their portal immediately, but DAM refused to refund us the full fee despite the change not being our fault and the cancellation being made well ahead of time. Instead, they took £40 in “admin fees”. Even small companies will always have allowances within their cancellation policy for early cancellations, especially when it’s not the customers fault, but not DAM, apparently. What a joke.

    Went for a pre-departure antigen two days ago and was a bit concerned by all the negative reviews. However, the whole process (wait, register, wait, test) took less than 20 minutes and I received my result in less than two hours. My only concern was that queue in the waiting area following registration was not orderly so one has to keep track of one’s own place as the testers just call “next.” Would happily use them again.

    As per a number of other reviewers, I was a little apprehensive about receiving my result on time. Hence why I decided to do a PCR test instead of an antigen test. I arrived slightly ahead of my 11am booking, but was seen right away. They also accept walk-ins. The staff was really friendly and helpful, no queuing, I was in and out in about 5 mins. I have prepared the application ahead of time, which made things much easier and faster. I received my result the same day at around 11pm (so well ahead of the advertised 24hrs). There was no notification by SMS or email of the result being ready, so you do need to check your app for your result and then it’s easy to download your certificate. Would really recommend this service!

    As tourists we needed a day 2 PCR-test after entering the UK, and it was scary to read the reviews after we did our booking. We needed fast response to get out of quarantine. We arrived at Dam Health 01pm only to wait outside 20 minutes in line, even with appointments. But, other than that we got good service and what was promised (results within 24 hours). The guys inside were kind and we got our test results the morning after (at 10am). Really recommend downloading the Health Passport app as I think that's what's making the queue. It takes a while for people without the app having to fill out forms.
