My son has been attending this club for over a year now. From the very beginning I knew this club was excellent. The lead Coach is a wonderful teacher. He pushes not just my son but everyone in the club to become better at everything they do. In fact all the teachers are brilliant. The one fact that I love about this club, is that it’s not a money-making club. They don’t make you buy the uniform, they don’t make you pay for a grading if your not ready to grade. That is how you know that a club is being run for the sake of martial arts and not for money. The skills they teach you at this club, is everything a child from 12+ should know for self defence and not just the typical actions taught in most martial arts clubs that don’t actually work in the real world. If you are looking for a club to make your child or yourself strong and resilient then this club is for you!

This academy is excellent. My daughter is so confident and has been doing so well. All the students are so hardworking and seniors are inspiring, always guiding the juniors. Their training, intense workouts, tournament experience has made my daughter so confident and strong. I know the coach very well. He understands the potential of every child and gets the them to perform their best. I'm very grateful to this academy . Thank you.

Brilliant fight school. If you want to learn how to fight with pressure this is the perfect place. Plenty of sparring to test techniques live - geared up and kumite! Great fitness drills to increase strength and improve your cardiovascular endurance. Jogs and HIIT training. Wonderful coaches, staff and friendly people - great tuition. Made lots of friends here and sparring mates. Highly recommend :)

After searching the entire area for a trust worthy martial arts club I am glad I chose to attend this one. Instantly made friends when I arrived and have been pushed to Improve on my fighting technique, stamina and endurance since I joined. They don't encourage you to buy uniform, or grade until you've shown that you are dedicated to learning martial arts

I am student here currently. UMAA is great club to build strength, stamina and train martial arts. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere mixed with instructors knowledge created perfect environment to learn new skills and test your limits. Highly recommended.

at the start of the year I decided I wanted to get fit and lose some weight so I joined the UMAA and honestly was the best decision I ever made not only have I dropped nearly two stone the club have built my confidence right up I am now much more confident socially and mentally I can't praise the club enough, everybody is friendly and welcoming you won't find it hard to fit in at this club we are all in it together and everyone is treated with the respect they deserve

Excellent coaches, great all round training, great confidence booster. Really improved my fitness and mental relaxation. Would highly recommend.
