Disappointed with their service. I’ve been waiting one month for an appointment only because I needed nhs and I refused to pay for emergency as being pregnant and having an certificate. When I had my appointment they have done a filling which made the pain worse. Now I have a swelling, infection and severe tooth pain. Don’t recommend the place because it’s also not looking clean. The protection glasses they gave it to me were filthy and the place did not smell as being sanitised.

Doctor/Dentist is great!! Receptionist, old lady is not very nice. Not sure if they allowed to do this but they charged me money dispute me having a Maternity exemption. Also they are strict with lateness and missing appointments and charge for this. Which is okay as they don’t want to waste time, however I had called few times and even had records of call history no one ever answered was still charged but : all This changed my mind after I met the Dentist! Amazing Doctor he was great, felt like he genuinely cared and was very friendly so I didn’t mind spending on cleaning/check up Which was £100 plus £20 late fee. Also very very clean. I still do feel like I was overcharged as I had an emergency dentist visit a day or 2 days before.

I just called to ask if they are accepting new patients ,having moved to the area recently . To my dismay the lady that answered said I cant register as a patient unless I am seen by the dentist first and that will cost £30 then started running through a list of prices x rays etc . . I said I just want to register me and my child as a patient and she went on to say not possible unless you are seen first . Which basically says to me money first then we will register you . Absolutely disgusting service . I would not recommend .

If I could give a no star, I really would… The receptionist is so rude, has no empathy and I feel really not a self aware person. This dentist is just getting worst and worst which now i will be finding a new dentist. Especially as I am pregnant and booked in 3 months in advance because they where busy. If they are unable to accommodate nhs patients then they need to stop or manage their database. Or get more dentist if they are that busy. I will not recommend - just an awful service.

When i read so many negative reviews i was concerned but i was pleasently surprised. Got an appointment on the same day and the service was good

All the staff are extremely friendly and polite. The dentist is very professional and makes me feel relaxed. The consultations are very thorough. The dentist always explains everything in great detail. Would highly recommend this dental surgery.

Really disappointed as the service was very poor. When I raised a complaint they denied what had occurred which is a big red flag. Would not recommend. They lied to the ombudsman and said they haven’t served NHS patients in years. Beware.

Unbelievably rude and unpleasant. Went to this practice 6+ months ago for wisdom pain, the dentist told me that day I had been referred to have my 3 wisdom teeth removed. Fast forward 7 months and I ring up to find out about my referral only to find out I’ve been waiting all this time and I wasn’t actually referred. When you ring the dental surgery they give you attitude and abruptness and don’t let you talk. They then blame it on you for not being referred. Extremely unprofessional and shouldn’t be allowed to remain open.

I'm writing this review due to the many bad reviews I read prior to attending this dentist. I have attended here before so I knew I was in safe hands. I was let in and seen immediately, no waiting around. The dentist was really friendly, he told me that I needed a filling and we wanted to make sure I try save the tooth before getting a root canal. Therefore I knew he wasn't trying to get money out of me! Extremely friendly and I felt comfortable and safe. No pain at all! Really good advice and would absolutely attend again!

The practice is not a good example of a dentist that provides proper care. I keep going back for the same filling. The receptionist is rude, haughty and brash only concerned about charging £30 for missed appointments not caring why even if you are ill and cannot attend for that reason. Won't be in a hurry to go back there
