Avoid this restaurant totally. I was given an uncooked, cold, and tasteless plant whopper, making me absolutely SICK! The fries were too old and overcooked, that contributed to my horrible experience with this restaurant. Avoid going there because you’ll be regretted.

Nice little store, I assume it does get very busy, there is a small seating area upstairs. The customer toilets where hidden and dirty, plus there was no soap and the dryer was broken. The is also no accessible adjustments as well. But a good store overall, service was fast too.

Unhygenic: 1/10 (cook makes meal w bare hands, no washing, sanitizing or gloves) Customer service: 2/10 - when i walk into the store i was ignored for a while as the guy on the counter needed to finish his conversation w the cook Food: 3/10: my burger paddy was not freshly made, i could tell by its colour and taste (it was dried out), but positive it wasnt raw so some extra points here. - I also bit in something really hard, not sure if from cook or in the meat, but i had to clear my mouth thoroughly afterwards (not sure, maybe cook thought I’d like a stone) 1/10 No toilets (just for staff) No, no, no, please dont go here if you want an enjoyable meal. This is the worst BURGER KING, I have been too. They need to improve A LOT.

One of the worst Burger King. I had ordered a burger along with fries, my amount came to £12.87. Not a great deal of amount but their order till machine had glitches, so I was told that the amount had not gone through, I argued with them that my account had been debited. So the duty manager Tanvir said I would not be charged so after lot of debate, I re ordered and added extra items, this time the amount came to £19.86. All was OK and again my account have been debited. Tanvir gave me a mobile number which I rang on numerous times and also the landline but all my calls were not answered, so in a nutshell I have been duped by burger king, I have also sent numerous emails to the head office and they have been unanswered. So no customer service at all. Very disappointed with the level of service.

Good clean BK across from Holborn tube. Clean toilets - well done guys. Ordering - had to use the screen which is not the most efficient or helpful especially if one has never used those, please bring back the human touch and tills! After much faffing around got my order in. Very efficient service. Food was good quality; lettuce was crunchy. Chicken royale was fine. Fries were crispy. No complaints. Sat watching the people go by now with my drink, cheers lol

Some good offers on the app and near my work. Edit: got cold bacon in my burger and then the sh!ts after eating in a bad smelling seating area so maybe be careful actually, some hygiene issues here.

Amazing service by Abu and the team. I have eaten one of the best chicken royals. Bread fresh, good amount of mayo and lettuce. Visit this store, you will get amazed!!

Great service from Reaz today (who has excellent Italian, very useful in central London), both my peppercorn burgers came out perfect. Could have some music though to help the ambience...

A nice branch of Burger King with a good seating area overlooking the Main Street. Great for people watching. Staff were friendly and food cooked to order so was hot and nice.

Came here 2 days ago on 25th January and after being on my feet all day I just needed something quick and settled for burger king as I was in the area there wasn't much of a queue so ordered at the till and had attitude from the blunt male who served me as I noticed there would be chilli bites with my meal when I looked on my receipt I just wanted a burger and chips nothing else and asked whether I could have extra chips instead of chilli bites as I don't like them he refused and then I was about to walk out having just paid for my food and absolutely knackered from sightseeing I just wanted some hot food to fill the spot and I practically had to beg for anything else except the bites and he gave in with a sigh "ok fine I'll give you a a small portion of them" it was as though I was asking for a kidney I didn't like the way he responded all he had to do was swap one side for extra chips! Food wasn't served hot chips were bland and tasted as though they were reheated He was stingy on the ketchup sachets aswell gave me 2 which is not enough imo that amount is barely a blob of sauce out of a bottle! Had trouble trying to find a clean table upstairs where I sat and ate my food in a hurry as I didn't feel welcome staying in there long Would not recommend and will not be returning Had better meals at burger king elsewhere Lack of customer service skills is apparent here

One of the Best Burger Kings Ive ever been to. Im in love with quality of ingridiences used by BK. This particular restaurant is prime example of BK quality. Great food and brilliant service. Keep it on lads!

Reaz was very lovely helped me through my order as I was very stuck and even gave me a little tester as I didn’t want to waste money if I didn’t like the cheese bites everything was excellent. Really good customer service and very nice bunch of people.

Food was made quickly. The seating area was kept very clean by Rafia and she was very attentive when people left and if they needed anything. Great customer service all round.

Met a lovely Cashier named Fatima, her customer service was excellent. I will definitely visit this Burger King again!

Badly run franchise. Were unable to take codes from the BK app either at counter or on machine, despite being listed on the app, rather than exempt like those in stations etc. Were a bit standoffish, no offer to assist etc. In future will avoid in favour of numerous better local fast food options.

After taking care of our restroom needs, we decided to order some quick drinks. It wasn't necessary, but we figured it was only fair since we made use of their facilities. The automated ordering desk was a breeze to use, and the service was kind and attentive. We sat there, sipping our drinks, watching the square slowly come to life with the first busker setting up. It was oddly pleasant, witnessing the awakening of the square.

Not great but good place to get a seat when you need one. Fries some cold some hit, upstairs dirty at first but cleaned during the my visit. Service seemed lo g and they ai t no smile.

Way over priced, more than some service stations. Can't order on the app and can't use the reward program.

The worst burger King ever. No kids toys in a kids meal, apparently they dont do them.. Got looked at like I was an alien when I asked for not lettuce on a chicken burger. Upstairs was very unclean. Staff were unhelpful.

This was disappointing. Head office should be looking closely at this outlet which feels tired, grubby and forgotten. I was served a double whopper meal. The chips were cold and dried out. Tables upstairs hadn't been cleaned. Depressing.

Been here by casualty and honestly very bad lack of hygiene. We get in and the guy was playing at the phone while the till bar was full of paper of straws and spilled drink, the floor was looking like a open rubbish. However we were quite hungry and we order one sandwich with fries and we end up with chilly bites instead. The guy was kind and although you don't expect to be in a micheline star place I still expect the minimum.

Worse customer service ever! They hate the app offers, never want to let you use them!!

This location refuses to let you order anything from the King Savers menu (insisted a cheeseburger had to come with a kids meal and couldn’t be ordered on its own), has a dirty eating area filled with trash, plus they don’t accept mobile orders which means any in-app offers are useless. It’s a wonder this franchise hasn’t been shut down by corporate.

The venue has a couple of automated kiosks to place your order, which is a plus if you want to easily use the BK app. The waiting area is quite small, and there weren't toilets open when I visited (neither were they in sight). I've been to worst BK outlets, but I still think they could improve this one, especially being in Central London.

Mr. Reaz gave me phenomenal service. I have never felt so accomadated in my life. If it was up to me, he should be the CEO of Burger King. I reckon he’d smoke Ronald McDonald in a punch up as well.

Fatima was great, really nice and polite and wanted to help the customer. I would give 5 star if it wasn't for Raj, who was clearly grumpy and not as accommodating, I asked him for a favour and he refused to help.. Fatima eventually helped and made my order perfect
