I still think Five Guys are excessively expensive for a fast food burger joint, but alas they also make a mean hot dog so I cannot resist. If you have never been to a Five Guys before don’t even think about ordering a fries portion larger than small… that is already a “large” anywhere else as they are incredibly generous. This branch is super convenient being barely a stones throw from both Tottenham Court Road tube station and the busiest street in Europe, Oxford Street, and so large you shouldn’t have too much difficulty getting a seat. I recently had the Bacon Cheeseburger and Regular Fries at Five Guys in London and was very impressed. The burger was absolutely delicious. The beef was fresh and juicy, and the toppings were generous. I especially liked the fact that you can get as much bacon as you want for free. The fries were also excellent, with a crispy outside and a soft inside. I also appreciated that you can get as much free soda as you want. The staff at Five Guys was very friendly and helpful. They were happy to answer any questions I had and made sure my order was perfect. Overall, I had a great experience at Five Guys in London. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious burger!

This was my first ever visit to five guys! I loved it. Burger was delicious. You can completely personalise all toppings. Service was fast and efficient. Chips excellent. Nuts are available while you wait which is a nice touch. The drink machine is great it has lots of different fizzy drink options to play with. There is extra seating downstairs.

Pretty decent burguer to be a franchise! Better than others and you cane at peanuts while waiting! Different combination of burguers and apetiziers, drinks amd desert!

I went yesterday and the burger completely fell apart. The burger patty's fell apart with all of the toppings. It was very greesy and wet and probably the worst five guys burger I have had in the UK. A burgerking whopper tastes 10 times better and is much cheaper. Very disappointing in you five guys expected a lot better for £7.25

Good food, but not honest service. I've ordered: A Little Cheeseburger. The cash boy added fries that I haven't ordered... and I was confused because I have added lettuce and pickle, than I've payed more 5.75 pounds for fries, something I haven't ordered.

As with all five guys the portion of fries are far too large but the burgers are great, as are the milkshake. Price if often way too high for fast food though. The service is snappy and much better than Piccadilly circus branch.

Superb burgers and fries. Sadly the guy serving needed a personality transplant and a smile or 2. He rudely sent the smiling lass who initially began serving us away. He got the order wrong as the icing on the cake. Funnily, the ice wasn't working in the drinks machine and the options I wanted weren't working on our refill. Might be busy, might be the holidays- perfect reason to address these things.

If you don't yet know about 5 guys, you've been living under the world's biggest rock. An American impeot to the UK with a limited menu it does incredibly well. When it comes to smashed burgers this place will always be in the discussion for top 5. 4 variations of beef burger, either with cheese, bacon or bacon and cheese. Smaller versions for kids. The same with fries, either cajun or regular and a serving size that is mountaineous in comparison to competitors. What it might seemingly lack in variety it makes up for in spades with quality. They have focused on doing burgers and fries and doing them to perfection. Other options on the menu are hot dog and grilled cheese, use these only if you absolutely have to. An excellent atmosphere with excellent well know music playing, generally a variety of Rock and Roll in a throw back design of the original American diners. Complimented with an array of milkshakes, the average Joe would be filled to the brim with a burger, small fries and regular shake.

The burger was so good! And they were able to cater for gluten free option with a lettuce wrap. The customer service was friendly and good too!

One star as I got given the incorrect order. I tried to resolve in it store, but was referred to customer service. Customer service said they wont do anything about it. I have provided proof of receipt and photographs of the incorrect meal received. Customer service are a joke and totally incompetent. Customer service and the staff are lying. Calming the meal was replaced. This is incorrect. The meal was binned and I was told to contact Customer service. This store is dirty, and the staff are clearly as incompetent as customer service. I hope the restaurant is investigated. You cannot take peoples money then serve them the incorrect food and not refund

First visit to Five Guys, I'd previously heard lots of good things about its food. I ordered a burger from the vegetarian menu and was quite disappointed. It was very messy and difficult to eat, and while I do like mushrooms, I expected much more flavour. The chips were okay, nothing too amazing. Likely a personal preference that I do not like the chips being served in a tall cup. I think the good reviews are mainly about their regular (meat) menu, so if you get that I'm sure your food will taste great!

Quite high price here for a fast food place, but the quality is also on another level. Their regular burgers are actually double, and you get to select between a wide range of toppings. The fries are delicious, and even the regular size of fries is much bigger than a large most other places. Soda with free refill, and the machine has a lot of interesting flavours to try.

I generally love five guys but the quality of food has gone down now. Dogs are definitely not worth the price. I had very raw jalapeno in mine and my partner also said his burger was very ordinary. service was great.

Just your usual five guys nothing exceptional. Five guys has an interesting concept though. Even though it is quite expensive, it is expensive because of all the condiments that you can add to it. I usually add all the condiments to make it worth it and nice, but you can always build it to your own liking. Recommended for fast food (not so fast as mcdonald though since they need to grill the patties first).

This is the place to come for high quality burgers. Watch the portion of fries. Excellent Service with good behavior. In a word 5 star Service and quality of products. I would specially recommend the behaviour of Staff Mr.Anik who has mind blowing customers satisfactory management standard.

Great customer service and super friendly. Went there just before midnight and was still open. Order a fantastic Cheese burger with lots of toppings which came quickly and was delicious. They do beer as well, that was fantastic. Would definitely recommend!!

Let’s start with the pros. Great American burger with good portions of both beef and fries. Even if you go with the smallest size you won’t be disappointed. Lots of indoor dining 2 floors a main level and basement level with more dining area and locked restrooms that require a code which you receive on your receipt. Also AC Going into the experience. I went around 12 am, not to busy only had to wait about one minute to talk to classier. That’s about all the positive I can say. Once my order had been placed I waited around the pickup area for about 10 minutes waiting for my number to be called. I heard all these numbers being called except mine. I was around customer number 70. I only got one burger and fries nothing to compacted or large. Once I begun to hear orders in the 90 range I went up to the pickup desk and asked the worker what was up with my order to which he responded it was still in the Q. I understand staffing shortages are a issue so I said no worries and just waited. Another 10 minutes or so passed and I begin to hear single digit numbers getting called. At this point I went to the manager waring the black shirt everybody else has on red and let her know that I had sent gotten my order yet. To which she said “give me your receipt”. She then explain to me that my order must’ve been lost. No apology or anything she just said they would make it. I waited another five minutes and one of the workers call my number finally and just handed me my order without any apology or anything. A lesson that they could learn is first to be aware of their surroundings and the customers waiting if they see a customer waiting for 20+ minutes that has already asked about their order they should double check with the customer to make sure. Second is the manager should’ve been a little bit more apologetic about the situation a simple sorry would have been nice.

This is the place to come for high quality burgers. Watch the portion of fries. My wife and I ordered two, one each. One portion would have been more than enough Lots of room to sit in. Place looked clean. One thing to watch is that they cook thr fries in peanut oil. Overall great place. Bit pricey but you get what you pay for!

Great food at a decent price. Friendly staff. Do not order the large fries, you will receive a RIDICULOUS amount of fries, enough to feed a large pack of... whichever perpetually hungry animal you can think of that eats potatoes.

Always enjoy the food here. Although it took a little while to get your order (around 15-20 minutes) as it is pretty busy on the weekends. Asked a member of staff if there was an accessible toilet and she said it was down the stairs 🥴 didn't really know what she was doing but we got there eventually. Could do with either getting better/thicker straws or blending the milkshakes more because there was huge chunks at the bottom that could only be scooped out.

When one looks, in a late night hour, for a decent place in which he can be welcomed, this is a wonderful one. We were walking in a typical Londonian night, hungry as wolves (an expression in Hebrew), and the vast majority of restaurants were already closed. It was strange, since it was half past ten. You may expect, in contemporary narcissistic way of thinking,than London will remain open just for you... Well: This place was open. Welcoming, cozy, good food even though you can't be an istenis. We are still grateful.

This was the first place where I tried Five Guys for the first time and since then I am a fan of it. I love their burgers, hot dogs and shakes, fries are not a big deal, McDonald's fries are better. This place has a great American diner kinda vibe that I like. It's big so it's easy to find a table. Con: Five Guys restaurants are really expensive, costs are the same as in an average restaurant.

You order and pay on entry, then wait whilst your order is prepared. Didn't have to wait long. Sat at a table. Had a veg sandwich on a bun and chips. Chip fries were lovely. Mushrooms, peppers, onions etc bit skimpy but tasty. Overall enjoyed it and reasonably priced. Would go again.

The ads and reviews for this burger joint are all spot on. Hope someone would bring Five Guys to my country. Perfect fries. Perfect burgers. Perfect milkshakes. It's so good, it feels like a sin!

The burger was delicious. However, I couldn't find any peanuts which we could eat before. Maybe the policy has been changed and they don't serve it anymore which is a shame. We did some drawing and hung them on the board. This place has two floors. The toilet can be found downstairs and need a code which is on the receipt.

For a fast food chain it is the best hamburger in london. Comes hot of the grill, the entire package has great taste(the meat itself is nothing to show for though) All together, great munch or late night snack. The fries are perfect!

Poor management, cannot even prepare my order properly on Deliveroo. Missing not one but 2 items. Cannot even bother to check the order before giving it to the driver. Waste of time and waste of money as I have to pay both delivery fees and service fees again as deliveroo only compensate back the items missing. Also next time don’t bother listing Mayo or Ketchup to serve on the side of the fries if you’re never going to add it with the order.
