Fancied a chicken wrap before the football. Food was good, hot and tasty. Service was fine, though the shop looks a little grotty inside and out

ABSOLUTELY TRASH!!! Ordered 3 wings and chips for £1.50, I should've known it was going to be disgusting. The wings tasted like they had some sort of cleaning product or something worse in them, I'm not joking I had to throw everything away. Never again!!

Avoid this place! Scam artists! Ordered through ubereats, showed it was on it’s way when it wasn’t. I called Dixy’s, they said they had no drivers to deliver, yet they accepted the order and told me to cancel, but I couldn’t cancel the order from my side. Called them again at least 20 times for an hour afterwards to ask them to cancel so I can be refunded but no one bothered to pick up. They avoided my calls just to scam me £20 worth of food. Disgusting service. Had to wait an hour on uber support to get a refund in the end

Just seen a Video of a Old white man getting bullied by the shop worker's while he sat inside having some food. If this was the other way around it would be called racism. I want to let this shop owner know you have attracted the attention of the wrong people. I will look in to this further.

DO NOT ORDER - i ordered on just eat, food never arrived even though it says delivered. the estimated delivery time was already an hour so for it to not even show up is ridiculous. i tried calling the restaurant multiple times but the line is always busy. the restaurant handles the deliveries so there’s no tracking to follow. i just wanted a hotdog :’(

Avoid, looks dirty, bad service, terrible dry donner and chicken. I don't know why people go there, once was enough to put me off for life.

I order from this place a lot at least twice a week. Today the food came cold and late, so I requested a refund which they refused. They have just lost a customer

Food never arrived. No updates. 3.30am I'm hungry and tired with no food and spent money on nothing... 0/10 service, flopped it. UPDATE: food came after 3.40 ish but this is almost 2hrs after i ordered and the delivery guy said he only got called "10mins ago" to come pick it up. The food was dry/chewy and not hot. Milkshake I ordered was a literal frozen solid block (not liquid ie not drinkable) which ive never seen before lol. Couldn't eat most of it and asked JustEat for a refund.

The store need a major update on the decor as everything is dated. They can be quite busy at times but one thing is for sure that they have not dropped on the quality that Dixy stands for and that is nice hot delicious food. Staff are super helpful and the service is quick. Overall great food and good customer service and that is what matters most. Store have got a steep ramp for wheel chair users or less able customers.

This maybe called Dixy but not the same quality or taste as Dixy in Ilford Lane. The food is warm and a decent taste but not so delicious that I would return unfortunately. They take card payments (contactless ), staff are helpful, just wished the food tasted better. Hot wings were hard and chewy, spicy burgers simply have chilli sauce in it nothing special. I think 3 stars is reasonable, they provide a good service, friendly staff and menu options are plentiful. Good to feed the hunger in a rush but wouldn't go out of my way for it. Thanks keep it up sure you they will get better if I visit again :) try it for yourself guys.

Dixy Marked my order as delivered via Just Eat and I recieved no food and had the nerve to take the money from the bank. I want a refund please.

High price but the taste is not there. Their Chicken strips are tasteless, burgers are ok. Chicken strips were not fresh and Tasted like boiled chicken no spice or salt what so ever. I don't think will buy again from the shop.

Usually my go to place for a pizza, as the pizzas are tasty and delivered extremely quickly, and been ordering 3-4 times a month for a few years. Always have the exact same order through Uber, just ordered my usual on the Uber app and requested for a couple of toppings to be swapped - never been an issue at all in the past. Got the notification on the app that the request could not be fulfilled. Called the restaurant to speak to a member of team, spoke with a rude boy on the other end. Started to claim that for extra toppings I need to be pay extra. Which is completely understandable as I’m not the one to exploit the system. What really annoyed me is the fact that I requested 2 toppings to be ‘exchanged/swapped’ with 2 toppings which I liked, that’s not exactly asking for extra. The man kept on saying he cannot remove toppings. I would have easily gone with the choose your own option but on that you’re required to pay more than double the price of the pizza and have the option to choose less toppings. It does not make sense, but that option is there to rip people off. Quite annoyed! Poor customer service where staff don’t know the difference between exchanging and extra. Won’t be returning.

Very atrocious I went to the shop, ordered 12 wings, went home and opened my box to see that the wings look half eaten. Thus is not the first time I’ve had this problem with this particular dixy, it’s honestly ridiculous!

Avoid avoid avoid This place is absolutely diabolical the food was raw and the staff refused to change my order when I showed them. The hygiene is awful and there customer service is shambolic. For a chicken shop you expect fully cooked chicken.
