One of the worst KFC in London. The rudest staff that they haven't got a clue about customer service and lying about how the system works. Ordered a meal deal with 3 pieces of chicken and fries which the chicken was ready 5 minutes after I have placed the order, but for the fries I had to wait for another 5 minutes until the person went to cook them after the chicken was ready. When I questioned it I'm was told that the order for the fries doesn't show in their system which i find that really hard to believe. I never found so rude staff without a care towards customers. Also the person that was in the kitchen was eating and using their phone which thwre were more interested than their customers. Avoid at all cost.

Almost got double the items required as person taking the order wasn't listening properly. Bought bucket of 10 pieces of chicken and fries. Latter were edible but the chicken was very dry, salty and batter hard. Ate 2 pieces and threw remainder away. Won't be buying from this shop again.

I ordered Trilogy box meals which I received through Deliveroo. Delivery was fantastic but packaging and food quality was unsatisfactory. They put food and drink on the top of each other, burgers were half packed half open(dont want to talk about quality of burger), mini fillets were like stone, chips literally were few of them (you can see on the picture that was it)half of package were empty. I also ordered kansas bbq bites but it was barely any sauce on it and chicken bites were literally like stone. You can’t say if it was stone or chicken bite. I had bad experience with this branch before thought they changed but unfortunately they don’t consider customers reviews. Shame on them.

No wonder why this place has such bad reviews. The manager is a joke. I can't into collect my free wings before they expire and she refused to give them to me .. told me to wait around for half an hour, as the system wasn't working because it wasn't coming up on her screen when I scanned my QR code. She refused to put the code in which is there for this reason I'm sure. She's rude and shouldn't work in customer service.

As a takeaway it's alright but as a sit-in it's kinda ehhhhh... Expecting a bit more from KFC brand with its reputation and its high prices. But I am a big fan of KFC so after having tried this place as a takeaway we tried to sit-in. It was a bit like one of those low-end chicken shops... I couldn't understand what the staff were saying, plus they couldn't really explain the deals and they forgot parts of our order until we told them. The place was little dirty and seating area was so small with bad atmosphere. The food was abit clumsily put together... Was expecting a lot better from them. Nevertheless, being KFC, the food still tasted good so I can't complain. We still enjoyed all our food but will probably stick to just getting takeaway in the future.

Today, I came back from a hard working day of physical labour which drained me. The first thing that came to my mind was KFC! Upon arrival, the shop was in a state. Absolutely disgusting with ketchup stains everywhere and muddy puddles in the store. Didn’t know that was possible, yikes! However, I was determined to get my KFC as I was so hungry (biggest mistake of 2024). Although the cashier was nice (Raja) the woman that gave my food was awfully terrible. There is no word in the world that I can use to describe the patronising service from this woman. Firstly, I had asked her nicely if I can have a fork and some tissues but she looked back at me in a very condescending way like I mentioned McDonalds in front of her. Instead she whips out A SPOON???? How can I use a spoon to eat my popcorn chicken and my chips? She then decided to show me how to eat chicken using a spoon after asking her can I get a fork. I was truly gobsmacked! After that traumatising experience, I was walking home in the spitting rain eating my chicken using a spoon whilst trying to contemplate what atrocities I have just seen; not the mention the spoon was wooden and caused splinters in my poor fried chicken. Also, they forgot to add my supercharger sauce which usually charges myself, which I was really looking forward too. Don’t go to the KFC in Bethnal Green, go Jannah Grill! They’re finger lickin good, I’m lovin it!

This particular store really needs to concern about its cleanness and the appearance of its employees.. u have to be looks clean and tidy when u handling other people’s foods. I’m not trying to offend anyone but this is really important issue to be sort out. Hopefully the management will concern this matter.

I don’t recommend this store because I have waited for the order for like 1 hour but no use with the service. I recommend everyone to use other store or go for nearby McDonald’s

Branch run by bunch of Asian non English speaking.. They need to change staff, unprofessional and food is always cold and they make mistakes on orders every time. I stopped going to Bethnal Green branch due to Asians frehsies running the show.

I do not recommend going this branch to anyone! I’ve wait 20 min for a simple order! And they have the nerve to put the fries in the same bag as the chicken piece! Unbelievable service!!

Place was busy but food was lukewarm. I just pop in to to order a take out only thing wasn't happy about was the portion of chips which was on the small size but the Barbecue tower burger with Hash brown which I was looking forward to was on point.

Good price for mighty bucket, in this we can get two piece of chicken, wings and fillets fries and drink wow simply amazing and it’s delicious, definitely worth for students.

Unbelievable chicken fillet !! The chicken inside the burger was ad hard as rock. Not only tasteless rather unbearable. I WOULDN'T BE SURPRISED IF I GET FOOD POISON FROM THIS honestly, without any exaggeration.. I had 1 bite and threw it away Worst KFC EVER, WOULDN'T recommend it to my enemies.

Just been to this kfc which is my local Staff member did not know what he is doing, and other members of staff not willing to help out. There was a woman supervisor but she didn’t care at all about customer service or helping out her employees. I would really like to talk to Management at this place if anyone knows how to contact them plz pass on the info. I wouldn’t even give it a one star

I can’t believe I’m giving only 1 star for KFC which is my favourite fried chicken restaurant. The staff are incredibly unprofessional and rude. They can not take a basic order and mess it up every time, whether I order online or f2f. KFC need to step up and change the staff immediately if they want to see more sale for their business.

Amazing. Everything was perfect I didn't wait too long, I could choose to pay in cash or with a card and the staff was lovely comprehensive and generous!

If I could I wouldn't even give it 1 star, they always mixup my order, leave out orders, don't put things in the box... Never ever again... Today was another day off disappointment and rip off...

A fair proportion of staff at the till at Bethnal Green KFC are simply not capable of taking order- they don't listen and they try and rush you and then mess up your order and then constant shouting to staff in the back. This is a regular occurrence despite making compliants to KFC in detail. They never answer the phone when trying to reach them when ordering in just eat or Uber eat to confirm any order notes.

Had used this branch before. Now the service has gone really bad, must be a new Asian owner, as this is a franchise. The whole staff is made up of young Bangladeshi females with thick Indian accent. Went down today for a lunch-time meal. Chose a meal but the Bengali lady staff told me I have to pay extra as they have large size chickens! And she even throws me a discount, as KFC is negotiating on meal prices in Dhaka! I told her I would only pay the price that is listed not more, just because you have 'large size' chicken pieces. She or the owner thinks this is Bangladesh and can get away with it! Where are Trading Standards?!

The staff are absolutely rude, they put up a zinger burger deal on the window, which included chips, zinger burger and two wings/fillet strip on the poster, when I ordered they just gave me chips and burger . When I asked where the rest is they where extremely rude and said that , this is it and they have to upgrade the poster, I told them they need to take it down cause it’s misleading the costumers and illegal, if the poster says and shows one thing and they give another, they said they can’t do nothing they just work there , I said I want to speak to the manager or get my refund, it’s ti do with principles and misleading advertising that made me angry otherwise I wouldn’t bother. they have me the two fillets after being extreme rude and jeering. I went in 1 o’clock on Monday 9/ 10/23 , if manger or owner want to look up who was working during these shifts. Totally disgusted by staff behaviour and misleading poster.

Probably one of the worst KFC I have ever been to! Chicken is really dry, skin tastes bad and I don't even want to get started on the timings! Really hope you fix it as I loved KFC growing up but feel there is massively better on offer at the minute in the east end for fried chicken!

I recently have been to the KFC at Bethnal Green and the food and customer service was excellent! The cashier who had served me (Jannatul) made sure that my order was correct and the food tasted absolutely amazing! The food was prepared very quickly and given in a very calm manner though the place was overflowing with customers. I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone!

One of the Worst KFCs. Service is the worst exetremely slow. Went in just for wings waited 15 minutes for just wings. I asked how long i was told a few mintues. Waited another 5 mins but wings still was not ready. Ask for a refund like 5 times. I was just told to wait its here, its here. In total had to ask 10 times for a refund. Worse customer service ever. Will not be returning to that KFC again.

Wrap of the day was good before , i am missing the wrap the day now but its good more offers are coming all the year, chicken wings are delicious, thank you staff for serving .

I worked in McDonald’s for a couple of weeks when I was young on the chicken section. One key thing I was always told was to keep a batch of your most popular items on the go. This kfc had 6 people in the queue all waiting for mini fillets, we were served in an incorrect order and the other food was cold when we got it. Benefit of the doubt, they were understaffed with only 3 members working. But there was no leadership or care. For a KFC that smells so good it was the worst I have been to.

New seasoned fries are amazing i love the spicy wings , and value for money if you buy mighty buckets for one , studnets can get student offer which was free popcorn snack buckets i loved it.

Came for a meal on New Years Day. Such a bad customer service. Firstly I’m entitled to get a nhs discount but she didn’t give it apparently I was too late to tell her. Although I said it before I paid. Wanted to add one extra side, she didn’t let us. When I went to pick up the order. The number on the receipt and her order number wasn’t same. So we didn’t know if it was our order. So we stood around. Finally we got our food but the lady irin was very rude about us not getting that the receipt had a different number than the order number. The lady sever us was also being rude to us with irin. We couldn’t see her name as she didn’t badge. Store was very dirty and none of the tables were wiped. I noticed few customers came in and left. Although there were empty seat but it wasn’t clean. Food was absolutely in appalling condition. Chips were very soggy. Didn’t give us extra sauce. I would urge people not to come here. Anyone reading this save ur self time and money and enjoy your meal elsewhere.

No toilet for customer. They say toilet is not working. I was ask duty manager there is no sign.he said it a normal meter . It’s was for my 6yrs boys. I was ask for his name . He said he doesn’t have name .I get this answer from professional person. Time 14:15. Towerhamlets health and safety department and food safety department look after this .specifically older people and children.

If you like KFC DO NOT GET IT AT THIS SHOP. Rude and incompetent staff, undersized pieces if chicken, I ordered 3 pieces of chicken and two were smaller than my thumb. ( please believe me I am not exaggerating ). When I complained I was met with a very rude and belligerent staff member who tried to make me look foolish in front of the other customers. I wish I had taken photos of my meal but i didn't unfortunately.. This shop really lets down the good name of KFC DO NOT USE IT

Thin burger. Not the way other branches sell them. Staff are too busy to tell you that the difference between a zinger burger on its own and the meal is £1. They don't let you use the toilet lying it is out of use. Problem lies with those who run it.

Fast service even when it was busy. I ordered a Nega Box and 6 Hot Wings. I asked for a breast piece and I got a side breast! Practically no meat on there at all! Wings and Mini Fillet were nice. Chips not the best could of been cooked longer. Please bring back the Mcdonalds style chips, they are so much better!

The worst KFC I've been to, ordered a wrap of the day. Ended up with the filling in the box and the wrap squashed after it. Had reassemble tge wrap again myself to even eat. Lucky for them I was short of time otherwise I would've taken it back for a new one. As for the wait, we'll they've taken 'fast' out of fast food.

Customer is very long ,they saw me waiting and didn't engage with me ,the shop is very dirty no one cleans ,I have been in the store twice. I recommend the place be close down and staff to be changed ,the wings are always hard .

They serve so slow. In the meantime you can go to KFC near any other store and have your food. Riders be careful with the orders from this Restaurant. There is a guy who is serving the deliveries intentionally giving the orders late. I don't know how the management allows these type of behavior people.

Staff members are friendly and try their best. But being led by a Incompetent manager only makes bad matters worse. It's a busy store so if KFC is reading this get your manager trained up on customer service, it's important having the right amount of staff working in sync. It's always chaotic atmosphere with arguments over orders being wrong.

Truly unhappy with the service I had recived with my family. Very unorganised. We had some of our orders missing. They couldn't wait to get us out of the shop. We won't be going back there anytime soon.

I ordered through just eat as i was very unwell, chicken was cooked in burnt oil & the chicken pieces had burnt dust like crumbs on them. My 1.5ltr Tango bottle was not added to the order & no sauces given although a note was added. I feel very sick after eating the food & will contact the Food & safety department upon them re-opening. I have taken pictures of the burnt chicken pieces. Totally unpleasant experience.

My children needed urgently using the toilet, the kfc manager locked the toilet so the customers cannot use the toilets and telling customers it out of use and not working, for KFC not to keep cleaning the toilets and use for themselves ONLY.. They have put a pin code lock. When ASKED needed just wash hands they gave the code and the toilet seemed to be fully working. But when my children needed urgent the Toilet we had to run to the McDonald's down the road. I think this is very unacceptable and not to KFC STANDARDS. THEY ALSO HAVE NO SAUSES TO GIVE YOU. MY ORDER FROM THEM WAS ABOUT 40 POUNDS AND BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS! AVOID THIS NASTY PLACE.

Two hot wings were missing from my order, I ordered six in total and two were missing. All paid for. Two wings each came with the two meals I ordered but I ordered two additional wings on top. It was a collection order and once I got home I realised it was missing.

Worst kfc in london. Sorry to say, the foh service and food is too bad and for that moment i was even doubted whether it's made with KFC masterpiece recipe..... Staff are not properly managed and behaved to customer satisfaction in both service, clean, food. The customers are the once who comes before and after eating should clean the tables... Such bad experience.... Only because there is no other kfc nearby i visit this store mostly. But all the times the situation is the same. In addition to that,' worst taste is the gravy"plz stop that.. And felt salty taste all the items.

The food at this kfc is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you cannot forget. I love the service at the place and the team leader rajashekar and manager manidivi is so friendly with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place.

I just walked home after grabbing dinner from KFC, 2x ZINGER DUO deal. It took me 15 mins to walk home, I opened the box and 2 wings were not in the pack. The man probably forgot. I have been trying to call them several times but no answer. It is a cold raining evening and my little treat was spoiled. Make sure to double check your order, not to be trusted!
