I downloaded the app to order a personal pizza and a chicken box. The full process disappointed me. -The app has unnecessary information and a cutscene that you need to go through every time you reopen it to check your order status. -My place is about 10 minutes away from this joint yet it took 30 minutes from when it said "out for delivery", ( granted this was a Friday evening, but there's no traffic near my place and for perspective takes only 20 minutes to walk there). - Considering the time, the pizza was cold and tasted similar to cardboard, the chicken lost all crispness - Lastly this is more Domino's fault than the chains, but the price for a pizza the size of my palm and a chicken box with tasteless sauces costed me over 18 pounds. I could've just bought 4-5 frozen pizzas which wouldve lasted a good few days for 3/4th the price. I just feel ripped off ☹️

Do not order from here if you are hungry as the pizza may never arrive. Awful experience. Had not had an update on my pizza order for over an hour. When I called the store, they did not answer or would answer and then hang up. It took me 20 minutes of non stop calling to get an answer which only came when I called on a different number and they surprisingly decided to answer. I asked why they did this, they said "because they were very busy". I was then told my order hadn't even started being prepared yet (an hour after ordering). Very rude woman. Sounds similar to below reviews which I should have read before ordering. I've asked for a refund let's see if that ever arrives.

Will not be ordering from them again. Two of their delivery ppl have been very nasty, a male, & now a female. Also someone (I assume) from management was very nasty over the phone last year. There is a pattern.

Sent me the wrong pizza, then acted all difficult about resolving it - refusing a partial refund and giving me a vague promise I'd get a free medium pizza next time (and it seems from other reviews they'll conveniently forget this next time). Who says I'll be back?

As vegans the pizza was delightful , unfortunately there is no vegan dessert options which is a major let down. The three star rating is due to the fact that there is no vegan dessert options. My advice as a customer is to provide vegan dessert options , also provide more drink / beverage options as both of us do not consume Coca Cola drinks.

Love the fact that you have a seats to sit down while waiting & they didn't mind us eating the pizza there, when it was freezing outside, staff were friendly & the place looked spotless, & fast service.

Disgusting customer service, rang up as order was delayed, person who answered the phone was rude and then hung up on me after telling me they don’t change the order status until ‘they have enough drivers to send the deliveries out’ So what, they sit there cold? Awful

Margarita was fine, meateor give food poisoning which after seeing a show is a real terrible way to cap of an evening. Would not recommend.

Hello so I called dominoes and I said hello how ar u and the person said do u think I care what u say and then I called again and I said y did u say that and the. He started swearing 🤬I hope I can not put negative starts bc I definitely would

Absolutely useless, called to amend an order as soon as I’d sent it. Person hung up on me then when I called back handed me to a manager that said it was now in the oven literally 1 min post call then hung up on me. Terrible customer service do not recommend at all

Always is been a pleasure to have Dominos delivered to our house, today it was an exemption a lady call Tata was very rude and no help at all when we call to ask if there was any issue after waiting for 50 minutes. She said that she is very busy and does not have time to check.

Best dominos by far, order here a lot pizza is always great. On the rare occasion it’s not great, the guy on the phone will sort it out and is more than willing to help. Overall great pizza and great customer service.

Got two for Tuesday and added another medium pizza they sent only one pizza from the deal and the smaller pizza argued with me didn’t send other pizza out.., pizzas went cold while waiting on phone to them ended up just walking off and telling them won’t be ordering again £40 down cold pizzas and everyone not fed.
