Really nice staff, really nice food, close to trafalgar square, good prices. You can pick and fill your burrito or quesadilla. The food tastes really whole and healthy and it’s really tasty! I was so impressed! They brought our quesadilla up so we didn’t have to wait. It was hot and the organic lemonade is really nice too. Really worth a visit!

Best value food in Charring Cross. I fed a family of six for fifty pounds. Which is pretty impressive. There was a great range of fillings including vegan, vegetarian and carnivore. The chocolate filled churos was a nice surprise. Its great food in the centre of London and service was fast, fun and friendly.

The portion size is good for London standards, it was quite interesting made us really full! The upstairs interior decoration looks very nice too.

Great Burritos for a cheap price. Was not a big fun of the three tacos (also smaller portion for same price), I would recommend to stay on the burritos. Recommended for a quick bite.

I’ve wanted to try this place for ages each time I pass it on the bus. It was just okay, nothing fancy. The food was quite tasty to be fair, but I think the beans mix and salsa make that. I got the medium size chicken burrito with added guacamole (pay extra). It cost £9 but was a good size. You could have been on the salad bar in Pizza Hut for the things that you add to your meal smh 🤷🏼‍♀️

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat. This was probably the most bland and boring burrito I've ever tried; not worth the price at all. Virtually no flavour or spice to it. Unsure why others rate so highly.

Great food! Good price, good location, good staff. The service moved relatively quick during lunch time hours. You choose your ingredients on your burrito. For fast food you still get a quality meal. There is an upstairs seating area, but during nicer weather you can take away to Trafalgar Square. I highly recommend the beef.

Totally recommend! I'm not from England so my debit card didn't work well so these understanding people just let me take the food (I think they saw how stressed I was)… if I have problems with the card next time, I will definitely come back to them haha joke but it’s true that they are very lovely!!!

Their naked burrito bowls and churros has always been my fav. Always enjoy eating here knowing staff members are nice and also give filling amount of food into the make burrito bowls

What a banging burrito!!! Whenever I feel like getting a burrito I come to tortilla. Definitely the best franchise for this kind of food. Never lets me down in terms of quality and quantity. If you eating healthy options such as the naked burrito bowl is banging.

Tortilla is generally tasty and good, but this venue in particular goes over the top with the service. The girls always have a smile on their face, and are attentive to every single customer with no distinction. I'm feel more interested in coming back because of the service and the care taken of the customer (reflected also in the cleanliness and attention with the product).

I recently came to this shop to have some lunch and decided to go for a burrito on a Sunday. I was met at the station by Abe who was just brilliant. She was very pretty and made sure that my stomach was also satisfied. I actually asked her to give me what she would normally have, if she came, as I am so indecisive. She wrapped the burrito very well to make sure all the filling stayed within the burrito. I would highly recommend coming here and this shop is definitely seeing me again.

We were very satisfied with everything. The waiters were nice, burrito was tasty, the place was lovely decorated. The prices for the location (center of the center) were very good. We paid 16£ for two burritos and one lemonade.

The selection is huge. My favorite is the burrito with almost all the side dishes and chicken and extra avocado. The avocado and hot sauce is particularly important. This is also Halal and the price is reasonable. I just think it's great.

We stumbled across this fast food restaurant by chance. It will be our go to place when we visit London. I had the naked burrito. A really substantial HOT meal for an exceptionally reasonable price. They build your meal up in front of you as you choose from a selection of buffet trays. The seating is rustic and when we asked for the air conditioning to be turned down, the staff willingly obliged

A good place, just behind the Trafalgar Square! Great options on Mexican cuisine and they prepare right in front of you, so you know what you are having. Good portion, good price! The seating area is upstairs, which felt a bit crowded because of not so effective space planning , but the good food kind of made that up!

This is a fantasticly intimate place to eat and an EXPERIENCE. The food is precise and full of flavour and the chefs are class A. John and Rene are a pleasure to watch cook. You watch them cook your food and they tell you all about it. One of my best experiences with food. Highly recommended.

I love Tortilla because I can have a low-carb meal! The place was complete ( of course, on Saturday evening), and the staff looked very tired 😩 but still my favourite👍🏻👌🏻

Super good food with extremely friendly staff. The caramelized chorizo is the bomb! Better than some Mexican food I’ve had in the American Southwest. The atmosphere is extremely friendly, clean, and pleasant. Will definitely come here again when we’re in the area!

I went for the wrap which was decent. Portion sizes do seem a little small for the price paid, but overall delicious.

Really welcoming and the food is tasty. What I most appreciated was the staff, they were very warm and regularly paid attention if I needed anything. They even made a vegetarian quesadilla for me, even though it’s not on the menu. I would definitely recommend this place to any tourist around this area looking for fast and price-fair food!

visited here during the Blue Monday deal (evening of Jan 15) and was blown away by the level of customer service and efficiency shown by the team. Despite being busy, each team member was kind, patient and helpful. The manager and cashier in particular had great energy, noticeable smiles, and made the process smooth and us feel very welcomed. great food per usual but even better people, thank you so much!

Staff were absolutely so friendly and amazing. I wanted a Too Good to Go bag but came too late and they still let me have it. Aside from the amazing team, the burrito itself tasted amazing and I’d definitely recommend.

Nice place! I went there as they had some Choc-Nut Churros, and ai really wanted to try them! For £3.95, I got 7 pieces, that tasted like fried onions rings!!! Now you don’t need to be a chef to be able to feel the tase of onions, even when you’ve been warned that they have allergens. Despite that my stuff was worm to cold, really dissatisfied guys!

Nice find in a quiet town. Pleasant and bright for a spot of lunch. Some nice brunch options with breakfast items available until 3pm. Shakshuka a tasty treat and the cake delicious too. Good cappuccino to go with. Very relaxed, dog friendly and staff very helpful.

Lovely place to have Burritos right next to the Trafalgar Square. Good food, reasonably priced and great service; specifically by Piyush (I hope I got the name right!) who was very welcoming, suggested deals and managed to persuade me to join the loyalty scheme. I'll highly recommend a visit.

Nice food. A bit pricey in my opinion. First time I had it, it was very wet but I asked for the beans to be drained and its been much better since.... Usually go for the naked bowl.

Great location, wonderful staff and really affordable meal in central London. Vegan and halal options. Nice playlist, nice spot to go alone or in a small group. Do be mindful if you have mobility issues or carrying a pushchair or luggage as the dining areas are located in the basement and first floor with stair only access. All in all a hidden gem.
