**Mezemiso, Rooftop Restaurant & Shisha Terrace - 3/5 Review** My experience at Mezemiso was mixed. The service was commendable, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome. The location boasted a pleasant ambiance. However, the promise of a breathtaking view of Westminster Parliament fell short due to blurred windows on our side, hindering the anticipated scenic experience. Additionally, despite the advertised presence of sushi on the menu online, we were disappointed to find none available. Moreover, the food's taste was below average, failing to meet our expectations.

Rooftop setting, aesthetically pleasing, delicious food and a warm welcoming staff. Big cheers to Hamdy - the restaurant manager, he is such a nice person and made us feel at home at Mezemiso during our Iftar feast with my friends. Also big shout out to his team for accommodating us a prayer room after we broke our fast for this Ramadan Iftar dinner. Moreover I think this is a hidden gem near the Big Ben barely I found any nice restaurant close to this one that overlooks the Thames. The atmosphere is intimate and romantic, with a beautiful view of the skyline. We had a couple celebrating the girlfriend’s birthday on the table next to us. Really shows how they make their customers feel really special. Very friendly people! The menu features a mix of Lebanese and Japanese dishes, all of which were expertly prepared and presented. The portions were generous and the flavors were well balanced. The service was attentive and friendly, making for a truly enjoyable dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend Mezemiso Rooftop Restaurant for a special occasion or a romantic night out.

I have been here twice and it was great each time. Great food and great views if you’re by the shisha terrace. Lovely place and exquisite dining each time.

I couldn’t complain about anything! Lebanese & Japanese Cuisine Twist. I’d definitely be returning. I recommend the Kabsa Selection Dishes, do wish the portion was bigger but you can get very filled on the starters! Shisha options are great, casual top up throughout duration. Views so good, my partner and I spent 4 hours there, enjoying the food, atmosphere and drinks!

I had a great entry at the place and even received a birthday card from them with rose petals inside. The food was amazing. Although, the staff outside were quite rude. We asked to have a flavour of shisha and the waiter said that he doesn’t want us to come complaining to him after if it’s too strong, and when I asked for my dish, he thought i was eating by myself and gave me a surprised look above his glasses. We asked for an ashtray about 3 times and on the 3rd time the waiter finally gave it to us after constantly giving us attitude (they weren’t busy). They also left their card machine and someone else’s bill on our table as another waiter threw some plates onto another waiters hands. One of the other waiters kept standing at the door looking directly at our table for 5 minutes with a rude face. I’m a bit disappointed with my experience as I’m a waitress myself and would never make someone feel unwelcome or uncomfortable :(. But the inside waiters were extremely nice and the woman that greeted us at the entry was super sweet. We asked for the bill over 4 times and we waited an hour to receive the bill! I would recommend, not for the shisha, but for the inside restaurant and bar :).

Here for a birthday and it was the greatest experience I’ve had in London in a while. Loved the staff, Jeremiah made an amazing Shisha Smoked Old Fashioned and I don’t usually like old fashioned but there was something about this one. Will come back!!

As soon as you walk in you’re welcomed with the incredible quirky decor and warm and very friendly staff. Voluptuous setting with a mouth watering menu, what’s there not to love and absolute no brainer; get yourself a table if I was you whilst you still have a chance as these guys are going places! I would definitely go back and would this time even have my child run around to also enjoy the scenery.

100% recommend! Service 10/10 - very professional and very friendly. Happy to recommend their best dishes if you are unsure what you fancy. This is not cheap - perfect for a date/occasion. You are essentially paying for the sky view which is absolutely stunning. Food is 10/10! I would definitely go for the fattoush salad & the crab sushi as a starter! I had the salty fish (cooked in salt and then its hand peeled in front of you to remove the bones) - great portion. It is fairly salty so if you are not a salty person, I would recommend the black cod (fairly small portion). Mains dont come with a side. For dessert have the konafa! Its unbelievable!! Option to have shisha/cigars outside which is a nice addition.

I ordered the hummus and lamb swarma for £18 it had too much cinnamon in and no other flavour. The hummus was bland. The flat bread was puffy and light which was nice. I ordered the £38 Seabass (pictures included) and that it how it is presented. It was over cooked and over powered with bits of the salt crust. Note that no other seasoning or jus is provided. I didn’t receive a knife with cutlery, when I asked for one I was told the Seabass isn’t served with a knife. The wine was warm £17 for a small glass Lebanese wine and it was good. The carafe of water had hand prints on it (picture included). The only plus is the view. I was staying in the hotel and was excited by the thought of good Lebanese food with a view, sadly this isn’t the place to go. The staff didn’t seem at all concerned with feedback. I love eating good food but I was disappointed. The food was uninspiring (like the service) and not at spiced at all with Middle Eastern flavours.

View was nice, unfortunately the food did not deliver. price does not reflect on portion. normal vanilla ice cream. drinks came out after we finished our meal. pina colada tasted like pineapple juice..

We arrived from sydney after a 20 hour or so flight time, we ordered room service the first night not expecting much however when the food came we were surprised at how good the food was and the quality of the dish. We then spend the next two nights here enjoying the view and the experience. The staff treat you with the utmost respect regardless of how you look and speak. I’m here with my partner for only a few days before we go to dubai and we both agreed that London was a never to forget experience and mostly to the staff, experience and respect provided by all around us including the hotel staff which the restaurant is situated in.

Had a great experience at Mezemiso yesterday while visiting their terrace bar with panoramic views of the river. The venue is nicely furnished and eye catching. Our bartender Radoslav was extremely cordial and very skilled in making our requested cocktails, which were flavoursome and expertly blended. He is a practiced mixologist who clearly knows how to put the tastes of his customers first! The kitchen staff also excelled, by providing piping hot and delicious food which was promptly delivered and most enjoyable. The staff in the bar did everything they could to make our visit a memorable one, and thanks to their attentiveness and welcoming nature, we will certainly be coming back! Stanislav also made sure from the moment we walked in through the front door we were greeted with a smile. Although some may find the pricing a little high in comparison with a number of similar nearby venues, the quality of drinks, food and service is definitely worth the additional cost as you can literally taste and appreciate the difference. This fusion of Japanese and Lebanese cuisine has surprising culinary depth, and we will be sure to return and explore more options from the menu!

The place is smaller than I expected, it is on the 40th floor of a hotel. Great views over the river. We were sat at an table that we believe is for 4 but they put 6 at the table, so it was quite small not enough space. Service 7/10 it was a friendly lady, however at times we had to ask others to help us, we wished that she would pay a bit more attention when we needed her Drinks 7/10 We had a mix of Mocktails and cocktails. The lychee mocktail was very tasty, the sunset dream Mocktail is in a big glass but tasted a bit like juice. The strawberry daiquiri was not the best but everyone finished their drinks. Starters 6/10 We had chicken wings they tasted a bit sour. The gyoza was very basic taste, we had better. The calamari was alright the portion was good. Mains 7/10 Food tasted good the portions are big. The mixed grill was a little bit dry. Everyone else likes their food You only have the gavel for 2.5 hours so if your not on time they will let you know the you have to sit at the bar. So we had to rush and take the food away instead. But they have us extra time, due to the rush we could not order dessert, so that was disappointing. Overall we would give the restaurant a 7/10 the vibe was really good, we danced with the belly dancer and it is a very cosy and warm restaurant

A wonderful restaurant with a good view. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. They also got us a table although we hadn’t booked. Also if you are going through Eventbrite, make sure you read the fine print as you’ll still need to book through Opentable.

My husband and I had the best dinner experience here. We are vacationing and we stayed in the hotel here and it was our firt time out to eat. Food was soo delicious !! Presentation the best I ever seen !! The desserts topped off with unique look and rich taste !! My palate was more then pleased . We will come back on Friday for music and belly dancing . The cocktails are fresh and well presented I love everything about it!😋😋 The SERVICE was amazing !!! What I liked too is that towards the end the supervisor came and asked us if we were happy with our food. Definitely coming back.

We came out for my cousin’s birthday, and honestly everything was 10/10! The food, the service and vibes! The food was so tasty, and Ziad (our host) was very attentive and kind. The music was great too.

Spent 3 nights in London and we've been so lucky to find this place and already can't wait to come back! The whole place is lovely and the food and drinks very nice, but Manuela and Rado are the ones who made the experience unforgettable! I've never seen people with such incredible energy, both professional and having fun at the same time, honestly they're the vibe of this place! The whole staff was super friendly and would give this place 10/10!

Great views of the river. Although the food was a little underwhelming (My partner recommends the black cod.) If you plan to use both the restaurant and the 'cigar terrace' I advise you make separate reservations. It was a little disappointing to be told we couldn't make use of it initially. It was an unrushed experience. I have to make a particular mention to our server Manuela who provided us with exceptional service. And found us seating on the heated terrace where we enjoyed drinks and cigars after our meal ( Shisha prices in london are outrageous and yes smoking is bad for you but it was all part of the mezemiso experience.) I also reccomend you bring your own lighter if partaking in the cigars, as there was a member of staff that insisted on taking the lighter we were supplied with, as he stated 'people' steal them. So we had to wait for an extended period to relight our cigars, this ultimately spoiled our experience. As a party of 2, we spent several hundred pounds on the experience, we were not going to steal a lighter. Sometimes it pays to use discretion. Due to this I opt not to visit this establishment again.

Absolute superb! Took my friend here for her birthday on Friday and the entire experience was 10/10 all throughout. They even decorated our table, ensured we didn't miss the entertainment and the staff were so professional. Food was also amazing! Will definitely come back. Thank you

Second visit and the taste is amazing as we experienced the 1st time. The view from the 14th floor overlooking the Thames River is breathtaking. The quality of food and service is excellent.

The service was very nice and professional. The food was very delicious, i enjoyed it a lot. I felt very comfortable there. Also the woman who served us was very kind. :)

4 of us sat the bar and enjoyed the very polite and knowledgeable bartenders explain several different house favorites. Friday night dj and cocktails made for a great time. The views are fantastic also.

The customer service, ambiance and food was 10/10. The staff truly took care of us and wished me the warmest happy birthday! My partner and I were particularly fond of the Hommos with lamb shawarma, Lebanese sausages, Rekakat jabnet and lamb chops. The chilli sauce complimented all the dishes as well as the soft bread. Thank you to all the staff for taking care of us and going above and beyond, you truly made my birthday dinner special. I will definitely return!

Disappointed with the restaurant here. The serving speed was painfully slow, making the dining experience quite a drag. We received our dessert late at 8:16, but the restaurant told us to leave at 8:29. Moreover, the food just didn't quite hit the mark for my taste buds as we spent about 400 pounds; it didn't align with what I usually enjoy. I hope the restaurant can step up its game in both service efficiency and culinary delights to better cater to diverse palates.

Me and My friendd visited Mezemiso last Sunday, I must say the staff are amazing welcomed us with open arms and satisfied all of our requests sometimes even doing so without the need to be asked ! We also where feeling cold and Hamdy changed our table to an amazing one which had a fireplace adjacent to it !! Food was top notch, proper authentic Lebanese food as can be seen in the photos ! Same can be said for the service aswell, everyone made us feel welcome !! Dj Sara was the best putting on hit after hit both commercial music and also arabian hit songs ! Our experience was so good that we returned yesterday for a simple drink by the bar ! Well done to all the Staff that where present in the last 2 days !! Will be returning with no doubt ! Diandra
