    The boss is rude and didn't pay me or my brother for the shifts we worked with him . I’ve heard many of the other waiters didn’t get paid too . He threatened to hit me with a pan after I asked for my pay, then proceeded to call the police on me? I was completely shocked and stunned after the incident, but I was soon relaxed to find out that many other people in the community, feel threatened by this man’s narcissism . I’d advise against working or eating here.

    The absolute worst dining experience of my life and I've had food poisoning from other restaurants. Food is terrible, overcooked and dry. Owner/'chef' will blame YOU for this. Laughable. Food is served on a gimmicky disposable bbq with half a piece of coal in it. The grill was not hot (I touched it) and lifted it up to see the measly piece of coal. Was in yhe restaurant for 2 and a half hours. 10 minutes eating, the rest all waiting for the one server (no blame on him, he was put in a very bad place) to serve a full restaurant. The owner shouts abusively and his food is nothing short of terrible. When I asked if we could have a replacement on the poorly cooked items, we were denied. When asked if we could have a discount as half the food was an absolute disaster, we had to fight tooth and nail for only the service charge to be waived. Do not eat here.

    The waiting time is very long, an hour and a half, half an hour until a waitress came to take an order, a large and beautiful restaurant, with two waitresses for the entire restaurant, and the owner himself who works on the grill, after we had already eaten the last dish, the waitress brought us a steak that was also in the order, after we had already finished Everything, we gave her back. The blame is not on the waitresses but on the owner who opened after renovations, and brought in two waitresses who do not understand anything about the menu, and are unable to take control of the entire restaurant, the worst level of service we have seen to date

    Why should I train the owner to be better? I'm not getting paid by him. I had a lousy experience. Doesn't matter. There are other restaurants to choose from.

    Absolutely awful experience. Stay away from this restaurant. Terrible food over priced and worst of all the owner got into a violent physical fight in the store infront of us eating there.

    Rotten ribs delivered twice in the same year so it’s with regret this will be the last order we will ever place from La Fiesta. Only because this problem has now happened to us twice We cannot give them the benefit of doubt anymore as it cannot be a coincidence. I’m really not happy because I liked the beef asado ribs from this place and I will miss them. I have a kosher flat mate and he can only eat meat that is kosher at home so every week we get a kosher deliveroo together. Ribs used to be good here but around a few months ago we ordered ribs and upon opening the aluminium container it smelt different than it usually does, actually it stank, but it’s expensive so I tried a few bites hoping it was ok but my flat mate too smelt the same from the other side of the table and two of the ribs in there were rotten, they tasted disgusting and were clearly off, I know what rotten meat smells like and it ruined the rest of our meal. I felt so sick I couldn’t even eat the good ribs and the steak and both of us ended up throwing the rest of the meat into the bin and wasting around £70 worth of food between us. To make matters worse I had a bad stomach from just these 5 bites or so for the next 2 days taking off work costing me another £500 in lost earnings as I’m self employed now. We assumed that this incident was a one off, maybe an old rib or two were accidentally overaged so we let it be. Because it’s our favourite meat we gave them another few chance a month ago and it was ok again and we were happy. Unfortunately, we ordered once again and once again disgusting smell upon opening. Same thing, rotten ribs again. Why did they do this? Why? Twice is not a coincidence. I’m sorry but while they do seem to age their meat, there is a complete difference between aged and old. Don’t they have someone checking and smelling the meat daily to make sure it’s ok or do they mix new batches with with the old letting some go rotten? Do they have a bad fridge and not fix it, or at worse do they do this to save money and not throw away rotten ribs? I really hope the owners see this review and either change their procedures, their fridges or their penny pinching ways, whatever their reasons it’s happened twice so something is seriously wrong at La Fiesta sometimes, and this should not happen ever again to anyone else. It’s not a small issue, it’s also dangerous.

    OMG ! and they call this a steak restaurant, the worst steak I've ever had , even third time lucky they got it wrong, fatty , cold tasteless and badly cooked, as for the lamb cutlets ,possibly the smallest they could buy to serve you...... never again !!!

    Thank you to Jacque and his staff for s great dining experience last night. We arrived from Israel after the kitchen was already closed with hungry little kids. He reopened the kitchen to bring us delicious food. Much appreciated !

    Whenever I used to be asked where i want to go to dinner for a family birthday or any occasion that me and my family were going out for dinner for, I'd always say la fiesta. It was the best restaurant. Asado ribs were my favourite. However I went there recently and was very much underwhelmed. Im not sure if it was that the usual chefs weren't there that day or what but it was the most disappointing meal I've had in a long time! The way i remember it, it was pricy but at least you got what you payed for. Recently however i went with my family, ordered ribs and got 3 tiny ribs for £27. The worst part is they didn't taste anywhere near as good as they used to. Its sad that my favourite kosher restaurant has gone downhill like this but i guess thats life. Not the place it used to be. Don't think ill be asking the family to go there again anytime soon :(

    Kosher steaks are well presented and cooked. The place was a not busy as it was in the past, but definitely more comfortable and well heated now. Prices on the high side.

    We had to wait a long time for our starters, when it came with no pita bread asked for some and was charged should have come with it. Main meal very good. Coffee served in tiny cups. My lamb chops were excellent as was my wife's duck. That is why we gave it 4 stars

    There is no below than 1 star option. So, i clicked for it. There is nothing hygienic in that restaurant, in the plate it may look like hygienic and the Owner is wowww, the worst person. I heard that he is not even paying for the people who was once worked with him. I would recommend not to go to this restaurant because i feel so sorry for employees who was worked and working with him. Though he sets that much price for the food and the people trusted him that they will paid for what he asked to do. There are so many restaurants with good hearted people. Please spend your valuable money there.

    Overpriced, overcooked, over this place. Food as awful as the owner. All food was terrible and according to staff, you have to catch the owner on a good day for any sort of refund or new food. Would give no stars if I could, stay away!

    Food was really good, we took the mix grill for two, the stake was out of this world and this restaurant has been remodelled beautifully, its so nice to seat there. highly recommended

    Food took a very long time and chips arrived after we had finished eating steak. Delicious steak but otherwise va bit dissapointing as the food was really good. Waiter was really good too.
