Very good pizza, in Good prices. Very friendly stuff. Local very clean. Definitely I'll be back.

I enjoy coming to this place due to great customer service the staff seem friendly so I'll always spend money here it's a great place to come eat or have lunch, and I also enjoyed their Banana Milkshake.

Picked up two pizzas late on a Sunday. Both were fine. However, the top was loose on the spicy sauce which messed up the vegetarian pizza.

The best pizza in town. Their dough is better than any brand in market at the moment. keep it up guys.

Wow disgusting service this is how the pizza arrived and they refused to accept fault or send a new pizza! Clearly the pizza has been dropped on the floor and put back in the box. Never ordering from them again 🤮🤮🤮 this is clearly not edible! Waste of time and we’re still hungry.

It's ok. Value for money is really good but food quality needs improvement. Thin pizza was more like a deep one with plenty of cheese.

Their staff is so rude. Even they can't even take our orders by call. Their pizza are good but not as much as 5 stars. Shame on this restaurant that tells that go and order online don't call us. I had a very bad experience with this restaurant. I ordered pizza and i found human hair on top of the pizza. Taste was also useless and pizza size compromised too. I don't recommend this place to any of you.

I am a regular customer here. Value for money and Pizzas are always great and that is why i always return to them. Not the friendliest of folks at the counter as they always seems to be in a hurry or stressed up. I dont bother much about ambience as it is mostly take away.

Veggie burger was a little dry but had a great flavour and the pizza was fantastic. The chilli sauce was a bit different but the garlic dip was nice.

Fast delivered and really really tasty

Honestly its such a shame, the Pizza is really really good and even the curly fries and Fried chicken (dont get the beef burger tho), but the customer service especially 1 of the guys who works there is one of the most stingy, unhelpful and rude person that i've ever met. If they would just change that this place would go from a 2 to a 4 in my eyes.

How many hours does it take to get a delivery from Deliveroo? After placing the order, the estimated time of the order increased to almost two hours. The restaurant informed me that Deliveroo couldn't find a driver. I cancelled the order after waiting almost two hours and the policy on Deliveroo states that if the order is more than 60 minutes late then the customer is entitled to a refund. I never received the order and still got charged for food which was never consumed and waited almost 2 hours for. Deliveroo refunded me a whooping £2.51 but refused to refund the full amount! Had this been a restaurant scenario I would have walked out and saved myself monies and the hassle. Btw I would rate 0 stars if I could. #deliveroodisappoints

Increased pizza price with inflation but reduced the toppings dramatically. I couldn't see all 4 toppings on half of a pizza. Customer service gone worse. Common guys pick yourself back up.

Dropped in for Pizza. 2 x 9 inch for around £12 and they were excellent. Ate in seats and tables fine though more of a take away

Pizza edges was hard it was very doughy and the topping was so thin and less I need to search for.a kebab and chicken on my pizza.When I phoned them to share my feedback their response was so arrogant like ok if you don't like it we cannot do anything.....wow I am shocked I want to give 0 stars but the option. Is not available. This was the first and last time for me to eat this pizza Very disappointing

They change their chef quite frequently due to which we have to explain them the specifications we want. Everytime when we explain them, their staffs misbahave a lot and are very disrespectful. They make pizza according to their mood. Sometimes it is good but most of the time it is just ok. We have now decided not to buy pizza from La roma any more due to their bad behavior and bad customer service. Extremely disappointed.

I must say, I'm quite Impressed how quick my orders arrived (half an hour earlier than the expected time) and the food is nice & hot as requested (pizza, chips, burgers, bbq chicken wings). If they carry on like this kind of service, I will Definitely coming back to order again. Thank you 👍👍

I think its the one of good halal food point,friendly,sharp and smart staf.

I do not recommend them for having lied to me, I ordered a large vegetarian pizza with prawns to take home, when they delivered the pizza I checked it in the car and it had no prawns, I came back and they told me they were all down even under the cheese but my surprise It was when I got home and my wife and I ate the pizza and there was no sign of the prawns that I had paid for as an extra and that the staff had told me that they were in my pizza, despite this we liked the pizza but I have say that we both had stomach problems the next day. but I do not recommend them because of the bad customer service and lying to my face for something that I had paid.

Pizza is banging. Good dough consistency good topping choices. Will be satisfied 4.8/5 Chips are a miss 2.5/5 Curly fries are v.good. Big portion 4.5/5

Normally the pizzas are well made but for some reason this time they used cheddar instead of mozzarella and didn’t get the base / crust right. Tasted awful.

Ordered pizza with onion rings and must say the worst onion rings ever had not the usual way onion rings are done just doughy in ring shape no onion at all and not well fried the pizza tasted like dough and cheese. Horrible experience.
