Quick service Nice and clean restaurant Really recommend the horchata it is incredible. The enchilada and burrito are exceptional. Accommodating to dietary restrictions. We had an incredible individual serving us. Will be coming back ❤️

Had dine in. Very prompt service. Mixture of Latin American cuisine. Balanced flavors and spices. The ambience is nice. Bit loud music. But that’s the way you disconnect. Has outdoor seating arrangements. And one can opt for just drinks and starters. Worth visiting.

We visited this place on Thursday lunch. Quiet time to enjoy food with my friend. Food came quick and piping hot and delicious. Definitely came back as I was here in the evening already when is busy but staff really attentive

I loveeeeee this restaurant so much. The waiter was so nice and very lovely. He made sure I was happy and enjoyed my meal. I also got a free cocktail from the app as the app has perks. The burger was absolutely delicious with the fries. The cocktail was soooo nice too, I normally go for this cocktail when I go here.

Lovely atmosphere. Delicious food. Love the 2 for 1 cocktail. Friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend. The restaurant was busy but the waiting time for your meal wasn't long. Apologies I couldn't take the picture quick enough before my friends started devouring the nachos 🤣.

Due to the restaurant being unhygienic. Was put off by the flies. When mentioning to the staff, he replied we do clean everyday??! The bbq wings were horrible. The mocktails were full of ice. The sweet potato fries had big ones on top and the bottom was full of crispy small fries. Appalling.

Visited O2 Las Iguanas and was just disappointment after disappointment. First of all we were left waiting at the podium for nearly 10 minutes and ignored. The group in front of us just walked off... what a big mistake we made staying. I walked inside the restaurant to see what was going on and to see if there was a seater, one person acknowledged me after a few trips passed me. He told me that if I want to sit outside I can just go grab a table and order via the QR code. Is this the customer service that we are facing these days? Disgusting! We selected the least dirty table outside, as they were all dirty and unattended with dishes and glasses left from previous customers. I was accompanied by 2 older people, so a QR just wouldn't do, so I had to go back in and grab some menus myself. Then I took their order and placed it online. Nobody came to clean the table or say hello. The first interaction we had was when we received the drinks and the lady apologized for the state of the table and promised she would return to clean it for us. Seconds later our food shows up also... no one returned to clean anything, so we had to use our own tissues and sanitiser to clean everything, so we can eat on a clean table, C-19 free potentially too. The food was OK, but the sizzling chicken was not sizzling, it was lukewarm and my chicken was stale... God knows how many months it's been in the freezer. We ate peacefully and left, repulsed and revolted at the state of the place, the customer service, food and the cheek of charging us a service charge. Can someone please explain to us what the service charge was for exactly? Looking forward to your response at your earliest convenience.

The place is good! If you are looking for loud music or dance floor, this place is not for you. The music is low and the lights are bright. Friendly staff. There is 2 for 1 on drinks.. however i felt that the drinks are not strong at all, the alcohol content is very less compared to other places. So having 2 cocktails here is equal to having one strong cocktail!! The food is tasty and good however it was expensive..

First time for me and my friend here. and what a great choice! food was lovely , 2for1 cocktails were fab and staff was friendly. defo be returning. :)

Loved the dining experience at Las Iguanas, O2. It has ample seating area, the service was wonderful and quick. I'd recommend this if you want a relaxing and enjoyable time with friends and family. I'd go back.

Attentive staff and trained host greeted us at the door. Ambience was warm. Food was underwhelming. The kitchen staff needs to be better trained and the head chef needs to be better coached. I've had Las Iguanas at southbank and the taste is markedly better. The risk on running a chain is thatbit sets a mark and precedent and this time it wasn't lived up to. Overall verdict is : if you're walking past this place, keep walking. Hope this helps, cheers!

Visited before attending a concert, you can't book on an event night but managed to get a table. It's was extremely busy but the servers managed it very well. So much choice on the menu. We had olives, pardon peppers, nachos and the Brazilian beach cheese was amazing, to start. The star of the show was the fillet steak skewers with chimichurri sauce. The steak was lean and the sauce had a nice kick to it.

Food really nice. 2-4-1 on every cocktail at any time of the day. SO GOOD!! And the cocktails are actually decent. Food was standard. Definitely recommend the fajitas. They come out sizzling and hot and oooo lovely. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The vibes in there were good. 9/10 experience. Been to this specific Las Iguanas about 4 times.

We are a bug fan of las iguanas leeds and used to go there at least once every month. After moving to London decided to enjoy the same taste in las iguanas O2 but what a disappointment. To start, the menu is entirely different. Okay, not a big problem .. still excited to try something new. But when the food arrives, the taste is no where near our expectations and standard of last iguanas leeds. The fajitas were dry and no spice or herbs. Same for the starters and drinks too. The drinks were too sweet . Very disappointed and won’t recommend to anyone at least for the O2 branch.

We got nachos, chicken skewers, chili, and a coconut chicken curry. The main dishes tasted okay, but wasn’t too special. We were told that the chilli and chicken curry were spicy, but they were not spicy at all. However, the nachos were very disappointing. They were all soggy and the cheese was hard and unmelted. The bathroom was also a bit dirty.

Bottomless brunch was amazing. We ended up having 900£ worth of drinks in the bottomless price for 6 people. Amazing staff, food could be a bigger portion, but you can pay extra to upgrade to the main menu, which is a reasonable price. Thanks again team!! Had such a great time I didn't get many pictures.

The food was delicious, as were the cocktails. The staff were prompt with getting our orders of drinks from when we first sat down to getting us new drinks whenever we were low (we chose to have the bottomless brunch). They promptly served food, which was delicious. And gave us the best service ever! They were friendly, inviting, patient and prompt! Great staff at las iguanas in the 02.

Went for bottomless brunch on a Monday. It was so empty that we got to try all cocktails and service was super nice. The new salad was amazing the dressing mhm mhm mhm definitely goin to try remake it at home.

Our server, Roland, was terrific. Amazing service because clearly they were slammed due to an event at the arena. In fairness, this was our first Mexican food in London so we have nothing to compare it to. In Chicago we have amazing Mexican food nearly on every block. The appetizer calamares weren't bad, but we had to ask for the sauce that someone failed to put on our plate. The sweet chilli popcorn squid was better than the plain calamares. The pork albondigas was good, but seemed like it belonged in an Italian restaurant instead of a Latin American one. I've never seen a chicken enchilada served in a flour tortilla. I didn't think there was much flavour to the beans and rice, which was basmati, not a Spanish rice. I asked for hot sauce and it nearly burned my face off, because even after Roland's warning that it was hot, I doused my plate in it. The chicken fajitas were pretty basic. Nothing really special here.

Loved our visit... first time here... nothing too much trouble and a fantastic recommended by the the waiter... absolutely delicious.

The staff, they make this place! So friendly and welcoming. The food is good too, we popped in ar happy hour so got two drinks for the price of one or something like that. They have a nice selection of vegan meals too. I'll be returning.

Service was good and friendly. We had 2 for 1 cocktails which was a nice for the evening. Only negative would be my chicken for my fajita was very dry. But all in all good service and okay food

I enjoyed the bottomless brunch. The service was good and the drinks tasted nice, they have a big range of drinks which was good as I got to try most of them. The food came out quicker than expected and it tasted alright.

07/08/2022 First time going to this restaurant. The service was good, staff member was very polite. They had no chicken wings or chicken fillets. I ordered ribs and it was nice but was covered in way too much sauce. The Nachos were very dry, for £8.95 we had to eat them but they were not worth the money at all. The Plaintain was awful.. The mocktails were bogof and were very nice. It's not a restaurant I would go to again.

Nice atmosphere, waited a while for the food but it was busy, average in taste but still happy with everything. Lovely Cocktails, Disappointed that they had "gone cashless"

The host (tall black female with puff ponytail) had a nasty passive aggressive attitude as soon as we walked in. She asked the name on the booking and for what time, I happily told her the details and she purposely said my name wrong after I had just told her what my name was and then she walked off. She then looked back at us with a screw face and expected us to follow behind her without her even saying “follow me this way”. She made a nasty facial expression and hand gesture that made us realise she’s talking to us and wants us to follow her. She pointed at the table and didn’t say anything else, she just walked away. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant and I have been to hundreds. I felt disrespected and I immediately should have walked out with my family. The vibe pretty much ruined my little sister’s birthday dinner and we can assure you.. we’ll never be back! We looked at the menu, decided what to order and was told that everything we wanted wasn’t available so we had to choose different options. The food presentation and portions size of the chips were shockingly tiny for the price and our drinks were so watered down we could barely taste the fruit. Overall the host and service set the tone so we couldn’t enjoy our meal. We just wanted to get out of the restaurant very quickly!
