Really enjoyed our meal here for our sons birthday. Amazing burgers and great choice of sides and fries. Good little selection of craft beers from U.S.A and U.K but a little pricey for sizes but to be expected in the West end. Service was excellent also. Would definitely return.

Edit: April 2019 Decided to try here again, what a mistake. The food was absolutely terrible. I had the buttermilk fried chicken which was inedible. The chicken was so tough I couldn't eat it, the buttermilk coating was soggy and under-cooked, clearly the chicken was cooked ahead then re fried with the coating on. My friend had the double cheese burger with extra cheese. Not sure what is considered extra cheese but it was almost spot the cheese there was so little! The wet fries were bland and the gravy lacked seasoning. Only difference this time was the service which had improved. Based on this experience though I won't be giving it another chance Original review: Restaurant was almost empty yet the staff were incredibly slow, our drinks sat on the bar for 5 minutes whilst the waitress finished her conversation with another member of staff, when she did bring them over she was completely uninterested in dealing with us. Judging by the other customers in the restaurant we weren't the only ones to think the same Food was hot and miss, the wet fries were very good but the burger was overcooked and hard. Overall the extremely poor service lets this place down. There's a lot of competition in the area so this place really needs to up its game to compete

Great place to grab a bite to eat. The staff are very nice and very attentive to make sure you are well taken care of. Great food great prices. The meat loaf was an odd choice for me but a delicious one.

It's quite cool that in this area there's a place for decently priced American grub. Food was good, plenty of choice, and had a nice American feel. Service was good, as are the prices. Definitely a good pit stop during a busy shopping trip.

Excellent customer service! Even the beautiful lady bringing your main courses wears a wide smile on her face. Food was delicious, price is affordable! Pancakes were yummy at just £7.50! You get a choice of all day breakfast/brunch here so next time you wanna have muffins at 9pm, you know where to go! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a fun and welcoming dinner spot with food worth every penny & great customer service!

Tricky one ... it’s not quite a 5 star experience, but then definitely better than 4 star. Had their Hungry Man Breakfast which definitely deserved a full 5 stars! Bacon & a big black mushroom from heaven with the rest not letting the side down. To be critical, the sourdough toast became very chewy, the butter packs melted quite a bit before getting into the roast ... would’ve been much better if the toast served on a side plate, which would’ve helped that & also avoided them being tainted by the baked beans. But the Americano surprisingly great & delicious chilled water brought to the table without asking - so 5 stars it is and will be back 👌🏼

The Diner is amazing! If you want large portions for a very affordable price then this is the place to be! If you are on a diet this place can be quite tempting but you can surely fine items that will satisfy all your desires. I will keep going to the Diner because the food speaks for itself and the staff are very friendly. If you are from America and you are missing some food items such as Corn dogs, Hot dogs, Tater tots and so on you will be satisfied with what the Diner has to offer.

A lot of vegan options! I had ordered a but too much and could easily take it with me. The staff was very friendly. It was very crowded (new year's eve) and we were happy to get a place to sit. I would definitely come again. (vegan food here are the mac n cheese, onion rings and sweet potato fries and the mayo)

Visited for lunch and had: - Snickers milkshake: really good; - Cheese burger: disappointing. Weren't asked how we like it cooked. Both burgers came over done (Not pink in the middle). Suspect the patties aren't freshly made. - Spicy wings: disappointing. Sauces were good but the wings tasted old. - Fries: average. Had better at McDonald's. Food was passable enough not to complain. But with so many better burger options in the immediate vicinity, I won't be returning.

Took my 5 kids for the evening, was busy considering the covid19 at the moment, but service was great, attentive and friendly. Food was excellent, couple of all day breakfasts, tasty and plentiful, bbq wings were sweet n tangy, pancakes are heavenly. Mikshakes n malts went down a treat as did the foaming cola float. All in all couldnt fault it and at just over 100 for the 6 of us with a few drinks each prices were really good too. Well recommended.

A friendly place to go for having an informal dinner. Very good the double cheeseburger and the fried sweet-potatoes. A little bit expensive, but I think it's the standard here in London.

The food is not good at all. My poached eggs were flavorless, the mushrooms were terrible, my pancakes were caky and there were mini flies all in my area for the entire time I was there. I was utterly disappointed with this choice. On the bright side, the servers were pleasant and my Peach Bourbon tea was good.
