The
staff
were
amazing
especially
Lovey
Wendy
who
was
brilliant
with
my
son
who
has
Autism
and
the
two
guys
who
were
on
in
the
evening.
They
made
sure
his
food
was
in
separate
pots
and
gave
him
so
much
love
while
we
stayed.
The
food
is
amazing,
always
tastes
great
and
they
are
happy
to
accommodate
you.
The
place
is
really
clean
and
felt
like
it
was
a
home
from
home
with
the
added
staff
to
give
you
help!
I
am
a
wheelchair
user
and
the
one
issue
we
did
have
was
that
we
couldn’t
have
a
disability
family
room,
however
there
is
room
for
this
looking
at
a
disabled
room
my
daughter
stayed
in.
There
is
more
then
enough
room
for
an
extra
bed
and
for
a
wheelchair
to
have
the
space
to
move!
Disabled
people
have
families
too
so
to
have
this
would
make
the
stay
excellent.
The
disabled
rooms
mirror
was
to
heigh
for
a
wheel
chair
user
to
see
into
it,
which
was
a
little
silly
so
I
wonder
how
many
disabled
wheelchair
users
they
have
had.
I
was
placed
into
a
normal
room
so
didn’t
have
an
accessible
shower.
I
couldn’t
get
down
the
corridor
in
the
morning
in
my
chair
as
the
cleaning
trollers
were
all
out
so
caused
a
blockage,
It
would
have
been
nice
to
have
had
my
family
(3
rooms)
on
one
floor
not
2
(1st
and
8th)
to
avoid
the
running
up
and
down
in
the
lift.
It’s
these
small
details
which
if
looked
at
would
change
our
next
visit
as
we
will
return.
