This is one of my favourite restaurants to dine in. The food is delicious, portions are good, and the staff are excellent and extremely polite. I have had the chance to be served by Andre several times and he has always been nothing short of impeccable. He always greets with a smile on his face, and goes the extra distance to make the customer happy. He is probably the reason I have visited this branch in particular several times. Claudia has also been the same in this branch. She is a gem of a person and makes sure I am happy with my order. Others have been equally good but I do not know their names unfortunately. I am very happy to frequent this fine restaurant. Thanks five guys. - A happy customer

You always know what you get with Five Guys. This one is no exception. My favourite dirty burger, so I have been to a lot of five guys. Quick service, friendly staff and great burgers. Lots of seating too.

Some nice touches like foil wrapped burgers stay hot and moist a long time. Meat in burger looks less fine ground and eats well. Bacon thicker and tastier than some places. Skin on fries I prefer. No nice coffee or tea just hot water style options and sweet soft drinks seem the norm here. Shocked how much my bacon burger chips and drink cost. Yes a bit better food but really miss the half decent hot drinks at competition. All a bit sticky in this one and not much cleaning going on. Won't go again but staff working hard and did a good job in most areas IMO.

Wowowowowow. If you like chips, if you like peanuts, if you like beverages, if you like toilets in london: come, we are waiting for you here and excited to finally meet. Please choose the right pants when coming to such a fine establishment. Bye.

The best thing in this hamburger merchandising restaurant is that you can make your own hamburger, because you can add all the toppings you want, for fr££! You pay the same if you want a clean or a stuffed hamburger, you choose. Their potatoes are very good and are full potatoes, with the outside part included. I loved the free refill peanuts too, and we can add a little message in the board 😎 so, if you like hamburgers, you need to come here.

Love Five Guys! You can taste the freshness of the beef! So tasty. The fries... yum! Great fast food place.

A very pleasant experience have been to this Five Guys multiple times and I’m yet to be let down. Ordered the food fairly quickly and we only had a short wait. Food itself is great and I recommend it if your a beef burger lover. There is crayons and paper for younger children , nice clean toilets and a nice amount of seating. AND THE TABLES WHERE CLEAN !!!

Central place with loads of seating places. Quick service considering how busy there is. Good food as in every five guys. Toilet cleanliness not great, should be improved. I would go back there for quick meal while in Central London

Tuesday March 5th around 11:00pm. One of the black shirt managers took our order. He was very friendly. We spoke for a few minutes, and I shared my experiences. I worked for various Five Guys locations across 4+ stores, opening 3 locations in North Carolina. I had to take a moment to say this was an excellent location. The food and service were top notch. This store definitely deserves the recognition. If you want a great burger and experience, this is the spot!

Everyone else has talked about the food quality, so I'll spare you. I just wanted to show my appreciation for the wonderful staff who made a quick late night burger a treat. The man at the till was attentive, had a great smile, and asked me how my food was as I was on my way out. Better service than most restaurants! Lovely people. It really means a lot.

McDonald's who!!! This place is feet away from the golden arches. Second time here, staff are amazing and work in tandem the way a team should. Informative and clean, plenty of seating. SCH'MAZE'BALLS No more golden arches for me. Thanks 5 guys for showing me quality

We came for milkshakes and they were made reasonably quickly and exactly as we wanted, which meant I got to enjoy a massive helping of peanut butter in mine. I was super happy. The place was teaming with staff, quite a lot of them to be honest. The place was clean and it was good to see disabled accessibility in this location.

Only had 20 mins to wait for train so assumed that was enough to get a very simple burger. How wrong. Had to give the receipt away on my way out. Absolutely terrible.

Solid 5-Guys experience, super burger, waaaay too many chips. Can get crowded, so tables are limited. Don't let that out you off.

We were in London for the coronation and I was sick a couple days after. I had my spouse grab me a double and fries, fully expecting it to taste slightly different in the UK vs. America. Nope! Exactly on brand. That's pretty impressive, given varied supply chains. Always a tasty burger and fries. Yum!

One of the best burgers I have ever eaten. So so good. The portions were also very big. The restaurant has a very good vibe, really big but very cozy and comfortable. The staff was super nice, especially Cameron who helped us choose what to order because it was our first time and we were confuse. He took his time talking to us, explained everything really good, very very nice!

A busy well situated fast food diner, with seating upstairs as well as down, the decor is American diner style, white tiling with red tile inserts. It was very busy when I went in the lines were orderly and quick. The burgers were exceptional and the fries quite salty for me with skins still on so had that rustic taste. Abit pricey and a high end burger; 3 cheeseburgers and 3 fries = £55.00. The only thing I'd say is can you put a sign up telling people where the toilets are because I had trouble finding them, took me 10 minutes, eventually found them downstairs.

Great handy five guys with all facilities like loo and seating space. The fries spicy are worth trying with the mayo and tomato sauce. If you are non vegetarian plenty options while vegetarians will have to be disappointed I particularly don’t like the shakes but people were happy with it

Awesome Burger as always. Love the fact the fillings are as you want them and the range of drinks is so different and unique. Recommend the Fanta Grape. Hot and fresh 2 patties cheese, loaded with fillings of your choice. What's not to like about that?!

Best burger I’ve had in years. The bacon sooooooo good. Thought this place was a tourist trap but watched a few people walk in whilst sat at the Shakespeare. Can’t wait to go back. The PI burger is the one. Omg. Want again. Ahhhhh 🤤🤤🤤🤤

Smashing place clean well kept ( had sympathy with chap cleaning up tables, some customers, slobs) food hot and yummy not long to wait despite being busy . Place to visit every time we come to london

Food was outstanding. Me and my friend went there whilst waiting for a train back home, after a long day out at Thorpe Park. Food was ready way quicker than most mcdonalds ever are. It was expensive but well worth if for the quality of the food. Had a cheeseburger with ketchup and mayo on it, a regular fries and a chocolate shake. Utterly outstanding fries, and the milkshake was the best I've ever had. The burger was amazing too. The guy who took our orders and gave us our food was great, and the place was nice and clean. If I'm ever in the area again, I would definitely return. 10/10 experience.

Went in with a mate tonight for two amazing vegan burgers and fries. The two young women who served us were really friendly and helpful and the burgers were great. And it's opposite the cinema. And they sell booze.

Cajun fries are delicious. The quantity is more than I expected. Highly recommend this new pistachio milkshake!

Clean store good location right outside the station for when you are hungry on your travels. However one of my concerns was that when I had entered the store all the workers was looking at me and it made me feel a little pressured into ordering quite before I was ready too which I did not like. Other than that food was amazing, best burger and fries I have had in a while. They even accommodate free peanuts for the customers.🍔❤️‍🔥
