Do not go this subway!! There are much better fast food places around Firstly, this subway does not have good food preparation habits. A piece of meat fell onto the cheese and they simply picked up the chicken and did not replace the cheese. This means that vegetarians/could be eating food that has come into contact with meat. Secondly, they advertise that you can choose unlimited sauces and vegetables when there is a limit of 3 sauces. Lastly, the servers had horrible attitude when taking our order and asking us questions about our order.

They don’t participate in ANY promotions or vouchers. It’s Subway, so when I have a craving I will go but the manager is rude to most of the customers, so I try go to the Fulham branches instead or elsewhere in Putney if I can...rather not give this franchise my money.

The food in Subway is always fresh and you get the sandwich you want. The service here is friendly and quick. It's nothing fancy but you know what you are getting with Subway and they are not busy preparing food for delivery like KFC & McDonalds

such a bad experience. The staff really has a small hand which pick up each salad with portion that is much less than the other store. If you tried to ask if they could add a bit more on it, they will say, oh, we need to charge extra for that. Come on, if I didn't chose the red pepper for my salad that go into the sub,why can't I replace this portion for the other one. Charge extra on that? No wonder the average score is 2.8. God knows it does not even worth a star. They are not staff,they should be one of the shareholder who tried to cut the expense lol.

I’ve eaten from subway’s in different locations, I have to say honestly this is by far the worst Subway I’ve ever been to they wouldn’t know what good customer service even if it hit them in the face. It doesn’t make sense to me speaking your own language when you have a customer in front of you who clearly doesn’t understand what you’re saying. I wouldn’t be going there again, I’ll take my money where it’s appreciated.

This company needs to sort themselves out and fix their opening and closing times. They say it closes at 11pm but you get there at 10:15 and they have already locked the doors and packing food away. Then the excuse is they need to pack to food away to get home. Don’t advertise you close at 11 if your staff are closing earlier and saying it’s so they can go home. Sort this out. I work night shifts and subway is my only go to at the time of night, so to go there to be told it’s closed and not having food for the night is quite frustrating. Very disappointed.

I am always high on subway's but If I wanted go to eat at any subway it could be this place. One my favorite from now I mean just look at the subway's I was served just amazing. The overall experience was amazing and the place was very neat and tidy as well the employees were amazing to talk to. I just want to shout-out my man Ryan who served me this order just amazing man. Keep up the good work. This my daily place for subway now

I came in with a custom order, I wanted more meat on my sub from Lidl and they were able to accommodate me, Great service and very friendly staff. This place should be 5 stars at least.

The subway sandwich I received from this branch both times was edible and I enjoyed, but there are a couple of things i dislike about this Putney branch. 1 The ingredients used the same tool to pick out what you wanted so theres no doubt that things where cross contaminated 2 The meatball sub was messy and spilling both times i went into this store 3 Employee had a airpod in his ear while dealing with customers This is the worst thing of all, 4 On both times I’ve entered this branch it was so hot inside and it got even worse when the employee toasted my sandwich. The store is so small so theres no way the heat can escape, so it becomes extremely hot inside and i found it hard to breathe. I just wanted to get my sub and get out of there.

There is a singular worker at any one time serving up to 6 or 7 people during lunchtime, they are very stingy with all the toppings, 4 peppers and 4 cucumber slices are you crazy??? This is extremely inadeqaute as I am paying around 7.50.

The staff is very rude. Felt like they were making jokes on us and laughing amongst themselves. Didn’t like hanging around there and felt like walking out as fast as possible. Won’t go again

Worst subway ever. The staff is rude too. I asked for 3 sauces as I was very well aware of subway rules. He just gave me 2 sauces and asked me have I ever worked in subway (very rudely)! Never ever going there again.

Very stingy with the ingredients, 4 pieces of salami on a footlong sub, seriously? Visited several times, consistently low quality of subs

I went to this branch of Subway to get a quick lunch with a coupon I had for a meatless 6” for £2.99. Apparently the sub also came with some complementary hair included (which I found on my first bite) . I returned to the shop to speak to the manager, who also happened to be the same person who made said sub. He proceeded to tell me how could he know if I had not planted the long black hair (I have mid length blonde) which was evidently present in my sub. He was not apologetic and did not do much to try resolve the situation. Super unhygienic and made my stomach turn. I got a refund.

Food was nice and.tasty but they had ran out of quite a few things....this was at 5pm, so by closing time I'm guessing it would be pretty sparse .

The staff is very rude and while making sandwiches they are on call with there friends

When we went there, we tried to use the copoun, one was apparently unavailable and when asking if the others were also found out that the guy ordering before us was also declined of the same offer the week before. The staff were rude.

This place is filthy... And the guy is just sitting in the back watching vids on his phone. Re-staffing needed urgently
