Lee Jones is a fantastic instructor. I think we were all a little anxious as we started the course but Lee soon put us all at ease. There is a lot of information to take on board but Lee was able to break it all down into manageable pieces. He was also very keen to make sure we all knew what we were being taught and would periodically get us to test ourselves and each other as the course progressed. Excellent instructor. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly and incredibly patient. Highly recommended

Liam Camber is the best trainer I have ever met. His methods of teaching will build confidence in you that you will more than ready to go face any exams. At least 98% of his students or trainees pass their exams in first setting. I will ensure I choose his class when next I want to register for another course.

Julian, as a training instructor, is truly exceptional. His approach is not only friendly but also incredibly detailed, reflecting his genuine passion for ensuring your success. The training sessions feel remarkably welcoming, akin to engaging in a discussion among friends, yet every crucial detail is meticulously addressed. Julian's knack for making everyone feel at ease by personally knowing and addressing each participant by name is truly commendable. In my experience, he stands out as the finest instructor I've encountered thus far.

Symon is an incredible trainer. He is well informed and seems to know his profession really well. He made the class very relaxed and the training was very relaxed and enjoyable. His knowledge and skills regarding first Aid and physical intervention is top notch. His demonstrations were very good and he made sure everyone in the class was getting the grip of the course. As a person he is a very outgoing and social person who easily breaks the ice within the first 7 seconds of interacting with him.

My training instructor Stuart was amazing. He was always ready to help with any difficulties i had. He made sure the whole class had everything spot on and even tested us to make sure we really did understand what we had been taught each day. He interacted with us which is highly important as it gains confidence between both the instructor and the students. I would highly recommend him.

Fantastic Trainer Lee was. Amazing in his first aid teaching. I understood it very well and in few days i had to apply first to a member of public. I was super confident when I approached the situation. Lee's teaching was simple, straightforward and effective. He's also approachable. The Physical intervention was insightful, and at the same time entertaining. He made everyone in the class bond well and didn't discriminate. Everyone got involved in the tasks. During tests he made you feel relaxed and confident. I'd recommend Lee the trainer!! He's top notch!

My experience on my training course as Theresa as my training instructor was fantastic. She really made me feel comfortable as well as everybody in the class explaining in great detail on all the subjects we were learning. Whenever I had a question and didn't feel anything was right she was always to made sure that's all our questions were answered and helped us practice any technique she taught us until we got it right. I hope that if we ever have to take the course again I will have as a teacher.

I recently took the SIA door supervisor training course with Get Licensed , and I have to say, it was awesome. Our trainer, Murray Kay from Wood Green really knew his stuff and made learning fun. The course covered a lot of different topics like conflict management, physical intervention techniques, customer service and important laws and regulations. What really stood out was the hands-on activities and real-life scenarios Murray was able to discuss with us that he has experienced. It made everything we learned feel more real and helped us build our confidence in dealing with tough situations. Murray was great at making sure everyone felt included and comfortable asking questions. The training facilities were also really good, and the materials they gave us via the App and new paperless course material were up-to-date and thorough. I really appreciated how Murray focused not just on teaching us the necessary skills, but also on the importance of professionalism, ethics, and empathy in the security industry. Murray really does care about his students and does his best to make sure you are in the best possible position to pass the course. I left the training feeling well-prepared and ready to start working as a door supervisor. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone looking to get into the security industry. It's top-notch and Murray really knows his stuff.

I decided to get my door supervision training course from get-licensed and the result was very fruitful. The study materials were effective and the training was conducted very professionally. Our trainer was Mr. Tom Smith and I would have rated him more than 5/5 stars if I could. Tom has a special ability to relate every important detail with his rich experience. Every class was interesting and fun. Our class shared great laughter together throughout the course and ended up being great friends for life.

Symon was a great instructor. He did well at breaking down the material logically and relating it to real-world examples. Very personable and easy to learn from. Made the class very enjoyable and worthwhile. Thus Top Up course was excellent! Very clear explanations, good contextual topic-related stories.

Everything about Get licensed is excellent. The choice venue was very good and conducive for learning. The Instructor Mr Alan was a 'born teacher'. He's versed in knowledge and experience. He always drives home him points with through life stories. The practicals were interesting.The examiner that joined Mr Alan (Name forgotten) was a supernatural being, jokingly, he would establish his points and the role will stick to our brains immediately. In short, your selection of personnel in this venue was excellent. Kudos to you all The examination was perfectly conducted as everything went well. I pray we all pass at the end of the day.

Completed the door supervisor course this week and really enjoyed it. We had a great instructor (simon) he was really engaging, and made sure we understood the important information. We did plenty of loch exams to prepare us for the exam day and there was a diverse group of students that all progressed well! Glad I chose to go with get listened for my training

Adam James Newbury was one of the best, if not thee best, trainer I have received tuition from for a security course. Not only did he engage with his class well, he created a fun and enjoyable atmosphere where everybody felt free to open up and ask questions. The cohesion within the class was so strong that after only just 3 days many friendships were formed, with a majority expressing how much they appreciated the experience. Was not looking forward to spending a Sunday on a course but couldn’t have been more wrong. From the start we were put at ease by Josh who introduced himself and told us what we could expect, everything from start to finish was explained clearly and precisely with a few laughs along the way. The first aid training is obviously very handy to have and after the course I feel confident I would be able to assist in event of an accident, the training is mandatory but is most useful. Overall the course’s were very well presented by an instructor who is very good at his job.

I did my 6 day door supervisor course in Bristol with get licensed my instructor Stuart Box was brilliant. Kept the course flowing at a good pace so everyone understood everything and didn’t get boring. He was very caring and you can tell he really wanted to get everyone passed. Just got my results and I passed! Thank you Stu!
