Amazing place to hangout with your mates and the best thing is it’s free. But let me tell you one thing I am a pro comedy fan. I have been to comedy house in shoreditch, comedy club in soho and comedy nights in honslow but this place has better comediennes. Beer is reasonable priced they have Peroni my favourite. And the service is good too. Bathrooms are clean and vintage. So all in all a A+ experience.

My first time here supporting a friend who’s up and coming in the stand-up world and I absolutely love the crowd and the comedians. Opened up my eyes to a whole new world! Wes is an asset to the team - such a great host!

Always pleasure. Pub is nice, free comedy evenings are incredible. On my last visit almost all of the newbies kinda failed - still managed to be absolutely hilarious though.

Free admission, but you pay according to how you liked the show. Drinks can be bought in the pub Very well located and with good bus and metro connections.

Angel comedy is hands down the greatest thing you can do for a night out in London. The space above the Camden head is amazing, it’s not glamorous but that’s what makes it even better, it’s raw and authentic. The hosts are incredible and keep you wanting to come back. The sister venue The Bill Murray is even better, you’ll leave there with your cheeks hurting after just one visit. I cannot recommend angel comedy enough, the best atmosphere, and easily the biggest value for money thing to do in London.

Best free comedy, worthy even more than high street ones. Amazing people and atmosphere 😊 10 out of 10. Coming back regularly

Angel Comedy is the place to go for comedy in London. We went to the free show on Saturday night. Get there early to secure a spot in the line, maybe 1h before the show at least, but it's sooo much worth it!

What an awesome spot! We heard about the nightly comedy show from trip advisor and we were not disappointed! The pub has reasonable prices and the service was great. The comedy show takes place upstairs and is located in a tiny room that was jam packed with people. The comedians were great as well. Would recommend to anyone visiting the London area!

Sooo funny! Went on a Saturday night. Such a cozy environment, the presenter Wes Dalton definitely stole the show.

Top night. Comedians were first class and atmosphere in small room makes it more personal. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Comedy is good and pub is great, but would prefer if tickets were paid for upfront with a clear price rather than an essentially non-optional donation system at the end of the show. Some people will be choosing to come because they can’t afford other entertainment in London for the evening, so leaves them in an awkward position

First time at this comedy night. Will be back for sure. I also recommend the food & wine at the pub before. It was busy but all the staff were very friendly and service was exceptional. Thank you :)

Highly recommended. A lot of courtesy. These things are important. And great comedians. I will be playing there soon. ;-) xx

Fun place to hangout for the night! They do ask for payment at the end but it’s a pay-as-you-feel type service. They suggest 15€, but you pay what you can. On a Saturday night you get about 4 acts, not including the host who is funny! The drinks downstairs do not contribute to the show. Make sure to get there early to get a number and then to also queue up for a good seat. (:

Always a good night, with a mix of experienced and newbie comedians. Best arrive for a drink before and ask the person at the stairs to draw a number on your hand - then you'll be sure to get a seat. I come here again and again - it's great value for money (you pay what you feel is right) and no two shows are alike.

Had an amazing time really worth going, be on time tho before the show is completely full.

This was my first trip to London and my friend recommended we go here. She said it’s free but it’s really funny and it truly didn’t disappoint! The acts are funny and it’s a small intimate setting which I liked. I plan to share as a recommendation with friends who go to London in the future!

I went to a very funny free comedy show on a Monday, I think it started at 8pm and lasted about 2/2.5 hours. Be prepared to give a donation at the end (totally worth it). They accept card or cash.

Great Friday Night Comedy Laugh. I only have one issue. The show is advertised as free, which is great. However, at the end of the performance, there is a guilt trip for a £15.00 donation. On top of that, two guys stood at the exit with the bucket and card machine, and people could only file out one at a time. Rather just charge £15.00. I'd go every Friday. 👍👍👍

U am right now sitting in the public. We are in the 1rs break. We are loving it!! ❤️ The guy that introduced the comedians is really amazing! I recommend this place 100%. Top 5 in my list for a amzing evening!!

Comedy night this evening was great in the first half, good atmosphere and vibe. Few cheap jokes here and there, but mostly real comedy. Second half I was shocked and appalled to hear blatant racism, antisemitism and lazy stereotype comedy. Screen your talent better in the future ! Spread love and laughter, not hate! Update as per below reply = Nurture racism, they might get famous!??

I can't shout about Angel Comedy loud enough. It's, *ahem*, FREE COMEDY EVERY NIGHT OF THE WEEK. In London. Where it cost at least a fiver to look out of your own window. I've passed by a handful of times now and there's always a great line up and friendly faces. The Camden Head is also a bloody good pub, especially the beer garden which is a sun trap during the summer. Once again, FREE COMEDY! NICE PEOPLE! LOTS OF LAUGHS.

Great atmosphere, fun comedians and supportive audience. I’ve come many times and never been disappointed! Both the weekday open mic and weekend experienced performers are worth seeing, and the best is the cosy feel of a community run venue. 100% recommend!

Always such a good time! I’d recommend getting there early to make sure you get tickets, but the area is super cute to grab a drink beforehand somewhere.
