Jo made this experience perfect we went for the brunch and stayed for the kind warmth of the staff. The drinks were really tasty and the food was incredible. Really good value. 10/10 would recommend

Food was delicious so does drinks (2for1 was nice deal) but service was pretty bad. You have to download their food menu (drink menu is on the paper) but can’t order online and have to call waitress to take your order. We were told that we need to pay “online” bit system basically doesn’t work and once again we needed to call waitress so we could pay. What’s the point of having app instead of paper menu if the app doesn’t work and is useless? We decided to do not pay service charge which has been already included(12.5%) as it was basically too much in our opinion for service which we have received. There was just a few costumers and at the end we were alone but needed to call stuff more than twice when we wanted to pay.

Staff were friendly however one memeber of staff stood out her name was Jo with great professional attire consisting of a black blazer with a black and white zebra style dress with addias shoes. The food was lovely and all day 2 4 1 cocktails was great I would recommend for a nice date night or out with friends

Silvio was a very on it, food and drinks came out quick. Very friendly. I will definitely be coming back. Everything tasted great. And great value of money! I got 1 main 1 pudding and 4 cocktails for £53 and worth it!

I had a great time with my friends. The food was really good and the ambience was perfect. Our servers were really polite and fun to be around. They made the whole night all night more enjoyable. Thank you, Priya, DJ and Ali. I’m looking forward to coming back again, Luxa and the rise in the banana leaf and the noodles. It was all really good but my favourite was the sweet-and-sour chicken

We passed this place many times but never had the courage to walk in until today. My grandson wanted dumplings, so we thought we give it a try, he choose something else 🤣 As you enter you can sense the ambiance and atmosphere they were welcoming and with different corners to sit, you really feel at home. It really puts Wagamama to shame, the service was good, the food tasted amazing, their non alcoholic drinks were plenty, and freshly squeezed, I can go on and on. I will definitely be going there more often.

Excellent venue, most people book but we walked in and were seated instantly even though the restaurant was busy. Amazing food, great variety and all the dishes were as described and better. Fresh ingredients and fabulous presentation and adequate portions. 2 for 1 cocktails all day every day are a great bonus!! Sandeep provided excellent service throughout the meal! Not rushed to leave which is great for a Friday night! 😊

Thank you Dipanshu & the Chef Sunil ( If i have the name correct ) who went above and beyond their duties to serve the customers today. We came in with a booking at 7.30pm today with specific diet requests of vegetarian food without onion or garlic as one of us being Jain and had restrictions. While it was easy for them to say no and we could have quietly left the place and went on to other restaurants, the service was absolutely brilliant and the chef went above and beyond to make some recommendations to make our experience absolutely great. Thank you for the food today and all our dishes orders were fantastic. Especially the Chilli Lime Leaf with Tofu which was the dish of the evening. The drinks were great.

Banana Tree Battersea was nothing short of amazing! The vibrant atmosphere and stylish decor set the stage, with the added bonus of 2 for 1 cocktails that added to the brilliant experience. It was my first time having Pad Thai and I was genuinely flabbergasted by how good it tasted! The Thai green Katsu curry was also delicious as well. The attentive service and cosy ambiance make Banana Tree Battersea a standout choice for those craving a fantastic culinary adventure or a quick bite to eat if within the vicinity.

We had a lovely time in this place. I love thai food and everything was special. The waitress was attentive and friendly. I had the Singapore soup which was very tasty. Will come back x

Food that we had and shared were all fantastic especially the starter squid with its very special sauce. It was my number one choice. The Singapore Laksa was likewise delicious. It wasn’t the same as the Laksa in Singapore but you won’t regret trying it when you miss this popular and mouthwatering Southeast Asian dish. We also tried their ramen because of the oddly cold autumn weather and we tried two options and it didn’t disappoint. It was unique and delicious. We shared a mixed pad thai that was served with a lot of chicken sliced and prawns. All I can say is… hmmmm yummy!!! We were likewise given a very special dessert. A lava cake served with vanilla ice cream and it completed our meal outstandingly. Overall, their food was excellent but for someone who is very particular with service, I would say that all of their staff, particularly, Silvio elevated our standard. He took care of us. He constantly asked us if we were doing alright with the right timing making sure that he is not interrupting our conversations, he knows their selections quite well, and most especially, served our food quickly with his welcoming attitude. I am definitely recommending this place to my family and friends. Our experience here is highly recommended.

The vibe and service felt very generous. Food was great, was staying nearby and came back the next day. We had enough points on their loyalty card to get any free entree the next day. **also noticed they do free food on Sundays for kids which is sweet. Recommend the vegetarian tofu Kari/curry.

Had a lovely dinner at banana tree, there was 2 for one on cocktails which included mocktails for those driving, which were delicious! The food was really yummy & full of flavour. We certainly didn’t leave hungry. Service was good & we had no complaints. Would return again.

Sandeep was our waiter. Beyond amazing! So pleasant. So helpful and professional and advised us on what to choose! He really made the difference. We love the food!

I was served by two lovely ladies Otgi and Priya.The food choice was exceptional. I hope they can make papaya salad with Chicken and more prawn and beef option. Such a variety always coming here only that l moved, so it's a real treat when l come to Banana tree in Battersea. The service was wonderful.

Great night out at Banana Tree tonight. Top friendly service by so the staff. They treated my birthday friend beautifully from the beginning. And sang happily at they presented hey with a birthday cake and candle. So sweet Accommodating our lateness etc. Thanks so much Jo for your care and attention. Felt so comfortable throughout. Had heard very mixed reviews but had my first laksa and was very good - my friend who’s had before said was too. Service was ok and tables really close together and would have liked water on the table rather than having to wait for our glasses to be topped up I really dislike having to look online at menus though and this one in particular was annoying as bad to swipe for things rather than it being a list

Food was actually good, they do big portions. The staffs are really helpful and nice. However the Laksa could be way much better. I got a big bowl of Tofu Laksa however it's the same price with the normal protein. Would be better if there is price difference between your veg and meat laksa. The price of a tofu is way different from a chicken. Overall a place to go if you want to get some casual Pan Asian cuisine

Great Asian food and a good atmosphere. The staff and service were both excellent and attentive in what was a busy restaurant. Surfaces were carefully cleaned between customers. Prices are moderate especially for London. Would definitely visit the Banana Tree again. They also cater well for vegans and vegetarians.

Service was well-intentioned, though ill-informed. Manager came to rescue the day. Nothing detracted from the food which was excellent.

My favourite restaurant! I've been coming here for years and hands down one of my favourite restaurants. SERVICE All the staff are lovely and I've never had any issues. They are always prompt with their service and give good recommendations. The last time I arrived, they seemed to have quite a few reservations as it was a Saturday evening, but they promptly found a space for a friend and I. They gave us a tip in regards to the cocktail, advising to order a pitcher instead individuals because it's more cost effective. They were attentive, filling up our water regularly and clearing the table. When my friend wasn't sure of a side for her meal the manager advised on a special fried rice that was A*. FOOD The food never misses a beat. Always immaculately seasoned with wonderful flavour. My favourite dish is the Laksa Soup with prawns, a coconut based soup with delicious fluffly tofu that soaks up all the flavour. The calamari was to die for. Coated evenly, and cooked so that it wasn't chewy, which is how it can be in other establishments. The accompanying sauce was mouth watering. I also opted for the fried fish which, once again, cooked to perfection with vegetables. I couldn't finish it and took it home and it was still so tasty reheated later on. My friend ordered a chicken dish with a mixed fried rice with cashew nuts. I'd say the best rice dish I've had in a couple years. The portions are satisfying and the standard of flavour and cook, of a high standard. DRINKS We ordered a pitcher of a cocktail and they didn't skimp on the alcohol. It gave us at least 3 glasses each and was refreshing and a delight. My favourite thing about this restaurant is that they don't have an overwhelmingly large menu, but what they do, they do it to a high standard and that's what makes a place standard. Choose something and perfect it. As a local, I've visited on my own, with friends, been there for occasions and just a grab a lunch bite. The atmosphere is lovely, quaint with low ceilings and warm lighting. My only criticisms are , there isn't a ton of room and if you're sat next to people who are being loud it can be quite difficult to enjoy the conversation in front of you. Also, the toilets are up a very steep set of stairs, which isn't accessible friendly to those who cannot use them or have trouble with them. Would certainly recommend and will definitely be back.

excellent food however I give two stars because the bill it was a rip-off I was charge £54 and the service charge was almost £10 just because we asked for cocktails and they took the service charge from the price before the discount of the cocktails you can see the bill they discounted the price but they charge the service charge from before the discount basically was the 20% service charge. it says on the ticket that you don’t have to pay it can be removed but be aware that when you’re out and about with a group of friends and you’re not thinking and you’re just having fun you will not review the bill. next time when I go I will definitely take it off !!!!!!

The service was great, the food (Chicken Pad Thai) was AMAZING and the lychee martini was good. Would totally recommend this place to anyone that wants to try a chicken pad Thai for the first time. The food is reasonably priced but the cocktails are a bit expensive considering there wasn't a lot of alcohol in it.

Marta and Sanil was amazing. Marta joined half way through our bottomless brunch and was so lovely and friendly. Made our experience better 🥰 we will be coming back… when she’s working 🥰😂 the food was great, just the bottomless drinks took a little long to make!
