Although I found "the dress" elsewhere, I had the most wonderful experience at my appointment with Blackburn Bridal. Carly was my stylist for the appointment and she was knowledgeable, helpful, kind and patient. I also had the pleasure of meeting Russell who was charming and wonderful. I was still rather clueless when I visited BB but both Carly and Russell took the time to explain many things and guided me on the process. They have a wide range of dresses with incredibly beautiful bohemian style dresses in my opinion. The boutique itself is a beautiful place that makes the experience even more magical. From my experience, BB is definitely a top bridal boutique in London.

Russell and his team are truly amazing! I first purchased my dress before the pandemic and throughout it all (and in my moments of panic!) Russell and his team kept me calm and updated whilst still providing me with a fantastic bridal experience :) Blackburn bridal have a beautiful, unique selection of dresses & with the help of such a talented team I was able to find my dress with ease. I was made to feel welcome & comfortable from the moment I walked through the door and within a short while I felt as though I had known Russell and Gabi forever! My first appointment was not only successful but so much fun too- we laughed a lot! Russell and his team really make you feel like a part of the ‘Blackburn Bridal family’ and I could not have asked for a more perfect experience. The shop is beautiful, Russell & his team are wonderful & my dress is the dress of dreams :)

I had such a wonderful experience with Carly on my visit to the shop. She was warm and welcoming and made me feel at ease after having some not so nice experiences in other bridal wear shops... Something I really needed 5 months on from having a baby! Not only was the service wonderful (from both my visit to the store and on email when booking in), but there is such a lovely selection of dresses on offer which are all beautiful and so well made. I hadn't been able to find the right dress until I visited here and that coupled with the experience I had makes me so glad I made an appointment. Would highly recommend to any other brides!

I had an amazing experience selecting a wedding dress with Gabi and Russell. They made me feel so relaxed and like we had all the time in the world to make the right choice. They were so helpful making suggestion on options I might like. The dress I ended up getting was actually one Russell suggested. It was everything I hoped wedding dress shopping would be! Highly recommended a visit here.

Really disappointing experience. I had a nice time trying on dresses, but when I got the photos back from my wedding day I noticed the top half of my dress was sagging. Blackburn Bridal said I should have been adjusting my bodice, which would have been every hour of the wedding day. A wedding dress boutique that expect a bride to have an extra task on her big day is not one I would recommend. I even showed a professional the photos, who told me it was a seamstress fault. But instead of taking responsibility, they simply put all of the onus on me. I asked for a seamstress refund, which I felt to be fair but clearly once the cheque is cleared this business don’t care for their brides or the quality of their work. This boutique is not worth the money you spend.

Russell and his team were absolutely fantastic! I found a beautiful dress here at a great price, and the whole experience was excellent - they were so friendly and helpful. After going to a few other shops I'm so happy I found Blackburn - I would 100% recommend taking a look here!

I found my dress at Blackburn Bridal Couture this spring and just recently picked it up and I was so happy with the whole experience! I went to about 10 salons in total and Blackburn easily stood out above the rest. Russell and his team were calm and kind and seemed genuine- I did not feel rushed or like I had to make a purchase. I came to the salon 6 months out from my wedding and was not made to feel like I had left it too late (many other salons did make me feel this way and were curt about rush orders). I ordered my dress on March 19th and it was in store by May 1st which was unbelievably fast. In addition, the store itself is beautiful and is located in a nice area. I would highly recommend Blackburn Bridal Couture to anyone and couldn't be happier with the service I received!

Found the perfect dress here. I was struggling to find a wedding dress I really liked. A friend recommended Blackburn Bridal. The quality of the material and beautiful styles were amazing. The staff are so helpful and understand exactly what I wanted. I found my dress and it was a show stopper. Couldn't be more thankful to Russell for his amazing designs. Highly recommend.

Brilliant bridal store - a lovely intimate team who made the whole experience relaxed, exciting and enjoyable. Lisa and Russell were one of the friendliest and helpful people that I have met in all the boutiques that I've visited. I ended up loving the first dress I put on but they weren't pushy at all and Lisa even made me try on a few different ones to make sure that it was definitely the right one for me! Their advice and service was impeccable and I would thoroughly recommend this boutique to any bride to be, they definitely take the stress out of the process and make it such an enjoyable experience.

I had such a wonderful experience at Blackburn Bridal. Due to Covid measures, I was only allowed to bring one guest, but it also meant I had the whole shop to myself and the wonderful service of both Lisa and Russell. I had seen my dream dress online from Australia (Anna Campbell) and Russell’s was one of the only boutiques in the country to stock it. They were both extremely helpful and honest which made my decision to buy my dress a lot easier and painless! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and as someone who hates trying things on, Lisa made the whole process enjoyable and I walked away so thrilled! A very happy bride!

Lovely experience at Blackburn Bridal! Russell and his assistant went above and beyond to find dresses suited to my style and provided very honest feedback and transparency on costs. The experience was enjoyable and there was no pressure to make a decision or sale then and there as I’ve experienced at other places. And of course the dresses were stunning! I was pleasantly surprised with how well dresses from Russell’s BBC collection suited me, as it wasn’t the designer I’d originally gone in for, so I’d also recommend going in to the shop with an open mind as there are many options to explore.

I felt really welcomed by Russell and his associates and can say it was the best experience I had amongst all the bridal boutiques I've been to. The dresses are gorgeous!! I would 100% recommend for the future brides to be.

Travelled to Blackburn bridal an hour and half from where we live as I was impressed by what I’d seen online and on the tv… first time I walked in had a browse.. I actually chose my wedding dress! This was pre Covid so after some years of visits and back and forth emails calls I can honestly say my experience has been fantastic!! I chose a dress that was redesigned to my exact taste and for it to be completely unique to which Russell and his team kept in close contact with me to make sure all my expectations where met and also giving me ideas in areas I wasn’t so sure on. I would recommend Blackburn bridal to anyone it was a little Drive for me but absolutely worth it by all means. I felt so so beautiful on my wedding day thanks to you guys! Don’t doubt visiting them if you want professionalism class with bubbly people who know what there talking about look no further.
