Great soft play. Different soft play experience. They have climbing activities for kids and adults. Prices are similar to the others soft play places.

Superb facilities and cheap for soft play. 1 adult and child £2.50. Second adult was steep. Soft Play facilities are one of the best I have attended. The climbing area also looks fantastic. Sports centre has a mediocre restaurant, which could do with an upgrade. However, the facilities used were fantastic.

Very well organised and easy to make bookings via the app or website.

The place is nice and clean as this is a brand new venue. The food was basic for the price. The Soft Play was really nice but with few weak points in safety, quality and lack of thought on some that could be dangerous spots that they must review and change urgently. The carpet is extremely thin and it does not offer a safety. If your child bounces his/her head against the carpet is like bouncing against the floor. You expect better life to go for a safe carpet rather than cheap green substitute. The main gate was always open and even dough the staff was nice friendly and they are doing a great job, nobody was at the gate and children can go easily out of the premises if parents fail to supervise their children. The process management created or in place does not offer security and the place will always blame parents for the supervision. The safety and security and the staff is allocated at the different climbing walls which are fantastic TOP 10. But I will recommend BETTER LIFE not to neglect the soft play and have staff around and focus on whatever is need. PLEASE CHANGE THE GREEN CARPET. The skate park is really nice too and the staff really friendly.

Just returned from Clip N Climb at Sutcliffe Sports Centre and had a fantastic time. We booked online and arrived early and was asked to wait in the canteen. After a very short while we was escorted to the climbing walls where the children put on there harness and after watched a safety video. The staff even asked the children questions to make sure they were listening! Our children had never been before and was a little nervous but after 5 minutes they had gain the confidence to start climbing and dropping down. The staff were very friendly and we felt very at ease that the children was safe the whole time. There’s a big car park which is pay and display for parking. We will definitely be returning soon :)

Cannot fault the soft play. Suitable for all ages. Sensory area is safe from toddler area so you can feel confident with baby, separate section for small toddlers, early walkers and then huge climbing section for confident walkers. One of my fav places to go.

Invited to a children's party and I was thoroughly impressed with the facilities. Built next to the athletics track inside the main building you get a bike ramp hall, soft play area, clip and climb circuit and conference rooms. Limited parking at peak times and everyone was parked outside of dedicated parking spaces (£1 /hr) and don't turn right out of the car park as the camera will get you and give you £80 fine - friends warned me not to ignore the sign.

Clip N' Climb was really good! Staff were very hands on and helpful. Only reason we didn't give it a 5* is because there were 3 or 4 obstacles which were closed for our session like the big slide... things that we looked forward to going on.

Visited the child's climbing area only. Nice and quiet, clean and safe. Kids loved it. Eating area available also with a small selection of snacks and hot/ cold drinks etc

Modern facility hosting a range of activities and facilities for all age groups A small café, skate park, children’s parties, and athletics track among the spread of amenities catered for here. A boon the community and a toast to this commendable enterprise.

The most clean soft play I've ever been. With nice and challenging slides for young children. There is a big climb wall as well.

Lovely soft play and impressive climbing wall. My sons (aged 6 and 4) love it here. There's also a cafe and 2 nice playground areas on site, so we always spend extra time playing when we visit here!

We took the kids to clip n climb. The concept was more or less the same as the other clip and climb venues although there were less courses available for the children to climb and the price is still more or less the same, hence the 3 stars rather than 4. You also had to clip and unclip the children onto the belay yourself where they were still relatively young. Staff were however helpful and friendly. Still worth a place visiting as it's much closer than the other venues and there's a soft play next to it so that's another option to consider whilst there.

I recently had a softplay party and I gotta say, it didn't go as planned. 😔 According to the package, we were supposed to get 10-15 minutes to set up our decorations before our 45-minute slot. But when we got there, we were told we only had 10 minutes because the cleaners were still doing their thing from the previous party. So, we ended up starting 15 minutes late and couldn't set up properly. 😩 To make matters worse, since they had another party right after ours, they didn't give us the extra time we were owed. It felt rushed and chaotic, with the cleaners invading our party space. We couldn't even cut the cake or have a proper happy birthday moment. It was such a bummer. 😢 What really disappointed me was that they didn't compensate us for the inconvenience. I paid a good amount of money for this party, and it definitely didn't live up to my expectations. 😕 I hope they take my feedback seriously and make improvements for future customers. It's important to deliver on what's promised and provide a great experience. You should not be ramming party’s back to back with no set up of clean up time factored in. It’s out of order.

I was a paying customer as I had paid for the soft play session for both my kids. We were told not to feed our children in the cafe because we weren’t paying customers. Explained my children are autistic and will not eat anything from the cafe that was available hence why I’d brought them a packet of crisps that they do eat from home. The lady continued to tel us to stop the children from eating unless I bought something from the cafe. We were simply waiting 5 minutes for our session to begin. Other families began to feed their children food from home like entire packed lunches, and the woman didn’t tell them to buy anything. This rule of not being able to eat something from home needs to stop. It is unfair on families that do not have any money to spend let alone children with special needs being told what they can and can’t do purely because of the greed of companies wanting to take your every last penny. Not coming back.

Went for a birthday, whilst it was great fun, their timing at getting the kids harnaced only to then wait around 25mins until starting was shocking. What do you expect 15 x 9yr olds to do other than muck around. To add, half their climbing structures were out of use, with no advance warning or real value considering the kids just had to go climb again something they already climbed. I think the Kent climbing centre is better for sure. Also no free parking adding to the already pricey cost for not getting what you were paying for. Wouldn't recommend

From lack of interest of the employees at the site, to great disorganisation, to change of price at spot. The day was getting worse and worse. You could see that the staff lacks the will to work, they would not help the kids, children were shouted at instead of instructed to do one thing or the other. I do not recommend this place to anyone who would like to have a decent birthday or day out. The concept of the place is great, however the staff was the most unhelpful and unhappy that I have never met. A total disgrace!! I give a star as the system does not allow to not give one.

I love Sutcliffe Park athletics track, but the only problem is the track booking system. On weekdays you can’t book the track until the evening (even when there is no one on the track!) and at the weekend (on Saturday) there is some sort of bike club who book the track from around 10am meaning I have a very short window to complete my training sessions. I understand that they have booked the track and the track is for everyone, but at the end of the day, it is an athletics track, designed for runners, not cyclists. Also, booking the track is extremely expensive compared to other tracks. I personally think no track should be more than a pound because paying for the track can be a deterrent to people making the right choices in regards to their physical fitness and health. I can understand £3, but sutcliffe park is almost £5! Also the booking system is intermittent and hardly ever works. It rarely works on the app so I always have to go through the website. Another issue is that you can never use the indoor track because there is always a gymnastics club. And again I do understand that they have booked it, and have the right to use it, but it’s designed for runners, not gymnasts.

Very good Facilities however the manager needs to work on her people skills and how her attitude creates a negative atmosphere for both children and adults. Towards the end of the party we were rushed out of the function room with stuff cleaning as we sung happy birthday to the birthday boy and the music system abruptly taken away. As we gave out party bags the manager appeared and shouted we have to leave (In front of guest) That being said.... Connor was absolutely amazing, he was friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. He also checked in to make sure all was going well and everyone (children included) was happy. Might be a good Idea to make Connor manager

I really like the location of this sport centre surrounded by gardens and trees. It makes you feel good. And I can see there are a lot of initiatives around it. The centre looks good. I just brought here my daughters for a climbing session and they had great fun. this area was pretty wide with several climbing walls with different levels of difficulty. The staff was ready to help even though I found them a bit tired...I guess it was a too early in the morning session maybe. I'm sure this place can offer much more. I'll definitely come back again to explore it and enjoy it as much as I can.

Toddler section has been enlarged, adding two slides, weekdays usually has fewer people. The facility are quite new, and staff are friendly. Strongly Recommend to become monthly member if you are local and your child is older than 2, one time entry fee is 7.5, and the monthly member cost 20.

Home of Cambridge Harriers. Can't remember what year this refurbishment finished but track/sports facilities still in great condition. Downside #Parking. Be lucky in the car park, which isn't really overpriced or on the main roads, if not make sure you have plan C! - Facilities are great. Events run smoothly

Good but most expensive soft play I've been to. £7.50 for one child and an adult. £7.50 for an extra adult. Ridiculous
