😠 It's with great shame to say although generally staff are not too bad, some are ridiculously bad. I had an experience someone called Prof. J.Stebbing of Hammersmith Hospital, and anyone has read his ideas thought he is a biased psychopath. That is true. People often mention hospital, left, staff,

Very stressful experience with them so far. No one picks up calls, even though you are asked to call and book a scan for the next day (and this is a non flexible thing). Their in-house prescription service is also bad. Was told by the person behind the counter that the waiting period to collect medicines was 4 hours! When I asked if the prescription would work at boots (assuming I paid) he said yes. Boots said the prescription did not work outside the hospital. So in the end I was left without antibiotics that I had to take on the day after a procedure.

I have been lied to, deceived and left worse off than when I had treatment here, when I complained about my treatment I had my medical records leaked, google nhsbytes for more details. I have been left with bad bleeding and unable to have intimate relationships, I was also duped out of informed consent, they lied to me by saying that I was not suitable for further treatment, but documents I obtained showed that Imperial were sending me for private treatment because they posted my medical files to other patients, they admitted liability, but they went back on their word and have left me with scaring, bleeding and infections. I am in touch with other patients who almost died and who have been left with life changing injuries due to medical negligence. I have reported to the met police about my patient files being leaked and they are investigating Imperial, have also gone to the ICO. I would never go back here, even if it was the last hospital left in England, you are rolling the dice with your health.

Dreadful booking department contact centre , not fit for purpose ! Total denied to enable us to talk to a manager , taking too long to answer calls, too much bureaucracy ,inefficient, rude and totally unprofessional staff members. It's such a waste of time to make complaints as the patterns are still imbued in imperial trust' culture unfortunately!

Corrupted hospital with corruption of management. No equal opportunity or diversity is welcomed. Full of unconscious bais amongst the potential staff and go for upper class additionally it’s baised algorithm towards clients. Only the upper class get the welcome treatment by this this corruption of hospital management. I applied for bank never sends me email or awnsers phone, if they do awnser the clash the phone and don’t speak. I got told by a person Ismail Arabley the admin and Clerical team leader at Charing Cross that he will contact me, took my CV just to pretend he will help when he haven’t got back to me at still if today !! It’s nearly been two years!! so you’re telling me this geeza given me misleading information all this time and the fact that the geeza given me predjuice information all this time base on lies. Also their recruitment is done in way where it’s extremely unethical and unfair to clients without embracing proper diversity or equal opportunity's. They go for who they go base on favoursim and make it start to show its equal opportunity on basis of their favourites. Absolutely discriminatory behaviour. This is, institutional abuse by imperial management imagine how they treat patients and the coconut of information they sell you by picking and choosing to fit their purposes/agenda. Disgusting and pathetic!!

It was an amazing experience of my first delivery at this hospital. I thank you to all the doctors and the midwife who were all with me to support and guide me as I was a first time mum. Me and my husband are so greatful for the hospital and all the staff. Thanks once again for my happy and healthy delivery :)

I cut my finger really badly which took a chunk of skin out. I waited 5 hours in total for anti-biotics and basically a fancy plaster. I was promised to receive a text or call two days later to see how things were healing. I didn’t receive either. I phoned A and E which said I’ve got wrong department I need to call plastic surgery, I then phoned plastic surgery and they said I need to call A and E. Since then my finger became infected as I don’t know how to re-bandage such a wound. I visited another hospital in Woolwich which wanted me to wait 7 hours for them to bandage it new. In the end I paid for a private doctor to do it as my experience with the entire NHS across London has been really poor. It’s been over a month or so, my wound has healed strangely and not heard anything from this hospital since.

Wasted so many bottles of champagne for my "cancer free" party - I have no idea if I'm still cancer free only a year on, due to the insufficient follow ups I have been receiving. The Director of Pathology/Cytology needs to read the PHE guidelines for patients that have had a radical trachelectomy. I am no longer part of the screening guidelines. Do your job. Communication between departments at Imperial is an absolute shambles.

The worst services. Staff are not helpful and they hang up the phone in the middle of the conversation so disrespectful and they take so long to pick up the phone when they take like 2 minutes talking to you

😠 Worst service system I have ever seen. 7 hours of waiting when you feel bad and no one helps. The janitor who screams and after mopping the floor puts the doormat next to you on the chair. The receptionist, who, to the question “We are waiting for 7 hours, when the doctor comes, am I feeling bad”...

🫤 I got a fit-to-fly PCR test at the Brighton branch and it was fine, all went well, friendly staff, etc. After the test I was handed a 'International Arrivals Day 2 Rapid Antigen Test Kit'. The person who gave me the kit said, "you have to do this test when you get back to the UK" and that was all. I...

Morning after op, was made to wait to see a doc who never did arrive. Never given Painkillers that were meant to be given after brea...
