Lazy staff that closes early because he doesn’t want to work. Called in to check the hours, checked the website, and google maps all say they’re open until 8pm. If you make an online order they will send you the incorrect items, make it impossible to return the wrong items, and then go home early because they don’t care. Worst customer experience I’ve had in years.

The old lady working in the store was so impatient. she kept asking me to pass unwanted clothes out to her while I was in the dressing room and trying clothes... and not even many customers were in store atm. I had an issue at the payment and figured it out in a min, but she just left me there during the process and commented 'I keep telling you that..' in the end. The store in Cabot Square has wayyyy better customer service compared to this store.

I have been shopping in Reiss canary wharf for over 3 years, definitely regular customers and always happy with the service. Today I went to store to pick up an online order and wanted to try in store. I was told because the fitting room is busy and my item is online order, I am not allowed to use the fitting room!!!! I asked her why it is , she told me it is a company policy. This is the first time ever I heard this policy as I always order online and pick up in store and try it on, if not fit, I can return straightaway. Absolutely shocked today by the customer service received, I feel I have been treated unfairly.

Brilliant staff, Very relaxed atmosphere. Nayna is especially helpful! I told her about the wedding I was going to and she styled me from head to toe, with a pale blue suit, she also advised on options to go with the suit, provided her opinion on each of the options (shirt colour, pocket tissue, shoes etc.) I walked away with the full outfit feeling really confident with the look :) Nothing was too much, Nina made the whole experience pleasurable and seamless from trying on to purchasing. Excellent customer service!

The manager here is so devoid of even a modicum of what constitutes good customer service. Refusing to exchange a perfect condition item returned as sold with gift receipt because ‘it doesn’t have a tag’ despite the price tag being removed on sale by Reiss staff due to it being a gift. Absurd. Don’t shop here.

Terrible customer experience. The lady who claimed to be manager here did not exchange a gift item despite having a valid bar code and a gift receipt. The tag was removed by personnel at the store on regent street and the manager here refused to take it back or help with the case in any way, said I should “contact the store where I got it” Very unhelpful

Absolutely awful. Avoid at all costs (use the flagship store in Covent Garden). Twice I’ve asked them to order a product - both times they ordered the wrong item, then made me come into the shop to effect a refund (rather than over the phone). Assistants stand around not helping anyone, and then openly criticise customers in front of everyone. This is one of the least professional retail shops I’ve ever experienced.
