I
came
stay
at
The
Hoxton,
Shoreditch
for
3
nights
for
a
business
trip.
The
rooms
are
very
comfortable
to
stay;
some
of
their
toiletries
they
provide
are
good
quality.
If
you
happen
to
forget
any
toiletries
such
as
toothpaste,
the
friendly
staff
are
able
to
provide
dental
kits
during
your
stay
at
the
hotel.
In
the
second
night
of
my
stay,
the
keycard
reader
on
my
room
door
had
ran
out
of
battery.
I
had
to
get
reception
get
me
back
into
my
which
they
weren't
able
to
fully
fix
my
card
reader
until
the
next
morning
and
took
around
30
minutes
to
get
back
into
my
room.
There
was
no
fault
from
the
staff
however,
they
were
super
nice
and
understanding
of
the
situation;
they
did
everything
in
their
control
to
resolve
the
situation
as
quick
as
possible.
As
a
way
to
compensate,
the
hotel
receptionist
offered
me
free
breakfast
for
the
next
morning.
This
is
where
the
main
problem
is
of
the
hotel.
When
I
had
arrived
at
the
restaurant
part
of
the
hotel
to
have
breakfast
I
was
seated
with
the
chance
to
order
a
drink
and
some
time
to
order
my
food.
I
waited
for
a
while
to
order
my
food,
I
had
to
go
to
the
waitress
to
tell
them
that
I
was
ready
to
order;
the
waitress
told
me
turn
return
to
my
table
and
she
would
be
right
back
with
me.
This
situation
happened
twice
where
I
had
to
go
up
and
request
them
to
take
my
order
in
which
I
was
told
to
return
back
to
my
table.
In
the
end
for
the
whole
1
hour
I
was
there,
I
had
only
received
a
drink
and
no
one
to
take
the
order
for
my
food.
Throughout
the
rest
of
my
stay,
I
avoided
the
breakfast
area
fully.
What
a
shame.
Overall,
the
night
stays
at
The
Hoxton
is
super
cosy
and
friendly
reception
staff
to
help
you.
However,
the
breakfast
food
area
is
embarrassing
which
I
would
recommend
people
to
find
local
cafe
in
the
area
to
dine
at
for
breakfast.
