👍👍 Very fresh fruit @ amazing prices. You have to come early!!! And buy from Hussein, he runs the fruit and veg stall in the middle ish area. I'm a fruitarian and need a good supply of fresh produce. Though it's not organic, it's way better priced and often better quality than your traditional London... People often mention market, fruit, fresh, good, shops, vegetables,

Very fresh fruit @ amazing prices. You have to come early!!! And buy from Hussein, he runs the fruit and veg stall in the middle ish area. I'm a fruitarian and need a good supply of fresh produce. Though it's not organic, it's way better priced and often better quality than your traditional London city supermarkets. One thing that does bother me is that sometimes they will have rotten fruit on display... maybe they're trying to test wether or not they're a chance to sell it? Make sure you choose well! The produce in plastic bags are £1, but they're also older than the produce that are not packaged in the bags. I usually get fresh mangoes for £4 for a box of 12! Watney market and the market by Whitechapel is where I get 95% of my groceries. The prices simply can't be beat.

A traditional east end market with all the hustle and bustle you'd expect from a market located a stone's throw from Whitechapel (Jack the Ripper and Kray country!) And a twenty minute walk from brick lane and banglatown! Although it's seen better days in terms of shops and patronage, it's nevertheless an experience, not least for it's historical location. So check it out whilst passing through. You might just be surprised!!

Watney Market is a great place for Londoners and tourists alike. They have everything you would need from fresh produce to clothes to electronics. I usually come here as a last resort when I'm running out of time and need something. If you're looking for a supermarket, this is the one!

A variety of low priced low quality tat for the most part. A wide choice of household bits & bobs mops bin bags etc. Lots of clothing choices but you get what you pay for as in life.

Not as good as it used to be, the stall have reduced which is a shame as we used to enjoy going there when ever we visited London. As with also most every part of London there's hardly any parking facilities especially if you're from out of town which makes it hard to do any real shopping because you're always scared how you're going to carry everything back 🙈

Quick walkabout during tour of east London, Hackney and canary wharf. The market is quite diverse with varied products including clothes, shoes, fruit and veg and more. No hustle or bustle, friendly and welcoming.

Lovely little market filled with mostley womens clothing fruit and groceries. Combined with shops it is a perfekt half-hour visit. Combined with the nearby Cable Street mural.

It is a very nice weekend market, they also bargain on all shopping, meaning you can save more 💰.

They have basic shops but the market can have some interesting stalls. Smells pretty bad almost all the time, even worse when that market is up. Mind you don’t get pickpocketed

Street market. Good for day time between 9 am to 6pm. Market is the same all days (weekdays and weekends). You can find fruits, vegetables and garments/clothes. But, not that big as nearby Whitechapel market

Fantastic market place to get your fresh fruit and vegetables. Lots of small cafés in the area, there is a handy DIY shop, and budget variety stores as well as an Iceland store.

Alot more organised than in the past but not many stalls with different options of items to buy from them. There isn't much choices of store and those that are there are very tacky and badly maintained.

Nothing special but Bangladeshi people went there to visit a bangla culture, every single product including vegetable are high priced, i think no one monitoring this market. Loving place to meet people of own country and get some experience about bangladeshi culture.
