Love the concept of Atis. Freshly made salad, with lots of options and friendly staff to make the order experience pleasant. I ordered the large Crunchy Raw Thai with blackened Chicken. The bowl is gorgeous and there's a good amount of food. The chicken was delicious, but the rest of the salad though still good, wasn't anything memorable. Maybe it's the almost £12 mark for the salad, or how good it looks, that increased my expectations, but in the end it didn't quite make it to my top salad places. Definitely recommend trying it out though!

I would recommend the visit, the food can’t be faulted and they’ve never let me down. I usually build my own salads but they give the option to add things to existing salads if you need to. Love the seasonal options too!

I honestly don't think I've had so much FUN having a salad bowl put together for me?! I've gotta shout out Ali behind the bar — I could not have been served by a friendlier guy, he made the whole experience great! This was my first takeaway from Atis despite working nearby and while salad wouldn't usually be my first choice for a working-late comfort dinner, it turns out a big warm veggie bowl is a worthy meal to keep the midnight oil burning!

Best salad in town! Eat in, takeaway, lunch or dinner. The vibe is understated, super healthy, in a simple, high spec designed urban dine-in. You can order atis-recipe salads or create your own, all are done right before your eyes, I like that the price difference between Large and Regular is only £0.50, made me think more about what is the right amount for me to eat today rather than how little can I pay to stuff my face (althought that logic is flawed). Amounts are copious and the flavours! Exceptional, there was a party in my mouth long after I finished. Oh, and the second time we went there (Thu 19th May), we arrived 10 minutes before closing time, they were putting the food away, one staff member told us we couldn't be served - too late. We stood there deflated, saying nothing, when another staff member (with beautiful eyelashes) looked at us and said: "Come on, I'll serve you!", she made our day, thank you!

OBSESSED with this place! They have so many options and toppings and they add on every season a new item. Loved their butter bean stew from the past season but also being building my own bowls cause I like to add a bit of everything and then I always get the blackened chicken and the Green goddess dressing!!👌 I don’t know how that one and the dill yogurt are irresistible Also the staff are always so sweet and nice🥹

Kind of like subway, if subway sold delicious fresh salads. Order from preset menu items, add extras or go full custom. As Itsu and other lunch dispensaries opt for increased automation and self service, here the friendly staff are enthusiastic, helpful and efficient. Highly recommended.

Ordered on Deliveroo, received the most delicious and freshly made salads. Really generous portions and lovely flavours. The driver missed picking up one of our bags so the restaurant called us then sent the missing item to us as well as some drinks - it was so thoughtful that a little hiccup was resolved directly without fuss by a nice polite lady on the phone. This will definitely be our go-to healthy salad place from now on!

I stopped here whilst in London and I'm so glad I did; such an amazing salad! I had The Healer with added cucumber and it was so delicious! The staff were friendly and attentive. I'm hoping they expand to more locations so I can have this more often :)

Busy day, limited time. I went to Ride in my favourite Rebel Gym but straight after had two meetings. Before the second one, in Old Street… o my- I was hungry! Until I looked up and just in front of me were all of those healthy options. *Lydia/Lidia* spotted my confusion, welcomed me and explained this easy now concept. She was positive, smiling and very helpful! Knowledgeable and she knew what she was selling! I sat in the corner, next to a doggie resting near by (they allowing 🐶 in! 🥰) and munch my salad away. It was very good! And actually large one is so big that I had the rest of it for lunch today 😉 Recommended! PS. It was a pleasure to be part of the staff meeting 😅 if only they knew that I used to manage restaurants for Gordon Ramsay, Jamie Oliver - yes, an old not existing Fifteen; opened Duck and Waffle… etc Great visit 😊 I will be back ☺️

Stopped here by chance and had a Miso Hungry Bowl... Was more than satisfied which led me to visiting the location 3 times during my stay in London. They have multiple Bowls and one can also create his own salad choosing of a huge range of vegetable, toppings, protein... Service was very friendly! Whoever wants to have a healthy but sill delicious bowl: Visit atis!

We had an amazing dinner here, with fresh and really high quality ingredients. It was so good we came back for two days and I am pretty sure this place will be on of our point of reference when visiting the city. Thanks to Paco who was very professional, kind and funny.

One of the more expensive ways to get a salad in London. Paid almost £14 for this bowl. Think you are paying for the location. Tasty though, so I’d still recommend this if you are not worried about the price. Make sure you get all the toppings if you have one of the pre designed bowls. I had to go back and get my cheese. Get a window seat and watch the world go by. Or take away and go eat at your office or one of the nearby parks.

I work away in London all the time and this place absolutely bangs. Its a healthy takeaway but is way more enjoyable that even the unhealthy ones. This place is absolute boss and probably my favourite takeaway of all time.

This whole place is put together so well, from the ingredients to the atmosphere to the operations. And of course, it’s the healthiest option in the area while still tasting delicious. The service was quick and friendly, the coffee was great. I will definitely be returning for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the near future!

Super annoyed that on a £20 order the main component was missing and tbere was no way to rectify it apart from the manager telling me to re order via deliveroo. When I did this, the replacement price is twice the original price!! The manager told me the only way I can have this resolved is to leave a review detailing what happened. Amazing place with delicious food and great staff! Went there for lunch and was not disappointed - which might be difficult to achieve since I’m a vegetarian, but they have many veggie options. Never in my life would I have thought something so healthy tastes SO FREAKING GOOD. Without Connor's help (short blonde haired fellar) I would have been totally lost. They have so many options to feed into whatever mode you are in that day. Can't wait to go back and try the rest. OH AND I MUST ADD the vibes of the place are perfect for a nice break from the home office. Nice to sit next to the plants and get a bit of fresh air while continuing on with my work.

Really fresh salad that was made right in front of me. I had the seasonal special chimichurri bowl with blackened chicken. It was really tasty! Maybe I would've liked more dressing, but that can be easily adjusted.

Have probably tried 5 or 6 different menu items so far and all of them have been great. Both for feeling healthy and just great taste. Depending on the taste/ingredients you’re craving, one of the choices will definitely meet the mark. Ingredients are fresh, varied and numerous, makes the price worth it as it would be very difficult to purchase and store all those items if you tried making it yourself.

Delicious food and very fresh interior! So many vegan/ gf options too. Quality ingredients that leave you feeling nourished- you can tell a lot of thought has gone into the sourcing and the bowls in general. Just the absolute best salad shop I’ve ever come across. I love their new atis spiced grains which are absolutely incredible and filling - especially just as we approach winter. The mother of all dressings is aptly named too. Just no complaints about this place - SO GOOD.

I ordered a salad which contained crispy shallots on top. I am gluten free and have never seen gluten free crispy shallots before, I called the restaurant before I received the food if the crispy shallots are gluten free. They told me they are gluten free! I ate them and got a reaction, called them afterwards again and asked again if they are really gluten free - they reassured me again! This is unacceptable. Later on they called me and I missed the call and when I call back I only speak to a delivery driver. The staff has no clue about food allergies and I have to live with the consequences. 1 star because 0 isn’t possible. Be aware of what they tell you about food allergies!

No doubt the portions are HUGE! However, what is lacking is enough sauce to coat the salad. Would be a good idea to be able to purchase as many sauce pots as one deems necessary instead of the standard little pot that barely covers half of the top. Apart from that, tasty filling lunch, but please do something about the dressing

Love this place! Every salad I've had has been great and it's really nice to have quick healthy options to go. They have also been great with understanding allergens and being celiac friendly, changing gloves and getting necessary ingredients from unopened containers which I've really appreciated!

I cannot recommend Atis more highly. As a regular user of takeaways, they are far away the best takeaway in London. Really fresh food, superbly presented, easy clear website and generous with their portions. My order was delivered with impressive speed. I will definitely be using them again.

Delicious well prepared flavours, excellent!

I ordered via deliveroo and both of the salads were massive disappointment for this price. Two of the sauces coming with the Shrumi salad tasted off ruining the whole dish.. I think some of the ingredients used in them might have been expired based of the extremely unpleasant bitter taste.
