Wow this was a lovely experience a d such a wonderful service for my 3 years old daughter allergy test. We never thought it would be that easy , quick and simple . Mr Tawanda was so polite and gentle toward the test. The price js very reasonable and we got report within an hour . His advice towards her foods and even eczema which is nit his responsibility. Perfect location in Central London Tottenham Court Road Station 🚉. After arrival he gave us a bottle of water and was discussed everhung step by steps with example at thr end he asked if we need to use toilet or anything even and offered discount for future visit which we have to also he was very caring. For food and environment allergy this is the best clinic. Don't waste your money other area . Thansk for your help .

Our lab tech was very warm and since my mother and I had back to back appointments and were done pretty quickly, we chatted and were able to have a nice rest during our day. Our testing was very quick and our tech also made sure we had the proper information listed for our records. The communication with the staff as well in scheduling our appointment was very easy via email and with speedy responses. They provided us with all the forms to fill out ahead of our appointment which also was a time saver.

Excellent service. I needed to arrange a test package and quick release test. I booked this online and received confirmation and a follow-up email with in minutes. The nurse was very professional for my in-clinic test and I received my results earlier than expected. I would highly recommend this clinic!

The allergist was trully wonderful and happy to share all his knowledge and test for allergies. They are excellent at listening to your story and do the allergy tests required. My meeting was also very reassuring and informative. Very warm, welcoming staff, clean and bright clinic. I was very impressed with the level of care and how they trully want to help when you struggle with allergic reactions or intolerances. Excellent service. I needed a home visit, and this was simple to arrange. The nurse was held up in traffic and telephoned to say she would be delayed. All the paperwork was clear, concise and easy to follow. I received my result six hours earlier than forecast. I would highly recommend this clinic.

After many hours on the internet research trying to find a reliable firm to do a COVID-19 swab at home for an 88 year old lady travelling alone to Spain, we found Top Health Clinic. Upon speaking to a very helpful receptionist, she answered all my questions and reassured me of any doubts regarding the speed of the results, certificates provided etc. As time was of essence, we chose the fast track service with a nurse coming into the house at an online booked time and date. Everything went extremely smoothly and we received the results via e mail well before we expected, with easily downloaded certificates to take to the airport. I would highly recommend this Clinic and their staff to everyone looking for quality, speed, efficiency and reliability.

Clean, fast, friendly. I came here because I had to take a Covid test to travel to Germany. The nurse was very efficient and helpful. Test results came back within 36 hours - faster than expected - and I was able to fly the next day.

We have a wedding in Cyprus, and as such, require negative COVID tests to enter the country during the pandemic. I phoned to book tests and spoke with Adolph, who was able to accommodate us for a home nurse visit for the test. We had all four of us tested and several family members used Top Health Clinic too. The nurse was very friendly and we all received our results with plenty of time left before the flight. Excellent service at Top Health Clinic! Great booking system where everything gets confirmed online. The nurse put me completely at ease for my PCR Covid test and it was all over in seconds! As my test was for travel, very impressed at speedy turnaround. I did my test at 3pm and had results back by following evening in plenty of time for my flight.

I find the service excellent. The nurse was very friendly and helpful. Adolph, who handled my initial tel enquiry was very polite and helpful too. As I needed my test report just a couple of hours before my flight departure time, he took the trouble to phone me to alert me immediately after my test report was emailed to me.

I had to get my covid pcr test done for my flight and top health clinic was really good and professional with fulfilling my needs. Their staff Adolph Tawanda was extremely kind and helpful. As guaranteed they provided me results within 24hours and was cheaper compared to other places i checked. Also, my results were supposed to be valid for 96 hours and due to my circumstances i had to get the test done much earlier, so the nurse came to my home late just so my test could stay valid for few more hours. Highly recommend this clinic.

I highly recommend Top Health Clinic for they excellent customer service and efficient PCR test service. I had a previous bad experience with another clinic and I have lost a flight because of them. Top Health Clinic not only understood my difficult situation and supported me throughout the process, but also provided a very speedy and efficient service in taking my PCR test. The employees of the clinic directly phoned me multiple times including before my PCR test to ensure I know what to do and also after to ensure that my results have been submitted on time. I recommend this Clinic to everybody that needs to travel and also want to be treated in a professional and highly respectable manner.

Fantastic place just off Goodge Street! I had loads of questions in the lead up to the test and the turnaround time but was constantly reassured by the clinic that all is ok. We got the 48 hours turnaround package, and it came on time as promised. I even got a call from the clinic letting me know that the results have arrived. I’m so grateful to the team and their patience. They are wonderful and I’d highly recommend it.

Just being realistic. Excellent service. Chris / Adolpho were great. The nurse was exceptional, great Professionalism. Definately on top of their game. I will recommend Top health anytime, any day. Impressive.
