I ordered a watch first time from Watches2U, It was my first ever order from this website. When it arrived, its Color was different, so I requested a return (or exchange which they don't do). I was charged for the return. I was told my return was categorized as an unwanted Product which is why I have been charged £6.99. I have explained over the phone to customer services and on the return label in the comment section too about the return reason but sadly they still charged for it. I am not happy with the services, I will not use it again or recommend it to anyone.

Was a bit dubious to purchase a watch from here at first, due to the very low price compared to other retailers.. But after a few emails, i went ahead and purchased the watch i wanted. It arrived the very next day and i absolutely love it. I will certainly be buying from these guys again.

I'm not happy at all. I bought a watch that was sent to a place that was not my address and was reported lost. after contacting customer service, they recognized the error and sent the item again, which took about 1 month to arrive. in addition the watch I received is not exactly the same as the one in the photo I ordered. the one I ordered had the silver dial and the one I received is all black. so it took too long and I received the article that does not correspond to what I wanted, I will keep it because I like it and because of the time and inconvenience it would take to go through the whole process again. just leave a very positive note to customer service, very fast and effective, thank you.

It shipped from Germany to Canada within 2 weeks much faster than the estimated 4-6 weeks which was great. The customer service at this company is prompt and friendly. The watch is great quality and as shown on the picture. Very satisfied customer!

Overall I had an excellent buying experience. I didn’t give five stars because my watch arrived with some scratches on the crystal. The watch would eventually get scratched but I expect a new watch to look new.

Delivery was fast, but unfortunately the watch was broken (even with a new battery it would not tell the time, it appeared otherwise undamaged). Contact about returning it was very fast. But I would have expected my money back by now, which unfortunately hasn't happened. I also would have liked the option to see if it could have been repaired (at cost of Watches2U) at a jewellery store, as it was the last one in stock, but that wasn't offered.

I ordered a watch for my friend as a wedding gift and it arrived late. So i did not need it any longer and watches2u didn't allow me to return it free of charge. They asked me to pay full return charges which were about 18 euros. I had the most terrible experience with them, they just don't listen to you. Save yourself from this fraudulent company

I've been looking for a watch that at the time appeared to have been sold out on other sites (a Timex Expedition Vibe Shock). Had a previous order for it on Amazon but after no sign of shipment for nearly two months had cancelled that order. So browsed online where else I could find that model and came across Watches2U that not only had a model but it was also a bit cheaper than on Amazon. Delivery was fast and efficient and I would not hesitate to use them again next time I'm in need of a new watch.

Ordered a watch, paper work quoted correct watch reference. However was just sent a random watch. Rang customer services, was told watch not available and asked to read returns policy. its says refunds can take 8 weeks. Customer services poor, no help. Use at your risk !!!!!!!

On the whole a good company to do business with, however my latest purchase, which I've still not received after nearly two weeks is the reason I've given three stars. I have opened a dispute with regards this order which I'm lead to understand is via a third party - probably Amazon, and we all know how difficult/delaying they can be when it comes to non-delivery!

I ordered a watch. I waited for a week... Nothing happened so I contacted the company. They said my watch is on the way back to the company because I refused the watch... The watch never ever reached me... and they asked me I want a watch to send back but the resend have a fee... WTF?? I have to pay a fee when the delivery company lied and never delivered the watch to me... I never will use this company again...

It was well wrapped and in the original factory packaging which becomes a piggy bank when the watch is removed....I know because it is not my first ICE Watch.
