Cancelled my appointment last minute by email. If I wanted an appointment on Wednesday I would have booked it for then. Unhelpful at letting me book another appointment so asked for a refund and will not use them again. They claim they tried to call me but they did not. There was no missed calls or voice mails.

I went to the clinic(Liverpool street location) for the first time and I was only 5 minutes late. In order to insure the best customer service for the patient, you need to make sure the doctor should have enough gap between patients. Therefore it’s very clear that you don’t care about your patient’s wellbeing and you are giving out slots that isn’t practical for people who are coming to visit for the first time or in general. And 5 minutes policy of yours is robbery, unprofessional. And the reception was not being helpful for rebooking the appointment or providing other services. I will get the bottom of it until I get my refund. DO NOT GO THERE

I arrived in London as a tourist and realized quickly that I needed to see a doctor for a condition that I recognized may require treatment with antibiotics. I searched online for a walk-in clinic and came upon Doc Tap. In less than 24 hrs of landing I had an appointment. I found the experience very welcoming, the office clean and process extremely efficient. Dr Hannah Davies took a thorough history of my current meds and I was able to provide her with previous test results. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and even provided follow up resources for me to investigate by a later email. She was very pleasant and I would highly recommend her and this very cost effective service.

Affordable healthcare services! The doctor I saw was caring and generous about his time. He gave me good, necessary advices. He referred me to an A&E at a right time when I was feeling terrible with my UTI infection which I could not cope any longer. The place is welcoming but the most important thing is they diagnosed my problem which was not diagnosed elsewhere and they sent me to a right place in order to have access to a right treatment. Thank you so much.

Amazingly easy quick and convenient to get a GP appointment for a price I would gladly pay without hesitation. The GP I saw was also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and provided an excellent quality of care. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

I saw Dr Ndlovu for some blood tests and couldn't have had a better experience. She was kind and patient with me and her analysis of my results led directly to my condition being diagnosed and treated. Dr Ndlovu's colleague also got in touch with me when further results were available and was even kind enough to suggest a specialist who they thought would be well-placed to help me. I also managed to book an appointment for the same day. I'm so grateful I chose DocTap.

I’m new to London from Australia and have been so impressed with the DocTap level of service! The reception, facilities are new and clean. The staff are really friendly and the Doctors are superb. I would highly recommend this service for a GP service. You can also get an appointment usually within 24-48 hrs there’s also lots of locations to choose from.

Very very easy booking process and I was even seen 10 minutes early, which has never happened with a Doctor before in my life! Dr Ndlovu was extremely professional, made me feel very comfortable and even sent me a follow up email with further information. Would recommend to everybody.

It was this Saturday gone and my GP isn’t open on weekends or taking in person appointments due to COVID. I was having panic attacks and general anxiety, so I was searching online for help. I came across DocTap and was able to book an in person appointment for 2 hours later! The doctor was great and helped me a lot. He set me on a course of medication and some helpful advise. I’ll touch base again with him in a couple of weeks. Would highly recommend!

Amazing service from start to finish! Really fast, modern and user-friendly to book an appointment online where they also send helpful reminders. Dr Ndlovu did an amazing job during the consultation where she was both compassionate and professional when giving me advice. Also got the follow-up results the day after electronically with more details than expected which also helps if you want to claim from your insurance. Really positive experience! I highly recommend this place and Dr Ndlovu!

Don’t recommend Doctap. I have symptoms of throat infection, like I’ve had many times before, booked an appointment and was only given phone call option. Obviously the doctor come to the conclusion she had to see me, and for that I need to book another appointment and pay again. There is no support whatsoever and no they don’t care at all about you.

Great service all round. Better than expected and would definitely use again. The whole process was very quick and easy, the doctor was very helpful and was able to diagnose straight away. The follow up information provided was also an added bonus. This is a great service if you not currently living in the area where you have a registered doctor. I previously tried a NHS walk-in centre and after 2.5 hours waiting the person I saw seemed to have no idea what they were doing and were completely unhelpful with what turned out to be a very common problem.

I highly recommend this clinic. Staff are welcoming and doctors are caring and humane. I had an amazing experience here!

Excellent service very personal

Great assistance, help and support. My first language isn't English and discuss about medical issues is not the easiest thing in the world. But the Doctor was very patient and supportive. I met an excellent doctor and she showed me the best way to proceed. I highly recommended DocTap.

Gp nice and nice space but the reception staff are awful. They don't work for doctor tap so when the software to check myself in wasn't working, they were completely uninterested. By the time I checked in, I was 6 min late, 1min more than cut-off and my appointment was then rescheduled. Fortunately it was only 30 min later but feel they could have seen me. No-one else was waiting or came.in the whole time.

Couldn't have been easier to arrange. Readily available appointments. Lovely premises. Did not have to wait. Lovely doctor (Dr Ndlovu) - put me at my ease immediately, gave lots of relevant information and answered all my questions. Great follow up also with email of more information and my consultations notes etc. Highly recommend!

Booked online paid £49 to see doctor Edwards booked 2 hours before seeing him first time using this service and think this is the way forward would definitely use again he gave me the information I needed thanks great service

Had an appointment with GP Dr James Stevenson. The visit was great. For the half of an hour he quickly and professionally solved all my issues, clarified my concerns and gave me very useful advises for my problems. Definitely recommend DocTap and Dr James Stevenson in particular.
