I had à very poor pedicure just done. They hardly breed the hard skinned on my heels, which is the main reason for me having it done. The girls was obviously very new. When I complaint it transpired that they booked the basic one even if nobody asked me which I wanted when I booked. They were not very receptive when I pointed out that they should have asked me. Not good value for money

Really good manicure with Ioana, and gel polish. She came up with a design to match my outfit for a wedding and it looked perfect. You always get lovely service at this salon, really friendly staff and a nice professional environment.

Decided on a whim to get a manicure and I’m glad I did it here! Jackie was friendly, gentle, and skilled in her craft. I love the shape, shade and finishing of my nails. It’s always nice to treat yourself, but it’s an even nicer experience when the service is beyond expectations. Will definitely recommend and come back again! 💅🏻✨

Wonderful experience. I had nails and facial ahead of a big event and when the nails weren’t quite right I went back and they did them again. Very nice atmosphere, lovely staff and great value.

Sherika was amazing today and graciously agreed to see me on short notice. My nails are perfect, as it is usually the case at Elyse. I have been coming here for over five years and I wouldn’t trust anybody else with my nails. All therapist are extremely skilled, nice and polite. Reception is very well run, organised and polite. I really appreciate the many times when I forgot to book an appointment or was late and still they have made arrangements to accommodate me. Thank you all for the incredible service.

Great place to get your beauty bits done. I've had a course of laser hair removal here and Iulia helped put me at ease and explained exactly how it works. She also advised on the best package to buy and I appreciated that she didn't push for me to buy more than needed . Will be back soon to try out the nail services and for laser top up. It's nice to have a such top quality services in the area.

I love this place. I come regularly to get my eyebrows done by Jyoti and she is incredible at all waxing/threading! Olga did a really nice pedicure and manicure for me, much better than I’ve had anywhere else!

Great massage. Perfect pressure: firm enough to be effective but not so hard that I tense in resistance. Also, Jyoti has a lovely manner.

Usually when I come here, the lady that does my waxing does it so that it is relatively painless and I never have any burns or red bumps. I had a new lady today (not the lady that my booking confirmation said I would have), and the skin on my underarms has been ripped off and is red and raw. I have *never* had this happen to me before and I've been getting my underarms waxed for many years.

Great pedicure by Khadijah! She's done an amazing job, I feel like I have a new pair of feet now :) She was also very kind and patient as I am extremely ticklish and interrupted her a few times (sorry!!) I loved being spoiled with a coffee too; I would definitely recommend and will visit again.

I don't normally write bad reviews because I usually prefer to say something directly to the business, although on this occasion I didn't feel the feedback was taken on board. I was contacted by test and trace less than 24hrs before my appointment at Elyse and was told to isolate. I hoped that following a negative result from a quick PCR test I would be released from isolation and still be able to attend my appointment. However, 2 hours before my appointment at Elyse, I hadn't received my result, so I contacted Elyse to postpone my appointment. Elyse asked me to send a screenshot proof of my test and trace message, which I did. Yet, they still refused to postpone my appointment, or give me a refund. When I tried to calmly and politely explain over a phone call, I was shouted at and told I was being "insulting"! I was told I should have told them straight away when I received the test and trace message - which would have still been less than the 24hrs cancellation policy - even though I hadn't even seen the test and trace message until hours after the time shown on the time stamp. They held me accountable to that time stamp and wouldn't exercise any understanding. It felt a little bit like they were fining me for not having seen the message straight away? It was very strange. I totally understand its been a tough time for businesses, but I'm not sure what else I could have done, its a shame if businesses take out their previous losses on future customers. In the last 5 months since I moved to the area, I've spent a lot of money at Elyse. I've been there for nail appointments and waxes, and even recommended the salon to friends. I was very happy with the treatments and would have happily returned repeatedly as a continuing regular customer, however after this experience, I won't be. I was spoken to very rudely, when I explained that I've always left positive reviews but this one will have to be negative .... they said "that is ludicrous and anyone including a lawyer would think so too" - which is a bit of an odd statement to make. Such a shame, because Ioana always did my nails superbly! but there's lots of other lovely salons in the area... so I'll be searching for somewhere a little friendlier... as at the end of the day this is supposed to be a treat...where I go to be pampered not where I feel like I'm being told off!

I had these awful acrylics that I had to take off and Khadijah did such an amazing job. She really took proper care and time as my nails were extremely weak and sensitive. She made my experience really pleasant and I will definitely be coming back as I was looking for a permanent nail salon

I was searching for a beauty clinic for a long time now that has a super high standard services without the cosmic prices and this place provides exactly that. I came recently to thread and tint my eyebrows and I was pleasantly surprised with a result. The job that the lady has done was absolutely impeccable. Coming back for another treatment in a few days... and probably for many more. Highly recommended!
