Excellent - an expert, caring, Doctor, available instantly and providing evidenced based medicine of the highest calabre. If I had taken an alternative route (not available to me as I am not GP registered) - I would be waiting a further week and still be suffering great pain and possibly the pain would have evolved into long term. We need to be grateful that Adam Smith's invisible hand provides competative advantages over politician's mistakes which have become dogmatism.

Zero Points!! I had to get a PCR test before flying to Hong Kong from London and DocTap’s “guarantee” of same day service is a farce. I did not receive the results on time and as a result missed my flight as HK is so strict with having the airline check the result before allowing check in. Their reason that due to the rail strikes and increased traffic causes the accident of their courier. Frankly, this is an unacceptable excuse... they should have plan B or Plan C for these events. They should contact the clinic and more importantly contact the patient i.e. ME!!! to let me know what is happening, instead it was RADIO SILENCE!! They didn't open till 9am the next day and it was only at 11AM the next day - OVER 24 hours before I got my results!! TOO LATE AND THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! I am now thousands of pounds in loss!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

Fantastic for Antigen COVID 19 test!! So quick and efficient I was in and out within 5 minutes and got my results in 15mins via email! Of course this could be because it's bank holiday and not too busy but still, I am very happy!

I had an amazing experience. Everyone was super nice and helpful, starting with the main building receptionists and finishing with my Dr. Ade Adeniyi. The waiting room is so beautiful and cozy with such an impressive view, that makes you forget the reason you actually there for awhile. The appointment was spotless on time and although the appointment has a limited time (15min) I never felt rushed during my appointment. I felt Dr. Ade was truly there for me. She gave me good advices and a prescription that is working on me. Posteriorly to my appointment I also received an email with Dr. Ade recommendations with some informative links to help me understand more about my condition. Overall was an excellent experience. I booked a rapid Covid test and everything went swimmingly. I booked the wrong one on accident and they helped switch it to the correct test and refunded me the difference right away. Great staff, was in and out in 5 minutes.

Absolutely faultless a real game changer I went to the London Bridge 1 Today to enquire and even got a same day appointment after needing to change GP surgeries I was struggling with the NHS (Falmouth Road surgery, which was 08:00 in the morning, no flexibility, registering in the 1st place, often 2 weeks to see a GP tho in my time I never saw a GP. 30 waiting seating time once you get a appointment Private GP is the way forward in this modern day The card with QR photo and info - useful. £59 for appointments, roughly £10 per item for prescriptions. Once a month affordable flexible Gp service Absolutely amazing service, venue is nice Highly recommended

Place was fine. They only had 2 technicians, so the queue moves slowly. Took about 45 minutes to get through a little over a dozen people. Super friendly and nice. Helped people out who had issues.

I booked a pre travel antigen test in the London Bridge location and everything went very smoothly. The booking was easy and so was the testing. You do the test outdoors so it's actually safer. The Health Professional who did the test was very kind and polite. I received my result in less than one hour. The facility is also in a great place: the courtyard of Southwark Cathedral! Speedy appointment with a great GP, just what I needed when I arrived to the office, was feeling unwell, but couldn’t even get GP appointment near home that day or hardly the next. Great service and relevant test done on the day (with extra small fee) with result the next day by email. Just what I needed, would absolutely reccommend it to others.
