I was super impressed with my Well Woman check-up having never had one before. I felt listened to and the results of my blood tests were clearly talked through, with recommendations of any positive changes I can make to my future health. Would fully recommend.

Overall, my experience at this doctor's office was outstanding. What really stood out to me was how patient and attentive the doctor (Dr Charlotte) was throughout the entire visit. She made sure to explain everything in detail and answer all of my questions, which put me at ease and made me feel well-informed. I felt confident that I received the best possible care. I attended the Moorgate Branch of One5 Health for a Women's Check up. I found the system very easy to book. Once I visited I was seen on time and the appointment was efficient. Dr Rai was really helpful and talked me through the process and all of my result during the follow up appointment. I'll be going back to check some health levels in a few months. Would recommend

Dr. Jessica Howitt provided an excellent level of service, and was really flexible after me being very late for my first appointment following a reschedule mix up. Really excellent Well Man Check with Dr Jessica Howitt. Very thorough blood and body composition tests and a long (45 min) GP consultation to start, with a detailed follow-up review after the results were back. Everything very clearly and helpfully explained with excellent attention to detail. I would highly recommend and will use One5 Health again.

I went for a health assessment and was very happy with the service received. It was a very detailed health assessment which clearly showed the areas I need to improve on. Dr Mehma was lovely and gave me lots of tips and advice on how to improve my health in the long term.

Really superb experience. Dr. Sabharwal was friendly, extremely knowledgable and provided great advice. And the Well Man option is great value. Highly recommended.

A lot more comprehensive than I imagined, particularly the follow-up assessment. I found Dr Charlotte to be very personable, insightful, and couldn't be more helpful and caring in her advice. Only regret is I didn't go earlier.

Dr Mehma also wrote a comprehensive summary for me to refer to and really took the time to understand my current state and goals, so advice could be tailored. It was a really pleasant experience undertaking a Well Man Health Check with One5 Health. They provide one of the most comprehensive blood test panels. In addition to that, I was offered two private GP consultations to discuss all my health related concerns. Dr Rabie was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and caring. He listened to my concerns and provided useful medical and lifestyle change suggestions. Further to my follow-up consultation, I was sent a thorough report explaining the test results and actions to take in detail. I am very much pleased with One5 Health's service and would highly recommend them for a general health checkup.

The UK website doesn't make easy to choose a service provider as it just give the names and coverage...so it took a long time to choose one...but I'm so grateful I chose the right one. Great location, price was correct, and the service was absolutely fantastic. What was supposed to be an obligation procedure they helped to make it pleasant as I had to attend 3 times but each time was more pleasant than the other...it was not a mechanical process...I was not just another number for them...so I just have to say a big thank you for the doctor. Ah...the facility is safe and clean as well. No stress. BIG THANK YOU.

I've booked an appointment for a guaranteed or many back 70hours Covid test with another GP without checking reviews, and was said by the Pharmacy it definetly won't be ready in 70hours as there are too high demand at the moment. I've checked the GP-s review,and all was 1*, and people missed their flights. I asked my money back,and kind of gave up. I was panicking as I needed the test for travel. I searched more online and found One5Health, with amazing reviews. I contacted them via live chat just to make sure it's going to be done before my trip, and was said 100% my test will be done,and so far nobody missed their flight. At 9pm I quickly booked an appointment for 10am next day for the 48hours quick test, and received my test in 24hours! I'm so happy🙏🙏 The lady who did my test was so nice and professional! I ordered two PCR tests which were delivered within the hour and the results sent through less than 6 hours later. An expensive but highly efficient and friendly service which is much appreciated in emergency cases.

The service we received from One5 Health when we needed a COVID -19 test was exceptional and I can not recommend them enough. Their service was 1st class from start to finish. My wife's experience with Dr. Gaurav was wonderful. He really cares about his patients and getting to the bottom of whatever the issue is so you can be good as new. He focuses more on ruling out other possibilities before jumping to conclusions. His office space followed all the Covid guideline which is comforting during these times. 10/10 would recommend.

Met Dr. Gaurav Sabharwal for a muscle and tendon related injury I picked up in gym. He was extremely helpful, thorough and empathetic. The process of booking was a breeze and I was able to see him the very same day. He recommended an MRI scan and booked one for me immediately and advised a splint to wear in the meanwhile! Excellent service. Highly recommended!

Having struggled to book an NHS test for our holiday, we were frantically trying to find a private test centre with availability, 4 days before our holiday. We found One5 Health had appointments for the following day, and they were amazing. I emailed at around 10pm just after booking, and had a response within minutes, the whole process was so quick, smooth and easy. Dr Gaurav was so friendly and helpful on the day, and made us feel at ease with the process. He did let us know that we would likely be waiting the full 48 hours for our results as it had been so busy. We received our results a few hours ago, which was 48 hours after the test, luckily we fly tomorrow so it's perfect for us, the documents are clear and concise. Although it's fairly pricey, I think it's worth paying for the peace of mind if you're travelling!

This clinic is great! Booked my day 2 & 8 Covid travel tests for here and the whole process was so smooth and easy from start to finish. They were super responsive on phone and email and answered all my initial questions. Then at the clinic, the Dr taking the test was super polite and professional. Excellent service and I would not hesitate to use them again if I need a test or for private care in future.

Very fast turnaround on same-day courier delivery/return at-home Covid test. Booked night before at 9:30pm for a 10am “appointment” (be aware this is the time of dispatch if you’re doing the courier service). I live close to the clinic, so it was a quick arrival and received and took the test at about 10:30. It was received by the lab at 11:54 and I received my result at 17:05. Pricey for sure, but if you need a quick turnaround on an at-home test, you do get the efficient service you’re paying for!
