Highly recommendable company. Firstly, products are of a high quality and well made - a great option for responsibly made and sustainably sourced clothes! Have visited the Covent Garden store several times and have always found their employees to be very friendly and helpful. Last time round they didn't have the shorts I was looking for in my size, so I dropped their customer service and email; they respondend swiftly and then provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! Cannot recommend them enough - they are a breath of fresh air compared to the multinationals that have lowered our expectations in the type of service and products we can get.

Excellent customer service. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. David, the manager of the store, went an extra mile to support me with picking up my jacket before the lockdown. The brand itself is great too. I’ve already purchased Finisterre boots and a waterproof jacket and I’m very pleased with both.

Good clothes...and a company with environmental agenda...BUT...why does the Covent Garden shop have its doors wide open on the hottest day of the year...with the air conditioning cooling the shop and the whole street outside? Please close the door and reduce your carbon footprint.

My great great grandparents lived in this building. As they are all gone, and there is nothing left to say that the Russells lived here... Best leave a digital footprint. The Russells lived here around the turn of 1900 and were green grocers over in Covent Garden. No Idea what the business is there these days.

Cold water Surf Shop. At the en, an Englishman brought the surf from Hawaii to the rest of the western world! Nice clothes, wicked jackets! Although I liked more when they had a café.

Love this store; fantastic, responsible UK brand that sells both cool but practical clothes and accessories. You can also refill your water bottle when you're passing by which just demonstrates their commitment to the environment. Please please please expand your womens' range to be more like online! 💛

The best knitwear in the world. Lovely staff.

I have ordered jumpers in size 10 through mail order. The first was far too big and I sent it back for an exchange. Their communication isn't good, they don't respond to emails unless you chase them and can't get hold of them by phone, you need to leave a message. I emailed them about a new order asking to double check the size was corect before sending. They never responded and the jumper was again too big. Aprt from that, the quality is good.

Good wool and base layer clothes for cold weather. Selection is limited and thus your size or color may not be readily available. Like options of colors beyond black, white or gray.

Clothes are on the expensive side but it’s one of my favourite brands. Great quality, stylish, functional and sustainable. Staff are super helpful and friendly.

The team were incredibly helpful despite it being so busy just before Christmas. One member of staff was particularly attentive and gave me brilliant advice on what size wetsuit I needed. If she hadn’t checked in then I would have bought the wrong size so I am very grateful for all her help!
