This surgery has always been very helpful in managing my healthcare difficulties. I have found all the staff from the receptionists to the doctors to be friendly, kind, helpful and respectful. I really do feel that their involvement in my care has helped to reduce any negative impact of my condition on my health and so I am very grateful to this surgery. I am always recommending this surgery to my friends and family.

Fantastic, friendly service from the team here. Phoned at 8:40 in the morning for an appointment and was given 11:30 that same day. Exactly on the dot in to see the doctor who was incredibly helpful. Thank you for the great help. Keep it up!

Disgusting service from the receptionists! Literally called 200 times to make an appt, say the surgery opens from 8am, lines do not even open until at least 8:10. Then when u finally get through to the call queue, you get cut off!!!! When I finally got through to advise of their phone line issue, she continued to deny it and speak over me the entire time! How infuriating! Especially when you are not feeling 100%. Does she not realise i have proof in my call log? And when the line was answered and cut off? Absolutely disgusting! Please don’t bother responding to this with your automated message you have sent to every other review! Just fix up!

The receptionists are lazy no good useless wastes of oxygen who can’t seem to make up their minds about appointments. They say to come queue in the mornings to be sure of an appointment and even when you do (I waited from 7:30am for them to open at 8am) they send you home saying “you’re not an emergency the doctor will call you on the phone”. I cannot speak lowly enough of this practice. They have high ratings on NHS probably from friends and relatives of the owners. Come here at your own peril.

70 Norwood Road surgery is by far one of the best that I have ever been registered at. Since I have moved to this country I have met with many doctors, but very few of them have the same excellent skills and caring attitudes that Dr Sanghera has - I am so grateful that I have this fantastic GP looking after my health. Even the receptionists, I have found them to be helpful and polite whenever I have needed to book an appointment. All of my prescriptions are done within two working days and I have found it easy to get through to the surgery on the telephone. I was even more impressed by Sayma who saw me for my annual asthma check, she was so friendly and I am grateful that saw me early because I had to go to work. Overall I am very impressed with the high quality experience that I have every time that I visit this practice and I would recommend.

You can ask for medication but the doctor refuses it if you need the medication for your condition you have i don't understand it's not as if the doctor is paying for it looking to change this doctor's surgery not recommended

The surgery is great. When ever I called reception they quickly responded with great inter personnel skills. The best is Dr sanghera. He is amazin and gives the best advise according to the requirements. Never ever got any problems what so ever. Thanks Team Norwood surgery.

The doctor is excellent, but not sure about the nurse. She took blood out without asking which arm I prefer and asked the same questions regarding life style when she was typing away. Didn't offer any guidelines regarding when to remove the blood soaked bandage. She probably needs training and I probably need to inform the RCGP in Warren St.

Lazy, irresponsible and dishonest staff could not tick boxes correctly so I was left more than an hour to wait for a prescription which never arrived. The receptionist who was very kind and understanding throughout was the only good thing about this practice. If you value your health, I urge you to not register here. They do not care that they have made mistakes which could be detrimental to your health. It took almost three days for this disgraceful situation to be resolved. I had to go through 111 to get this problem resolved. I no longer trust this GP to look after my health as it is clear that they do not have their patients’ best interests at heart.

Great experience today. We did an econsult yesterday, offered an appointment today. We even messed up and was 30 minutes late, the doctor was so generous and still saw us. Very professional, kind and reassuring. Couldn’t ask for more. I highly recommend.

Very bad I have called 3 different times over the period of 11 days to have an appointment haven’t neither I was given any idea of time an date on which I should expect…. Worst GP ever I am planning to look for other Gp
