My advocate spoke to me with more compassion and understanding than any care provider has to me. If you are having trouble getting an appointment or your point across with a care coordinator i highly recommend the advocacy service.

Finished my counselling in January Gemma was amazing finally found someone who could explain me to me, everyone I met was kind Gemma was able to keep me on track and moving forward very professional laughed with me and shed the occasional tear with me top lady in my book 👍😉

A very challenging session felt with in a very professional manner. It has touched aspects of how I deflect when approached regarding how I feel which nobody has done before. Overall a helpful session.

Highly recommended for counselling services. Their service has been amazing for me recently and really assisted me. I cant thank them enough. Sally is brilliant, so kind and caring. All a very welcoming team though.

Never liked talking my problems out always bottled stuff up. Self medicated, thought I knew best. It doesn't work trust me. Just try talking to a stranger, it does help. Found it very helpful just unloading a few problems, small steps. worth giving it a go.

Mind, the people who care about those who suffer from mental health issues in Croydon! They've certainly helped me.

I went for the community meal which is 6 .50. I fould that the Staff where doing three actives at the same time and was told let me do my job the other thing was no alcated seating for meals as person did not like me sitting and moving her stuff so the table was clear for me . I moved only get my pud stolen. Etc.removed

Oh my this place is a godsend! My therapist David was honestly amazing I cannot fault him over the weeks he has really helped me to be kinder to myself and acknowledge trauma that I have been through, I genuinely thought talking to a stranger would be a complete waste of time but I had found it so beneficial for my mental health and physical health. The team at mind have been so welcoming and kind. I would highly recommend to any and everybody young or old, Rastafari blessings! ❤️💛💚
