Edit: 3years later, and I'm going only to El! Always perfect service! If you want your eyebrows microbladed, I couldn't recommend more highly El. Before selecting El, I did a careful research of the places offering permanent makeup, being rather nervous with the idea of having my eyebrows "tattooed" as I imagined many things could go wrong. El consistently had only happy customers, so I contacted her with a long list of questions which she took the time to answer in detail -- that reassured me that she'd take just the same amount of care with the services themselves. I decided to book an appointment. As expected, El continued with her very detailed and careful approach -- she explained everything very clearly, told me exactly what to expect, and was extremely organized with the entire process. She's also a very nice and friendly person, so definitely makes you comfortable! Additionally, everything was clean, and El opened all the tools fresh in front of me to guarantee they were all new. I proceeded with the treatment and she made sure that I was happy with both the color and shape of my eyebrows before the microblading step, also advising me properly whenever I needed help deciding. The result was even better than I had hoped for. I am in love with my eyebrows which just look amazing and so natural! Before the treatment, I wasn't sure whether people would be able to notice the microblading strokes -- but nope, unless you look up really close, you cannot tell there's microblading. That's just how natural and beautiful they look. Seriously so happy I got them done! I now can be ready with less effort and much more quickly and don't have to worry at all about doing my eyebrows.

El took the time to understand exactly what it was that I was looking for. The consultation at the beginning of the session was extremely detailed. It’s almost as though she treats every session and creation as a piece of carefully created artwork. Her explanations and “hand holding” were brilliant, I felt very comfortable throughout. Even sketching out the design and choosing the colours were carried out with utmost care and attention. The tattoing itself was very pleasant, and the aftercare kit (and comms) thoughtfully curated. I visited El solely based on reviews and examples of her work that I’d seen online. I’m so glad I did and will be visiting her again, as well as recommending her for years to come. Thank you!

Though there were cheaper salons out there, I chose Perfect Definition after seeing the impressive results in the gallery. I was not disappointed! El is warm, friendly, yet professional. I expressed that I wanted beautiful natural looking borws and that's exactly what she gave me. It may seem like a lot of money for no one to really notice but I didn't want to take any risks with my face and it was a personal preference for me. Super happy, has boosted my confidence immensely. I have been seeing El for years now. Unfortunately, a salon local to where I live that I was seeing for other treatments offered to top up my microbladed brows. I made the mistake of agreeing. It went TERRIBLY wrong. I then spent more than a year paying for the costly process of removing the mistake. El is a perfectionist so had to be satisfied there was no sign of the mistake before she corrected it. Finally, El has performed her magic & I have lovely microbladed brows that I no longer have to draw on every morning!! Thank you El, I will never cheat on you again! X

El is a consummate professional. She spends every minute of the consultation ensuring you are comfortable with what she is doing, explains next steps and checking in that her work is exactly what you want before you leave. I went to her to micro blade my eyebrows in the unfortunate position of loosing my hair during chemo. She made me feel safe by proving all her equipment was sterile, working round my mask and booking appointments at safer times of my chemo cycle. She was very personable and throughly empathetic towards me throughout. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

El is amazing, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyebrows! She's very attentive and skilled - her work is flawless. She always ensures you're happy and comfortable during and after treatment. Really really happy with my brows after seeing El. I would highly recommend this business. I wanted some gaps in my brows to be filled in and El also noticed that one brow was higher than the other and put some lines in place to improve this. I am really impressed with the result. They still look natural as I wanted a subtle look, but a LOT more symmetrical. Well worth the price as it lasts for at least a year and I feel happy I did it every time I see myself in a photo or in the mirror. Should’ve done it sooner. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with them now. El really is talented at this. Thanks a lot and will see you again for the touch up in a year.

What is there to say except perfect ,I am thrilled with the outcome of my eyebrows . El took time to explain everything she was patient and listened to what I wanted . She was so lovely ,professional aware of importance of best clinical practice. Plus her skill was amazing . I'm a male who has suffered with alopecia for about 15 years. I finally lost all of my hair (including my eyebrows) about 7-8 years ago, whilst in my late 20's. I came to terms with it and accepted my appearance. I'd heard of microblading, but didn't really think it was for me. I suppose the whole lockdown thing gave me time to think about things and I just thought "why not?". Obviously, this isn't the sort of thing that you rush into, so I done my research and El stood out. I read her website and her reviews and decided to make an enquiry. I received a quick response, along with a very good quote. I finally felt like I had a chance to improve my appearance and my mind was made up instantly. I couldn't wait to start the process. The only downside was the slight wait, but that obviously spoke volumes about El's work and the demand that there is for her, and it reassured me that she was the right practitioner for me. The procedure was quick and straightforward, with very little discomfort - and that's from someone with no eyebrows at all! Thanks to El, I now have 'eyebrows' and no longer feel like I need to explain my condition to people I'm meeting for the first time. Those that have known me prior to the microblading are massively impressed. Some have said that they had reservations when I told them my plans to get it done, but they all think it was the best thing I could have done, now that they've seen it. Everyone comments on how realistic they look. I must also say how great El is with the aftercare - she follows up with you after the procedure and makes sure that you're fully aware of the do's and don'ts. I fully recommend using El, 100%.

El is great, gives you realistic expectations and created the subtle brow I have always wanted. Looks very natural as requested and heeled well. She’s very helpful. Expensive but definitely worth the bit extra than others in the area for her amazing results! I would definitely go to her again for top ups and future treatments! 💕

For my very first semi permanent make-up experience I decided to go for brows microblading and natural lash enhancement with El. I had two appointments including re-touch (first in Canary Wharf, second in Bank). The procedures went very professional. I could barely feel any pain. The saloons were extremely hygienic! I was also pleased with the visual effect. After 12 months the make-up is still visible although decided on a colour boost before summer. Throughout the year I have received many compliments on the look of my eyebrows and upper lid. But at the same time it was not evident to others that this was a semi-permanent make-up. I had no side effects apart from a minor two-day long swelling on the lids which was very normal for the type of procedure. El is a lovely lady and has a great eye for brows design and colour. Highly recommended!

El is excellent - really talented and clear about what will suit you and what won’t. I had brows and liner done. I have suffered from trichotillamania for 20 years and the result is life changing. I did microblading for the first time and found El. The whole process from booking appointment to getting them actually done was very smooth. Communication and instructions are very transparent with patch test sent to your home. On the day of the process El walked me through everything, the feeling, what she will be doing and she always explained everything! I felt so at ease and I am IN LOVE with my eyebrows!! El really makes sure that the brows are natural, she makes sure you are doing OK and happy during the treatment. Post treatment as well there is always a check in email to make sure all is well which is very reassuring. A massive thanks to Natalia for great communication pre and post treatments and reminders. I had my second appointment with El yesterday (six-week microblading re-touch). As ever El was thorough, highly professional, deeply knowledgeable - her experience, skill and judgement shine through. El takes the time - before, during and after appointments - to ensure the perfect result and I am thrilled with the result. The procedure is not entirely pain-free - imagine a tiny kitten's claw playing with your eyebrow: on a pain scale 0-10 (10 is childbirth) the experience is perhaps 0.2. Well worth it!
