They were fine until we pulled them up for accidently revealing our gender. Their customer service was shocking, basically blaming us for misunderstanding that they would include this info in the pictures. This instruction was 100% not given to us. In addition there was a complete disregard for our feelings for having found out this information not on our terms. Based on their poor customer service and lack of accountability, I would not recommend. They ruined what should have been a special moment and lacked compassion!

The professional that made my ultrasound was great, she did a thorough work to reassure me. She also showed high knowledge of the matter clarifying my questions. In addition to a great service, the clinic was helpful and was able to deal with my late arrival.

Such a relief to find a place like this, after spending a year in and out of NHS just for two other scans. This time I needed an aorta scan pretty quick. Three days after phoning, my scan was done and the results were available for me within 10 minutes online. The place was clean, friendly and easily accessible. The sonorgrapher and her assistant were professional and friendly. She told me the good news straight away, instead of the stressful 2 week wait for a letter. I would recommend this place without hesitation.

This is a great place to have a private ultrasound. We had a 4D scan of the baby at 30 weeks and the sonographer was so lovely, friendly, helpful and keen to get us some good views of our baby. Really easy to get to in South Woodford as well. Highly recommended!

I had an abdominal scan, the sonographer was professional, approachable, calmed, went through the US explaining everything in detail, never in a rush. Very friendly staff at the reception. Highly recommended.

Brilliant experience, kind and patient staff who explain everything as it’s happening and try their best to get the best quality photos of the baby! We came for a rescan of our 4D photos, and although baby was still being stubborn, we managed to get some good photos and videos and it was a great experience! Would definitely recommend ultrasound direct to anyone looking to book a private scan!

Dear community, We have been in this clinic twice so far during pregnancy and to say that the receptionist is really friendly, the same with the professionals that have guided our scans. They explain a lot during the sessions, you can ask questions they are always happy to answer. All this to say that we highly recommend ultrasound direct London East. :)

I have been here for all my children scans and I have to to say I am very impressed. This time they even sent me videos and pictures via a link which was new since my last child's scan. We had the Premium 4D Scan and the service was amazing - private room with plenty of time to go over the images on the screen, our sonographer was great - she explained everything and asked if we had any questions, and the goodies that came along with the service were adorable. We also received the images and report link within an hour. Seeing your baby's face while still pregnant is unreal - for me, it was money well spent. Would highly recommend!

Very comfortable and relaxing scan. The staff SO professional, charming and east to talk with. As an oldie, l was pleased to be be given lots of help and explanations of what was being revealed on my knee scan. My NHS can was booked in a place l miles and miles from my home. Couldn't face the long complex journey to and from it. For the reason able fee, l was helped so much. Would recommend to any others whose GP also unable to get scans booked at their local NHS hospitals.

Just had my 4d Bonding scan at London East, the obstetrician was absolutely brilliant (sorry forgot her name) and very careful. She explained everything in details and was very gentle throughout. The whole experience was amazing, received the pictures and videos within minutes and my husband was super excited as he wasn't able to attend the NHS scans due to covid, would definitely recommend ultrasound direct 👌🏼😃

We booked a dating scan due to my husband not being allowed to attend my 11 week scan due to Covid, i felt like he was missing out and its feels more real when you can see your baby. The team were absolutely amazing, my husband was astounded. We will definitely be back!

This experience was AMAZING. I was a little apprehensive at first but I am so glad I booked the 4D Bonding scan. The sonographer was so nice and welcoming, really excited for us all. She made me feel so comfortable. I didn't feel rushed and felt the whole experience was worth it. Every picture gets downloaded to your phone straight away so can be easily shared with family and friends. Would 100% recommend the 4D bonding scan.

Could not rate this highly enough. Went for an early reassurance scan at 6 weeks. The room is warm and comfortable and much more homely than at the EPU. The lady doing the scan was Lovely and reassuring and You get to see everything on a big screen in front of You. Afterwards You are given 3 photos and a link is sent to You to access more photos and videos where you can see the heartbeat. Lovely experience, would highly recommend if You need extra reassurance for any reason.
