Disgusting experience...They'll try to keep deposit even if they didn't want to treat me. On the first consultation I specifically asked multiple times if they can treat my acne and pigmentation to which they agreed and reassured they will, the woman was very polite that day. I was given some products and found my pimples were even getting even worse. I had paid a lot of money for the entire treatment in advance and told them it was worsening my skin. During this consultation I asked about my pigmentation and the woman I had spoken to denied ever telling me they would treat both, only the pigmentation. I wanted to go along with the treatment as I had not fully started yet but the woman was being strange and told me she did not want to treat me because apparenently I did not trust her and they wanted to keep the full deposit at the start too. A man then came who I had never spoken to before, locked the door and was arguing with me aggressively saying I can't get everything I want. I told him I did not want to speak to him and he kept saying I wasn't listening to him. Finally after I told them I believe God will give them karma for what they are doing they only made me pay for the products I had already opened (which i did not want anyway). I finally just decided to leave and realised the door was locked for some reason with me and the man. Overall awful experience, would give 0 stars if I could.

I am halfway through my laser treatments - I have had each session with Edita who is patient and kind. I am a little bit of a wuss so ask her to stop quite often - but she is empathetic and understanding. I can already see a massive difference with 3 more sessions to go! I also enquired about facials as I suffer from hormonal breakouts and instead of pushing me to go for a facial (which would have cost more) Erica recommended a ZO skincare set. A little skeptical at first but I have used the set for 4 weeks so far and noticing massive improvements in my skin and texture - so so happy! Cute little clinic! Parking just round the back, and lovely staff! x

So far I am doing my laser with them and really liked the service of manager Edita (one of the staff), she is great. I am still in middle of my package session so I will edit this review once I’m done to let you know more of how I happy I am with the service and if I would recommend them further. Edited: I highly recommend this beauty salon as all the workers are so helpful plus Erika the owner will go above and beyond to serve you in the best way, she has so much patience and gave me the literally the nicest service I ever received, if are looking for beauty salon this Salon will not disappoint you, plus you will thank me later for trying them. I live about an hour away and still make my way to them.

Lovely friendly helpful and polite staff. My beautician went through every step of the facial with me and at the exact time she was doing each step. Very knowledgeable. Good experience from start to finish.

I am surprised that I am reading few negative reviews on here. I came to the clinic with from acne left dark marks, breakouts and dull looking skin . After in depth consultation with skin specialist Luke, I felt really confident and we started my treatment plan. I had course of Hydrafacials that every time was delivered with high standards and started to use Zo skin health that completely transformed my skin. Recently I had 2x Morpheous8 treatment on my face and even straight after first treatment noticed that my skin became firmer, my sagginess on the neck disappeared after 2 treatments. Yes treatments are not comfortable and a bit painful but results definitely worth of single penny and that pain. Recently my sister started treatments too at this place with Morpheous on her stomach to tighten her skin after having a baby and also commented how great her results was. Definitely recommending this clinic to everyone. Professional and knowledgeable team and great results.

I've had waxing and my brows done here. Care is always taken to ensure it's done properly, with a threading and brow consultation before starting. For waxing, it was the most efficient bikini wax ever, making it less painful - thank you

Excellent wax with Kia. Visited previously and was not 100% happy however I was messaged by the manager and warmly invited to a complimentary treatment which I took advantage of. Kia was a delightful young lady and did an excellent job today. The place is always exceptionally clean and smells lovely. I will return and certainly would recommend. 👍👍👍

5 star service right from the first telephone conversation I had with the clinic. All the staff know their stuff inside out and really look after you from the very start. The advice was expert and helped me decide on the best treatments for me and were all what I needed rather than the clinic just doing any treatment to make money. The clinic its self is spotlessly clean and you are made to feel comfortable and very welcome as soon as you arrived. My treatments have all been with Luke and he has really looked after me. He explains everything step by step and delivers the results he promises. He knows exactly what he is doing and what can be achieved with each treatment I have had. I have used other clinics in the past but will never consider going anywhere else again now that I use Luxurious Beauty Boutique. I have recommended the clinic to friends and they have all said the same about Luke and the clinic - it really is faultless. I can't wait to have some treatments again there soon. I visited Luxurious Beauty Boutique clinic for the first time back in 2019 as I was due to get married in August 2020. I booked my first visit as I wanted to remove acne scaring, large pores and I wanted to achieve a fresh glow to my skin! Luke and other therapists has been fantastic from the first day I visited and I could not recommend enough to come here! I booked in to have the Ipixel treatment and I could not be any happier! He put me at ease throughout all my treatments and explained in depth everything I needed to know about the treatment! I have had fantastic results !!! The hydro facials and chemical peels I have also been having have been amazing and I have had the best results! Such fantastic customer service and always leave the clinic feeling confident with my treatment too!

I’ve only had one appointment for laser treatment at this clinic and I have to say they definitely delivered. The skin specialist assessed my skin and spoke to me and told me what I should and shouldn’t use on my face. They recommended me zo skincare products and he even told me how and when to use each product. And he told me SPF is required. I recommend the service to anyone have skin concerns

Luxurious beauty boutique has very professional team and the place is very clean. Outstanding attention to details. It was my 4th visit for Lumi Lashes and this time Edita did my lashes.I have to say, they look absolutely amazing. She was so professional and she's an absolute perfectionist. Nisha is so lovely and really listens to your skin concerns. I was particularly stressed today so she also gave me a lovely facial massage to end my treatment. Overall you feel like you are in really good hands and feel like you are given really good honest advice rather than being oversold as so many other clinics do. I have seen real results from the hydrafacial and the Obagi products and feel like I am finally enroute to getting my skin under control
