I'm a total newbie and really unfit, the classes move at just the right pace to push me but not over-exert me. Loving every minute of it, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to my weekly class!

My son trained there and he learnt lots of new skills. Lovely atmosphere and great exercise!

I have been going to this energetic fun class since April of this year 2023 and I have felt the massive difference to my fitness levels, Richard is a great teacher and is able to build your skills as a kickboxer to blackbelt levels and beyond. Fitness is key and Richard really puts you through your paces.

My children have been with Richard at fuzion for a few years and the confidence they have developed in class and school has been amazing. He is disciplined to command attention yet friendly to understand the needs of children . My daughter thoroughly enjoys his classes as does my son. It's a really good mix and very well organised . Highly recommend his classes .

This is the place to be. Richard is a fantastic coach and it is hard to find someone out there who would beat him. The club has Great coaching, Great atmosphere. And a real friendly place to be. Not only do the coaches help u but also the people who have been trading here for years. I would easily recommend this to anyone.

Amazing kickboxing academy. Great for fitness levels and really enjoyable sessions either in group sessions or on a one to one basis. Rich is great with helping all levels of capability to achieve their personal goals. Would highly recommend.

My son has a great time here. Lots of focus on concentration, fitness and fun. He's not been going for very long, but has enjoyed it much more than karate and other things we've tried to get him into (excluding football, which is four days per week!). Richard is very good with the kids and is very polite and we'll spoken (a YouTube search shows he's also pretty good in a cage!).

I have been training at Fuzion Martial Arts Academy in Chingford for just over 2 years now. Richard Baskin the owner and head coach is exceptionally good at what he does and highly knowledgeable. Fuzion caters for all ages and levels of experience. His classes are mixed levels and everyone looks after each other, supports and helps one another. No matter your ages, fitness level, weight or experience, everyone is welcome. If you’re looking to tone up, loose weight or just have fun and learn martial arts, Fuzion is the place to be! I’ve seen some amazing transformation in my time at Fuzion and it’s now integrated into my weekly diary.

This is a great kickboxing academy. Each session is fun and challenging. I come away from each class having learnt something new and got a god workout. All members a friendly; nobody is trying to knock your head off (like at some other gyms!).

Great instruction, brilliant friendly people. There are some very skilled Black belts and others just beginning. Whatever your level there's someone similar and you can take it at your pace. My first time training martial arts as an adult and I highly recommend!

If you've struggled to find a healthy activity that not only motivates but most importantly makes your kids happy and found that the usual sports like football, athletics and cycling (even other martial arts like Karate) just don't hit the mark, then please give kickboxing a good go! We took our 6 year old boy for a trial at Fuzion, met Richard for the first time, loved what he was about and although our little one was extremely nervous at first and only wanted to watch, with the exact amount of encouragement and gentle persuasion from Richard he got involved and then never looked back! Our 11-year old daughter even joined him for a year or so, gaining massive amounts of fitness and confidence from Richard and his team which saw her go on to do other pursuits she may well have been too nervous to try. Fast forward nearly 7 x years and our son went through the whole Fuzion Kickboxing Academy grading system to achieve his junior black belt and has recently competed in his first Muay Thai competition with great success! For fun, fitness, confidence and motivation for children, youths and adults in Chingford, Richard has got it spot on with his academy and I don't exaggerate when I say he continues year on year to transform lives with his totally inclusive, non-judgemental and encouraging style of teaching. Our son has gone on to train at other martial arts alongside as well with a strong work ethic in both his training and his personal life, mainly down to Richard Baskin. I salute you sir for everything you've done for him (and our daughter) and whole-heartedly recommend to anyone considering it to give Fuzion Kickboxing Academy at least a trial! It's so much more than just a fighting club! Highly, highly recommended 👏

Great for kids and Adults. Along with self defence you get a good cardio workout. I like the fact they make it fun for kids and Richard and always very helpful.
