Fantastic, welcoming cafe. The food is incredible, generous portions too. Coffee is quality and made well. Staff and owners work hard and its paying off in a big way. Favourite cafe by far.

A newly opened cafe,refurbished to a high standard. The decor is fresh, bright and finished to a high standard, there’s ample outside seating for warmer days . Staff at Bread & Marmalade Cafe are exceptional, great friendly service with attention to detail. The menu has something for everyone from poached eggs with avocado on artisan toast to tasty sandwiches , gourmet salads and burgers to to a traditional full English . I’ve ate here on several occasions and the food is always freshly cooked and well presented . The coffee is hot and freshly brewed , with teas , milkshakes and fruit smoothies also on offer. Being a trained chef I’m a very fussy customer and have an eye for detail so I’m not easily pleased. Bread & Marmalade ticks all the boxes for me .

Very lovely cafe. A one off with an atmosphere of its own, looking out over a green with bluebells in one direction & tulips in the other. An opportunity for thoughts & imagination to roam free. Amazing coffee. Amazing hot chocolate. Haven't tasted the food but it looks very good. Could this have been where the poet wrote 'Time was away and somewhere else'?

Served burnt toasted sandwich to a five year old and pensioner. Got the order wrong and became belligerent and rude. A very nasty person who attempted to goad my son in to taking some sort of action against him And the insulting inTurkish. Check his food be aware he has angry man syndrome.

Very cute cafe that's the perfect mix of upmarket without being pretentious. Lovely service and really good coffee. Spotlessly clean, including the toilet! Great name too!

All staff members are welcoming and good fun to chat to! The café is also dog and baby friendly and the food and drinks are absolutely delicious

Popped in during the week for early lunch. Really lovely little cafe and the staff were delightful. The food was generous, very tasty and well priced. Great local place that we will def revisit.
