Not the best customer service ! We had reserved a table for my little cousins birthday and we had to awkwardly stand and wait for a long time until it was ready. When seated, we were told all of the cupcakes and most of the cakes had run out ! It was only early afternoon ? The mind boggles how they managed to allow that to happen. The lady serving us was quick to say ‘no’ at every request before even thinking about it. She was very cold and disingenuous. We managed to have a wonderful time however will definitely not be returning nor recommending to others.

I'll start with the positives; the place looks amazing! It's everything you'd expect from somewhere that's been voted one of the most instagrammable places for brunch. It's very pretty and the attention to detail is perfect. The food is presented as equally beautiful. I almost didn't eat it. The brioche bread was amazing! The French toast was also so good. The negatives; it was so cold in the cafe. Our food and tea went cold quickly and I imagine it's because the cafe itself was cold. Equally, the staff were cold and unfriendly. One lady a little less so but one member of staff was just rude and did not want to be there. We ate at several places on our visit and the staff here were hands down the worst on customer service. At best they were cold and unwelcoming at worst they were rude.

The place was exactly like on the pictures with all the fake plants! The reason why i putted 4 stars instead of 5 was because of how expensive it was and the fact that the plants were fake, i was a little disappointed but overall the food was great, customer service was even better, the decorations was giving off a cozy and safe vibe, even the little part of the cafe where you cam study and mot be too much disturbed!! Would definitely come again and you need at-least to come here once in your life! Definitely recommend tho. 5 stars potential.

Had a cupcake and an espresso at Peggy Porschen in London. I have to say that although the cupcake had a very distinctive taste and was delicious, and the coffee was very nice too, I found the prices to be slightly high. It was a good experience overall, and I liked the decorations as well.

AMAZING afternoon tea! We took the spring selection, and it was delicious! great selection of finger sandwiches and pastries which was presented in the most beautiful pinkish display 🌸 Needless to say that the whole pink decor made the atmosphere even more magical! The whole expirience was 10/10

What a magnificent stop during our walk during Queen’s Jubilee. The place has a selection of milk for dairy intolerant people and cakes for vegan and vegetarians. The menu changes (cakes and drinks), but it is worth the experience. We did not make a booking, but if you want to have the certainty to grab a lovely table, I suggest booking a table before coming. The place is trendy, and yes, you pay a price premium, but it is worth every penny—tables outside during spring and summer increase the place's capacity. Toilets are downstairs with two gender-neutral cabins. Stairs are a bit steep and space slightly tight especially when you are trying to wash your hands. However, toilet dispenser and hand soap were replenished throughout the day. Indoors space is offering a more relaxed place with air conditioning and marble effect walls with stylish furniture. This place is great for afternoon tea or taking your family or just have a blast come with friends. I know a few people will say that prices are too high, but I disagree taking into consideration great service, atmosphere, location and GREAT quality of cakes and drinks. Always on top. This place is excellent, JUST GORGEOUS.

Full of all kinds delicious cupcakes, pastries, and teas, with a focus on excellent service. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way for us. We had their earl grey tea with couple of the pastries, sat outside, and had a really pleasant experience.

Popped in for some coffee and cake on a Monday afternoon. Ended up ordering pancakes. The pancakes were okay but came almost cold. The cappuccino wasn’t that great, too watery. On the positive side, the food was beautifully presented. And the ambience in the cafe is great, with cute decorations throughout.

I have always wanted to visit Peggy Porschen & this weekend we finally stopped by. The boutique is beautifully decorated, the lady who served us was lovely, my pot of tea was good, but I have to be honest, the Summer Berry Pudding cupcake I had was a little disappointing. Beautiful to look at but not as fresh & tasty as I'd hoped. :(

The scones and raspberry cupcake from the afternoon tea set were great - not too sweet and not too dry, however the sandwiches and buns at the bottom were a little too dry. We paired them with vanilla rooibos tea, which was refillable. Looks pretty with a great ambience - pretty much an Instagram-worthy spot. But with the price paid for a limited time of dining in, I won’t say it’s all that worth it. Good one-time-only experience but won’t come back again.

Beautiful place, it was as beautiful as the pictures on their website and the food was amazing. I would have rated 5 stars if it wasn’t for the bit of a sour experience when I arrived. I took my daughter who was turning 17 and my son who was turning 13 and was very exited since I’ve been talking about coming to this place for months before visiting London from the US, I wanted to have brunch but also enjoy some cupcakes for each of us while waiting for our table to become available so I bypassed the sign at the entrance that said “Wait to be seated or take out” and went inside but went back out to get my kids so they would choose their cupcakes when one of the gentleman working their told me I needed to wait out if I was planning to eat inside and pointed to the sign and read to me out loud while pointing to the sign while reading like you would read to a 5 year old, that to me was disrespectful especially since he didn’t even bother to ask why I went inside in the first place.

Lemon raspberry cake was dry and lacked flavors. The dark chocolate salted caramel cupcake with popcorn was heavenly good. Pistachio rose latte and ruby hot chocolate were both nice (I prefer favors to be stronger). Very friendly staff. Beautiful place. High prices.

What an interesting little cake parlour! Pink and pastel-themed, sweets and teas/coffees. The perfect little place to satisfy your sweet tooth whilst catching up with old friends. The staff was pleasant (and patient with my friend's 2-year-old at the table) and the coffee was delicious!

We had a great long lunch here, wonderful service, very friendly staff, delicious food and drinks. It's a little expensive, but it's a bit of a treat outing where of course you're paying for the instagrammable experience too. Went with my mum and had a lovely time!

A beautiful little place that is ideal for breakfast, brunch or afternoon tea. They have a good selection of cakes, sweet treats, coffees and teas. They also have a good range of brunchie-type meals like eggs Benedict, soups, open sandwiches and salads. The shop has a beautiful and very Instagram-able aesthetic. The exterior demands a lot of attention with flowers and bright colours highlighting the entry. Many passersby take pictures from outside just because it's so beautiful. The shop gets very busy very quickly so I would definitely book if you want to eat in. We walked in without a booking at about 11:30 on a Saturday and got a seat but 30mins later they were turning people away. It's definitely worth taking your chances if you haven't been able to book. They have a takeaway service for walk-in customers. There is some parking in the street outside. They have outdoor seating. We were a family of four who each had a cake and a drink and we spent about £60.

Peggy Porschen really did make a dream come true at its beautiful Chelsea setting for a small fete for my daughter who worked so hard to accomplish her goals. The food was exceptional and the detail of it was exquisite, from our small cakes to finger sandwiches. We chose seasonal drinks which were delicious! The staff were warm, and positively delightful and made our visit so much more wonderful. In a city where everything seems to be such a hustle and struggle, our visit at Peggy Porschen was just what we all needed to feel special. Well worth the cost and time for a special treat.

My husband and I enjoyed a delightful breakfast at this establishment one morning. The food was not only fresh but also delicious. The service exceeded our expectations, and we appreciated the charming and clean ambiance of the restaurant. Despite arriving without reservations close to opening time, we were promptly seated without any issues. I highly recommend including this spot on your list for breakfast when in London.

Absolutely lovely. The prettiest venue for Afternoon Tea. Totally lived up to our expectations. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was beautifully presented and delicious. An Afternoon to remember. Very pleased we managed to get in before the summer seasonal Florals & Corals finishes!

What a lovely festive afternoon team. Lovely setting, very good for Instagram. Service was great and food was delicious! The afternoon team is big so don't have breakfast! Thank you for a lovely start to Christmas!

I recently dined at this café and had an exceptional experience. The staff's attentiveness and accommodation, particularly from the Asian lady whose name I unfortunately forgot, were noteworthy. Despite a walk-in request for a table adjacent to ours, the staff rightfully prioritized our reservation, likely influenced by the fact that I booked for four and spent over £200. The service matched the expenditure, making it a satisfying and enjoyable visit.

The cafe was beautifully decorated and the food was too pretty to eat ( don't worry we finished it off). All the cakes had such amazing flavours. I would highly recommend this place. 💖

The place is so pretty with the colour pink and the flowers everywhere. I loved it.The food is really nice. However it is quite pricey. I'd go back for a special occasion

This place is truly beautiful. The presentation of the food is also aesthetic. However the caramel hot chocolate and the vegan carrot cake were way too sweet. I couldn’t finish them. At the end me and my companion had to order a water because we got so grossed out by the sweetness. The next 2 days we couldn’t even look at cake anymore. The texture of the cake my companion had was not suited for the type of cake it was and so it was too dry. The macaroons were the best thing out of everything we tried. Here I have the feeling that you pay for aesthetics and to take pictures instead of for the actual food.
