SCAM, DON'T BOOK HERE. Beautiful and attractive photos on Booking, attractive prices, ideal location not far from the metro in an active Street and Beautiful Street. Result when we arrived (JUNE 2022) - No reception - The whole hotel is under construction - Big lack of hygiene, both in the corridor and in the room We get back our stuff and left when we saw the state of the room. I wish I had read the Google comments before booking. Must be avoided.

I think most of the reviews of this place are unfair. It's one of the cheapest hotels in the area, so is it going go be the hilton? No. Is it terrible? No. I wouldn't recommend it to my parents but any of my friends on a budget certainly. Cons There's some things to consider, our room was on the third floor and it's steep windy stairs. There's literally no staff anywhere, think I heard a cleaner once. The plug sockets in our room were on the wall about 3 meters up, so couldn't make a coffee unless I wanted to stand with a boiling kettle above my head. Rooms don't have air conditioning, so it's very warm at night. Pros. It's clean, the bed was comfy. It's literally outside of Earls court, so if you're travelling for an event it's perfect. Its in a safe area so no trouble about. It's by far the cheapest hotel in the area. I wouldn't be put off by the terrible reviews, I nearly was. If you're staying for a night or 2 it's absolutely fine. Anything long spend the extra £ and find something else. If you're elderly or have a problem with stairs it definitely isn't for you. If you need assistance or a reception it's definitely not for you. If you need a pit stop or somewhere to stay for an event it's fine.

No stars for this hotel. The check in is self automated and was at 15:00, my partner and I arrived at the hotel at roughly 16:00 to find the hotel room had not been changed from the previous guest. No clean towels, messy bed with dirty sheets, rubbish still left in bins and bathroom was a state and a cracked bedroom mirror. The worst was when we found a pillow covered in blood. I have pictures as evidence. We proceeded to call the phone number provided for us, the gentleman on the end of the phone said the room will sorted for us whilst we we were out. He also said that there had been issues with this room, unsure as to why we were not told this beforehand? We came back to the room several hours later to find that the room was not cleaned. Utterly disgusted. Lack of basic standards and there was definitely a lack of basic hygiene.

This hotel is a pure scam. We arrived for check in at 10 pm and no one was there, we waited 3 hours and called multiple times, no one answered. We even had Booking calling them and we were left without our rooms. We weren't the only ones with this problem. We had to leave the hotel and book somewhere else, we ended up paying a lot of money since it was a last minute booking.

Highly recommended hotel with affordable rooms that have been newly renovated and designed. Centrally located in lively Earls Court, 2 minutes from subway and just a few stops from Hyde Park and other London highlights.

    1. We were not accommodated in a hotel, but in a dormitory. After spending the night, we called the assigned number and were told that the hotel was closed. When we made the reservation the address was one and before we checked in it was changed. 2. The first night there was no heating, we slept in the cold. There was no heating and when we called to get something for heating we were told that they are not allowed to turn on 2 stoves. 3. It was dirty in the room, there were no disposable slippers. The bathroom is dirty and old, the shower door does not close. There is mold. 4. There is no reception. The neighbors were noisy. 5. The pillows were very dirty. 6. The electrical appliances did not work. 7. Place for the 10€ night. We want our money back! In the Netherlands, the homeless take them to places that are cleaner than where we slept! 8. After we called and they cleaned, the room was still dirty. 9. Give us your money back! HORROR! We want our money back, we did NOT pay for this!

I said one night. Bed was comfy. Shower worked but was missing the shower head, didn't bother me. For what I paid I didn't expect much and it was a bed and a place to sleep. It's having a lot of work done to it. If you need something fancier look elsewhere.

Excellent price and location, the bedroom was nice enough but the smell of cigarettes was so intense I could barely manage, and all the appliances were in bad condition. Good choice for friends on a night out, since the double room had an extra bed.

Fantastic location and price point compared to other places in the area. We visited on a very warm day where the black walls and lack of Aircon made our room very hot and stuffy. I think had we visited at another time of year the room would have been great.

Arrived at hotel at 5pm, room not clean. Rang hotel staff to ask them to clean it which they said they would whilst we were out. Come back at 1am expecting it to be cleaned and it wasn’t. Never in my life have I seen a room as bad as this. Towels left all over the bathroom, bed not made with clean sheets and to make it worse, there was blood all over the pillow! How can this just be left without being attended? Photos of the room have been taken to evidence the poor state the room has been left in.

An okay place given the location , even though it’s budget it ought to be cheaper though. We got a room with our own bathroom however the water came out boiling hot after seconds of turning it on „warm“ and wouldn’t cool down after that for 2 days. Bottom line: couldn’t use the shower :/

the hotel is a death trap and should be closed, live wires in room and on balcony. Electric went of at 10pm and stayed off. Fire alarm went of at 7.15am and was still going at 11am, good job it wasnt a real fire. No staff on site at all and the out of hours number went to a call centre in India. oh, and no channels on the tv available, and bathroom discusting.

DO NOT STAY HERE! last minute change to booking location, set up in a space that has no power, no door handles, exposed shards of metal around the shower. Overall very unsafe!!

Staff are so rude especially to visitors from LA and Winchester. Our friends were regularly visiting there but there was no politeness from staff. servers and even chef. All rude. Visit was a weekend Sunday roast. We haven't finished our food and they already taking the plates. Plus made us move all our tables and we had disabled and older people in our group.. food was so late too. Would not recommend at all. Sorry

I would not recommend staying here unless you are from a 3rd world country. I do understand that the price is lower than nearby places, but it's really more than just the room. While friendly and accommodating, the staff is usually no where to be found. I'm not kidding, they may be in the building for an hour or two each day. If you do stay there, I recommend getting the manager's phone number...you will need it.
